I needed a complete new system: heat pump/furnace/air conditioning. When I called to get an estimate, they were able to come out the same day and had the estimate prepared the same day also. Other companies were much slower. When I decided to use Williams Comfort, they came the next business day and installed the system. They got it done in one day and completely cleaned up their mess. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. And there is a 10 year warranty for both parts and labor.

We recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed. We noticed over the weekend that the furnace base was leaking. Come to find out a cap was mixing from a condensation pipe inside the unit. The tech went to a parts store and corrected the problem. The downside was the techs that initially installed the unit did not install the cap and actually covered the hole with silicon. The tech on this day made the correct repair.

This was our first time working with Williams. Our AC went off, and after being told by another company that it would be $1330 to fix (then another $3300 soon when another part goes out), we called Williams to evaluate and give us an estimate. They were friendly, responded very quickly, and provided outstanding service. There was nothing wrong with our system. It did not need refrigerant or a new capacitor, motor, or evaporator coils as the other company told us we needed. We’d had a new roof and a tarp near the outside unit probably decreased air flow and caused the issue. Working just fine now. Thank you, Williams! We signed up for the service plan and will be working with Williams from now on.

Amazing job. They made a huge mess taking all the old parts apart. Four hours later you would never know they were here except they left all new equipment. They thoroughly cleaned everything up. So nice and polite. Explained all the new equipment and made sure I could do all the adjustments.

We have been long time customers of Williams Comfort Air. I became leery when they merged with Mr. Plumber and was afraid they would shift towards the sketchy business model instead of retaining the high quality of service we had always enjoyed.Lo and behold, my fears have now come to life. Yesterday we had our regular paid maintenance service. The AC unit had been putting out such cold air that my toes would turn bluish if I stood next to a register. While the technician was here, he had a thermometer at one of the registers and I noticed the temperature rising while he was out working on the unit. He then announced that our unit had almost no refrigerant left and gave us quotes for restoring the refrigerant. The quotes did not reflect any discount we were supposed to get for having a maintenance contract.That night, the unit struggled to keep the house temperature even 2 degrees below the outside temperature. Now they want $800 to fix it.Steer clear. These guys are no longer reputable.

I was very happy with the service. I called fairly late at night because my AC was not working and they were able to come out and fix it fast the next day. They also did not pressure me into buying a new unit or any other unnecessary repairs, they also waived the service fee. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Really nice guy from company says HVAC system is good, he made an adjustment to Nest thermostat and also has it so it charges with system. Great company. Great Service. No more DIY projects for me.

Jeremy, and Chad, were the sweetest guys, professional, worked hard, did a great job, my salesperson Don was wonderful, professional and thorough. We had a new central air and furnace installed, they showed me how to do everything, how it works... They also stated that if there was any problems simply call and they would take care of it. I believe that they will, if there is a problems, I believe they would promptly take care of it. But I dont foresee any problem though!! Due to the fact they did such a great job!

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! A man in a Williams Comfort Air van was lurking around my yard. Rang my door bell. Knocked a few times. Sat out in front of my home for a while. I thought maybe he had the wrong address so I called Williams Comfort Air on August 25, 2021. It was confirmed that neither my address nor any addresses on my street requested service. I was told by the Williams Comfort Air rep (who was friendly & helpful) that someone would respond regarding the matter. No call back. So be VERY careful! EITHER THEY HAVE A CREEPY EMPLOYEE LURKING OR SOME IMPOSTER USING THEIR LOGO ON A WHITE VAN. EITHER WAY DONT ANSWER YOUR DOOR CALL THEM FIRST TO CONFIRM OR CALL 911. Be careful! Dont just let someone in even if they say they are with them or you see a van with their logo! Be careful!

They may not be the cheapest for some things, but the quality of the products, maintenance plans and repair services are far worth the hassle of trying to find someone cheaper. They even brought my trash cans up the driveway for me.

Called while on vacation for our home unit that was blowing hot air while AC was on. Tech came and told us we needed whole system replacement on our unit that was only 5 years old. Was told parts wouldnt be able to be obtained quick enough to fix and it would be cheaper and easier to install a new unit. Called another company who came out and had it fixed for under 350 dollars including the after hour service fee with parts they had on their truck. Feel like they tried taking advantage knowing that the unit broke while we were out of town and tried selling us on a new unit (7-15k from what I was quoted ballpark) when a simple wiring fix did the trick. Couldnt be more disappointed.

I was seeking a replacement for my 30 year old furnace, as its beginning to show problems and its probably not a good idea to try for 40 years. Williams Comfort Air was there in two days (as I scheduled) to assess what I needed and to provide a quote, which was done on the spot. I researched this quote along with quotes from several other companies and Williams Comfort Air offered a furnace that was within the top 5 ratings I reviewed, great warranty, and great service plan. Their prices were not out of line with such quality, but were out of line with my budget, so I had to go with a different company. I would recommend you hear them out because I found no negative review of anything they offered me.

