Everything is super clean and remodeled with fabulous eateries and shops. Really need businesses to fill up the vacant spots and maybe restore enough energy to put one last breath in that magnificent place. A bowling alley there would be sweet or ax throwing or indoor electric go kart.
Big and looks modern. Quiet, clean and not crowded. I love that I can walk around and window shop without having to swim through a sea of people. Also there are plenty of lounge seating throughout the floors that you can sit down and rest at. Also, a big padded play area for kids. My new favorite mall.Hopefully they will add more shops and brands in the near future.
The mall has definitely improved but I fear its dying anyway. I love the Dave & Busters here and I think the Yard House is pretty solid as well. The store is clean and while there are a lot of vacant stores here I think the mall itself is an improvement.

Its my fav outlet store I mainly go here for Nike, addidas, and under armour!! Sometimes I hit up RL and T-Hilfiger and grab a coffee from Starbucks and a Pretzel from Wetzel.🤣
Great restaurant choices here but so sad that this shopping mall has so many vacancies. Parts of the mall are unsafe in that they are not well lit at night. Macy’s and JC Penney have limited inventory. Is this an indication that malls are a dying breed?
I havent been to the Carlsbad Mall in over 5 years, and its absolutely amazing how much its changed. Theres the theater and quite a few great options for dinning, Id recommend you come see it for yourself.

Only one store carries pink boots, which I desired. It, as well as one pair of shoes for my sister, were purchased. It was well-made and quite attractive.

Went recently and it well kept and clean! There was plenty of room to walk around without bumping into people. Im glad the indoor playground is OFFICIALLY OPEN again especially for this summer heat.
Been going to this mall since71 when I was only 5. Place has changed so much through the years but almost all for the better.

The remodel is good but still feels empty. It’s not the malls fault it’s just that no one goes to them anymore. They do have some amazing stores here. H&M always has great clothes and styles for unbeatable prices. BESHOCK ramen has delicious ramen, Dave and busters is great to drop your kids off at, and the movie theater is attached to the mall. There are tons of delicious restaurants and shops to go into. The lighting inside could be a bit warmer as it feels too “clean”? If you know what I mean. The whole place is wheelchair accessible with a elevator in the middle that goes between the first and second floor. The rest of the mall has escalators connecting it. The outside always is full of people dinning and walking. The parking lot is easy to navigate and well maintained. But god they need to not let the shoe cleaners be there. I am a sneaker guy and it is so annoying to have to listen to them try and get money out of me every time I walk buy. Literally walked out of a store wearing new shoes and they kept bugging me trying to let me clean them even though I told them no 5 times. It just makes it uncomfortable to walk through there especially if you have social anxiety. Anyways it’s not a big big deal but just really annoying if you have sneakers. Highly recommend coming here the more people the better. I really hope this mall makes a come back and we get lots of people coming here.
Great place to take the family for the day for some shopping along with lunch or dinner.
Nice area. Lots of different shoppes and places to est and also the theater there. Just be mindful of all the entitled little high school kids and stay at home moms driving recklessly in the parking lot. They dont look stop at the stop signs because that doesnt apply to them apparently and they dont look before the turn right and cut you off because those rules dont apply to them either I guess. They will do it while walking too so unfortunately, one family of 3 had to be shoulder checked since they thought it was omay to just expect my GF and I to move for them. Again, the area and the shops are great here, its just the entitled people you have to deal with that makes in frustrating.
Malls are a dying breed. Best in the 80s and 90s. Their days are numbered thanks to Covid and the all mighty internet. Great memories of the past. The only thing left are the restaurants on the Eastern end and the movie theater if you want to risk getting Covid. My chance to say thank you and goodbye to the American style malls.
Great place to drop off the kids. They were occupied for a couple of hours easy. Safe place for them.

I enjoyed walking into the rustic cottages to see what had and was being made. Everyone was so nice. I especially loved all the colorful expressions of art that each of them brought out through their individual talents.

Everytime I go, it gets and looks even better, glad they didnt die out like alot of other malls during the pandemic.

Much improved over the previous ownership. New businesses brought in, along with popular restaurants. Of course with restrictions due to COVID - 19 the mall was unfortunately not so busy with shoppers.
Horrible security guards. Closed the escalators and made us walk 1/2 a mile to get to our car: I will not be returning. Lazy people are the worst. Get it together. Your job is already a cake walk.

Outlets are great and the food is delicious.
Purchased items at Macys using Christmas gift cards and discovered later that clerk kept my gift card that still had balance left over. It wasnt a mistake on her part as she said I needed to pay an additional 10 cents to cover rest of balance due. Buyer beware always check your receipt when still at register to make sure you arent cheated.Returned to the store and explained what happened and macys gave me a gift card for missing balance, great customer service.

I was glad that I visited this mall, for it has everything that I wanted. I truly enjoyed my day spending in your mall, for all in there were satisfying and worth it at a reasonable price. Dont miss these guys!

The mall closed while we were at a restaurant in the mall. So we had to walk all the way around the outside of the mall and up a stairway to get back to our car.
Went to return something at this mall today. Within the 20 minutes I was inside, I saw at least 6 people not wearing a mask. No one was enforcing the mask policy.

The Escalator going up to second floor was not working. My friend in her 80s and Im in late seventies. We had a very hard time climbing up. The elevator was also not working. When we were ready to come down to first floor, the Escalator moving to go down was moving too fast and unable to use it. We walked down the Escalator which was out. People who wanted to come up, had to wait until we reached main floor. All of this was so tiring. Why isnt it fixed or repaired? Macys is a large pricey store that is making shopping unbearable, especially for Seniors. We wont return if this is going to be a lengthy problem
