Excellent service! We had an issue with a MICR toner cartridge. One Stop Toner & Inkjet quickly resolved the situation by sending a replacement. Ive had a good experience with every interaction.

Ive had very good experience with this company. I am not local, however I prefer ordering parts and new toner from them over companies that are local to me. Their pricing is most competitive Ive seen, shipping is always quick, and customer service has been great anytime Ive needed it.

Toner is good deal here. Printers are basically disposable (sad but true). Don’t bother fixing.

It has been over 15 years since I have dealt with a vendor that cared so little about doing the job they were paid to do and treating me extremely rudely as a customer! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! My printer was printing and scanning from the glass but the auto-feed was not working and I couldnt clear the paper jam so I took it here to be cleaned assuming it would probably clear the jam and if not, it would still be usable but cleaned. I asked for an estimate to repair the auto-feed with the probability of not fixing it b/c buying a new printer would be more feasible but I was going to use this one until it didn’t print anymore. They called with the cost for auto feed replacement parts which I declined but to my disappointment the printer not only had not been cleaned but it was not put back together properly and now was making a loud noise along with being totally inoperable. I wanted it cleaned & correctly put back together since that is what I had already paid for at which point Jeff extremely uncooperative, difficult to deal with and very condescending but he finally agreed to take another look at it. After this 2nd attempt the functions that worked prior worked again and the paper jam had cleared as I suspected. However, once again, they did not put the printer back together properly which even I could easily see where the cover was no longer attached to the two hinges making it probable that it would break if you opened it. Jeff was so difficult up to this point I just hired someone else to correct their carelessness. Just a note… Costco has great service and prices for refilling inkjet cartridges

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE!My printer was printing erratically, so I took it in for eval. $69 up-front charge to even have the printer looked at. Got a call shortly after dropping it off that nothing was wrong with it. Frustrated, I went back to pick it up and politely asked if they would refund part of the fee, since they did absolutely nothing. Jeff (the short rude guy) became extremely hostile and had a horrible attitude. Before I left, I asked if I could use their restroom. Jeff said they didnt have a public restroom. I politely stated I am not the public, I am a paying customer. He said the bathroom is out of service. I asked where he goes to the bathroom, at which point, he came around the desk and tried physically force me out of the store.This place is a joke. How do they treat their customers like this? Reading other reviews, I see I am not alone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!