My air handler motor burned out on Sunday evening and I called and had an appointment on Monday. After discussing options on my 13 year old heat pump, I elected to purchase a new more efficient Carrier system. Pricing included several discounts and the whole system was installed on Tuesday. The whole process was painless and efficient. Gary, the installer was very courteous and friendly and kept the job site very clean. He went over the system and the new WIFI thermostat. I am very pleased and highly recommend Williams Comfort Air.

I called them out to repair the A/C unit. The tech did an diagnosis on the unit. He said it need refrigerant and a new part for the unit. I was charge almost $1000. I had to call them back the next day as the unit still wasnt cooling the air. They came out again and charged $279 to see if there was a leak. According to them, there wasnt a leak and the system was fine. The system still wasnt working and once again, I called them out. A different rep came out and told me the system was shot, and I needed a whole new unit. I paid over $4000 for a new unit. The original rep had said if the repairs didnt work, they (Wm Comfort) would deduct the repair costs from the cost of the new unit. Guess what? They (Wm Comfort) said they wouldnt after I purchased the unit from them. I paid for a diagnosis, and was told the repairs would fix the unit. It didnt. Yet Williams Comfort Air believes I should pay them over $1200 to be wrong and eat the entire cost. There is no way the refrigerant cost them $500, and the part they installed could and probably was taken off the old unit, and resold to another customer. That part was over$300. In my mind this is fraud.

Richard was very professional and well manned. He did the job and explained what everything was on his report. We had a special request that he do the air conditioning and the heater inspection at the same time. He said he saw no reason why he couldn’t do it and it was accomplished. He listened to my request and took care of it. I would recommend Williams Comfort Heating and Cooling to everyone who is looking not only for a repair company for their AC or Heating unit but if they need to purchase a new unit also.

Strongly advise against doing business with this company. After paying $207 for a new furnace blower capacitor, I researched the actual part cost to find that it is a $10-$20 part - retail cost. The service person was there on a scheduled visit I had paid for as part of an annual service package. In other words, I paid about $180 for him to walk to his truck and get the part and install it in place of the old one he had already taken out in order to do a check on it. He then charged me $32 to place a pellet on the drip pan that I found cost $1. When I called the next day to discuss, I was told a manager would call me back. Two and a half weeks and five calls later, I finally got a call from a non-management person who only wanted to accuse me of ignoring supposed calls I had received from some manager. Needless to say, no one had ever called me from Williams and definitely had never left me a voicemail. Too bad I didnt read all the negative reviews before doing business with them. I could have saved myself some money and aggravation.

We called them at 1:30pm and jumped on their waiting list to fix our AC unit. They were able to see us at 3pm and got us taken care of by 4pm. The tech was extremely helpful, broke things down for me to understand better, and was very friendly while working with us. This is the second time this year (water heater went out earlier) we have used them and both times have been amazing!

I do work for Williams Comfort Air & Mr Plumber, however, I would hands down use them for all my HVAC/plumbing needs even if I did not. Chirs Mann was our tech and was very knowledgeable. Walked us through the findings, recommended equipment that made sense for our budget, and provided tips and tricks for extending the life of our system. Highly recommend using their services.

Terrible experience. Sold us a unit that was the wrong size for our household. No commitment to making issues right. Sold a !0 year parts and labor warranty yet refused to honor that warranty. I was unable to get anything for my over $6k unit under warranty as the company neglected to register my unit upon installation. Horrible customer service. They could not even keep track of who spoke to me.UPDATE: WCA has responded to my negative review while i was on the phone with one of their dispatchers who was trying to get a supervisor to speak to me but no one was available to take my call. If it has been verified that the unit was registered, why wasnt I called by Tina first before she took the time to respond to my review. I still have yet to speak to anyone about this to get resolution. No management has called me. A man called me yesterday and told my my issue was going to be resolved, got a different story today. Someone said I had spoken to Tina, which is not the case at all. They told me they had reached out to me and they have not. I want proof that my unit was registered with Carrier that you claim you have documentation of.

The response below is an outright lie. She actually told me to read the back of my warranty. Not even within the first month of installation were they willing to come out and look at a problem for free. I have also reached out to both the BBB as well as Carrier Corporate offices to let them know about the issue. Update is that the labor warranty is issued through Carrier and WCA is not honoring it. In the reviews below, click on service plans, then check out the number of times a review is marked as helpful. Youll notice the negative reviews are all marked as helpful. I am not the only person that has experienced this issue with Williams Comfort Air in Carmel.I purchased a brand new unit from Williams Comfort Air last year with a 10 year service and labor warranty. Within the first month the AC wasnt reaching my sons room at all. I had asked the sales person specifically to check for ventilation in the house, as I had just purchased the house and wanted to be sure everything was correct. I called them within the first month to check on why the AC wasnt reaching my sons room and they sent someone out to look. They were going to charge me to go up into the attic, so I told them no, I thought it was covered for the first year. I had to call the office and then they wanted to charge me for just showing up to the door. Fast forward to the maintenance on the unit. They called to perform maintenance, but guess what? Thats not part of the service and labor warranty either. The person who installed the AC didnt do the welds properly and now I am paying another company to repair the unit after calling WCA and them telling me there was no savings coming to them because I didnt have them come out for the maintenance visit. Fine. Its a brand new unit, your technician put it in incorrectly, and the person who just called to harass me and explain why they wouldnt honor their warranty told me the guy no longer works there. Well thats great for the next person I guess. Is it not enough that Im having to pay another company to repair your shoddy work without getting a nasty phone call telling me to read the back of my warranty? I dont need to read the back of the warranty, I lived it!

