I have been a resident of Clayton Sunwest for 2 years now. The home we purchased is awesome as are all of the homes in the development and I especially want to commend the staff. They are caring and friendly and super knowledgeable. Clayton has created a beautiful neighborhood in Carlsbad and I am happy to be a part of it.
