It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. The salesman I had was very charismatic and extremely helpful, you do not get customer service like that everywhere. I forgot his name, (Ill come back when I remember it). I went in, told him what I was looking for, and left a few hours later with my dream car, I only had to choose between three cars. Definitely recommending to everyone I know needing a car.

We found a great car, traded in my vehicle. We got a wonderful deal on a great car, super friendly staff. Jim was friendly, very helpful, and got us thru what should have been way more stressful, but he made easy, fun, and the conversation was also nice. I recommend this company for your future purchases.

My wifes review pretty much sums it up. We were torn between 2 vehicles. We really liked them both, and gave both teams an opportunity to earn our business. The other guys had a nice vehicle, but pretty much gave us a take it or leave it deal. In the end, Kamran, Dante and Bob and went the extra mile and made us feel good about our purchase by giving us more than a fair deal on our trade in, and found us the right car at a price at the bottom end of market value and made it work with what we wanted to spend. July 12-13, 2020I needed a new car (new for me was anything newer than 2001!). I did my homework, made my list to find exactly what I wanted & what my payments would be.I went to Hoehn Honda of Carlsbad. Angelina found me (my lucky day!). Basically, i gave her my list, she gave my a credit app, then she drove up in MY new car.She nailed everything on my list, including my price!Then I went to finance, where I met Kat! The service center is the best. They are quick, clean, and accurate. After I have my car serviced, a real person calls to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.The sales department isnt the best. It may have been the person I talked to. I was in the market for a Civic, and didnt know everything about the different options. I told the guy my wife had an Accord Touring, and I would like to have the same or better in a Civic. He said they have a sports touring, and said a little about it, so I was interested and wanted to see one. He took a while looking for it but came back with a car. Asked if I wanted to test drive it, I said no, so he took me on a drive. As we were driving he kept asking me how I liked the sports touring, I said I needed to learn a little more about the Civic. We went back to the dealership, and I got out and noticed the back of the car had touring not sports touring. The sales person was happy to sell me the wrong car. I dont plan to ever purchase a car from them.

We were first time buyers, our salesman made it a fantastic and extremely easy experience. He and Bob made sure we got the best deal possible. Very kind, very personable, and very very easy. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

I went with my friend to buy a used vehicle here. I had purchased my own used vehicle here in the past so I knew it would be a great experience for her. We met with used car salesman, Jim Fisher. I cant say he was wonderful enough. He took the time to explain all the details that go into car buying. He gave her private time to make her decision without his presence. He made the experience very nice and easy. I would recommend him to all my friends and family who are in the market for a used car.

He gave my husband and I a great deal on this car which had great mileage and is in mint condition. A great salesman for sure, not pushy or demanding!! I just wanted to share what a great car buying experience this was. You know how used car salesman kind of act like, used car salesman? It didnt happen here. We had a refreshingly pleasant experience buying from Kamran the running man and his team, Dante and Mr. Bob Johnson. We were struggling to make a decision between 2 cars, a CRV here and another vehicle at a dealership up the street. The deal maker was this team. I really felt they went out of their way to make us a great deal so we felt comfortable with our decision and confident we had made the right choice. I hope to not need a car for the next 10-15 years (its a Honda!) But if I do, we would definitely come back again. Thanks so much guys!! Bonus points for making sure the playoff games were on and the few guys that watched the games and talked football with my husband. Made a potentially stressful day much better :)

Great experience here. We had been shopping around San Diego for several days before we saw a car we were interested at this place (recommend checking out their inventory online). Jim Fisher was professional from the moment we stepped onto the lot. Unlike at some other places, we never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Jim made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

Ariel was friendly at first then when we tried to tell him we wouldnt pay $2,000+ over KBB price for a vehicle (not including taxes/fees) he turned sour. He didnt know anything about the vehicle he was showing us, we had to tell him about the features of the car. After we told him we wouldnt buy it due to the price, he told us to recommend him to our friends to pay him back for his valuable time we used. We only checked out one vehicle with him and didnt take more than 30 minutes. The company itself seems to have a good rep but this guy left a bad taste in our mouths and we will never be back.

We could not have had a better experience. Car shopping is not on my top 10 things to do, but our sales guy Ariel Perea was awesome, could not have been better. Introduced himself then retreated to let us take our time, so chill. So friendly, kind and easy going. The manager Bob was awesome was well. We were (and still am) so happy with both what we got for our car and the deal we got on our new car!

Had to turn in the old family van and replace with a couple of small cars for my kids. Kamran and Dante were helpful and patient as we poured over the nice selection of options on their property. These two (and Keven) were easy to work with and we feel like we did well with the deal. Kudos and thanks to them.

I wrote to Hoehn Honda via the Internet and Kamran the Running Man immediately responded. He sent me some photos of cars he thought I might be interested in. I am particularly color fussy preferring white to anything else. He had several in white, but with black interiors. Definitely not for me. I decided to go in and look at what he had, but the black interior was definitely a turnoff. Otherwise the car was perfect. I decided to look at other models and there was one with the perfect colors - white with tan leather interior. Low mileage as well. I was uncertain so I went home. I had to think about it. I know he probably thought he had lost the sale, but I appreciated the fact there was no pressure and I texted him and returned and bought the car the same day. The car is just what I wanted and so far I love it. This is not the first car I have bought from Hoehn and I returned to them rather than a closer dealer because they were so great the first time. Keep up the good work, Hoehn.

The used car manager Bob Johnson is the best! He worked with me, a near impossible first-time buyer with no credit, to get what I wanted and even though I am the most indecisive person ever and was such a pain for him and my sales guy Ariel Perea, they worked with me every step of the way without one complaint. I was there for 5 hours because of how indecisive I was.... If I knew what I wanted right off the bat, it wouldve taken an only about an hour.

Friendly staff and very quick for lease turn ins. I had made an appointment but the gentleman who was supposed to meet me appeared to have forgotten, had to wait a while

I went to a few used car dealerships and they were rude and basically told me I was out of luck with my trade or I had to put a ridiculously amount down. Last stop before calling it quits came to HOEHN HONDA USED CERTIFIED car dealership, walked around and within minutes without judgement Dante approached me and was very professional asked me what i was looking for what I wanted and showed me about 10 different cars in my price range within what I was looking for payment wise and down as well I found the car I wanted and he worked hard to get me with the payment I wanted and didnt kill me on the down payment.