Very dissatisfied with yesterdays visit. This is a major bummer as Ive always been so satisfied with the customer service, and always call here first. The salesman that came out yesterday was rude and condescending. If I hadnt have needed to hear what the final sales pitch I would have already asked him to leave for speaking to my wife in the manner that he did. Unfortunately I most likely will not call again as I wont invite someone into my home to disrespect my wife. BEWARE OF WARRANTY AND SERVICE PLANS, I purchased a new AC and Furnace with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. Im having an issue with my Thermostat, which has a 10 year manufacture warranty. I was told I need to spend $95 for them to come out and confirm. After explaining none of the buttons work, they still needed to have someone come out. The guy was here for 10 seconds and confirmed none of the buttons are working. Both the Tech and Customer Service said I need to spend $200 on a maintenance, come to find out I could have had the same for $53.Now they want to charge me the $95 trip charge for the 10 second confirmation.Not one time has anyone said, Im sorry that you cant use your thermostat on the $10k system you purchased and have been on a maintenance plan. Oh your wife has to call you so you can turn up or down the system on your phone.. Just bad business, they remind me of Comcast, once youre with them, youre stuck, and they can care less.Id strongly consider a non-COMCAST business like Williams Comfort.#GREED

From my initial call to our service technician Austin the customer service was First Class all around! Austin explained his diagnosis of the A/C issue in terms I could understand, he also took the time to teach me a few pointers on our A/C unit, he always asked if I had any questions, and the most important was he stayed on task and on time! I could see Austin as a trainer for other technicians as his presence and knowledge were impeccable! Austin even took an additional step and called the home office to schedule my next A/C preventative maintenance appointment! We used the ac maintenance coupon for 53. He took the whole unit apart outside and cleaned it for 30-40 minutes then he spent like 20 minutes in the basement. In the end he said everything looked good and didn’t try to get me to fix anything. He was very professional.

I’m sorry that I don’t know her name because I would like to thank her publicly for her help. And the technician that came to my house today was outstanding. His name is Michael M., and I’d request him if I could for any future service calls. I like to know how things work and why things sometimes don’t work, and Mike took the time to show me exactly what he was testing, cleaning, and installing as he worked. I can’t imagine a more professional or knowledgeable service specialist. Heating and air conditioning issues can be technical and expensive, but in the end it’s the people working for the company that make the difference. Good response time. The technician Chris was well trained and was able to find the problem right away. We just moved into this house and the AC quit working on my heat pump. Never knew how the unit worked. He took time to explain how the system works and what to look out for during the heating season. He told us about an additive that he could put in that would help extend the life of the system, and so we had him to add it. He also offered a maintenance package, which we took out that might benefit us in the future. Great Job Chris.

A/C went out during the crazy heat wave and Williams Comfort & Air was one of 3 quotes we got. 1st quote was way too expensive and way nicer equipment than our single-story ranch needed. 2nd quote was comparable but lower quality equipment. Williams quoted way better equipment and the lowest price of the 3. They came out the next day and had the install done that day. Looks fantastic!

Very happy with Williams Comfort Air. Our technician Mirza was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had to come out twice and both times he was right on time. The second time he came out with another technician (Brian) and he was also very polite and friendly. Thank you guys!

Kevin Scobee Was on time courteous and knowledgeable I have only good things to say about William comfort air other than their prices for parts are high like real high. I had a part that retail for about $50 cost me about $250 for that part I know the company needs to make money but thats ridiculous 😒

Inexperienced service specialist showed up. He was very young and friendly but knew very little about a number of things. I was told they would clean my AC unit. When they arrived the guy said they don’t clean it just change the filter and clean the blower outside. We had condensation supposedly causing water to pool inside our unit and nothing was done about it. Rust was forming and the guy said “that’s normal” which we knew it wasn’t . Sad because we really wanted to have an annual service plan with this company but we don’t have confidence that they know what they’re doing or actually do everything they say will.

This company is charging outrageous prices for their services. The force you to buy their service plans. After getting a $300 bill for a simple maintenance visit I found out the $55 dollar filter was going to be $99 if I didnt buy the service plan. After my free next two checkups, I will be using another company. Summers htg for example for the same service today was $59.

Kyle from Williams Comfort Air was great. He was highly informative and helped me understand how some of the things I was doing (or not doing) with my current system was creating issues that could be solved fairly easily. It was priced very well to tune up the AC and I learned a lot that would probably save me a lot of money down the line! Highly recommend !

He got the unit back running but I tried telling him something else wasnt right on it and he assured me it was fine. A day later its still not right. He was nice and all but just didnt know what to do or was hesitant long story short someone else is coming out today
