The lady who runs this center is sharp and accomodating. But there is no longer a casual atmosphere in some of the Costco Hearing Aid Centers. When I bought my hearing aids a few years ago the clerk invited me to drop off my hearing aids for a cleaning while I shopped. Now they dont do that. Make an appointment at least 1 - 2 weeks in advanced for any service. The centers seem to be understaffed and the clerks are under a lot of pressure. Corporate management has definitely changed the friendly atmosphere to a grind-it-out work environment.
