Yarn choices were disappointing. Hobby Lobby is much better. Wish Hobby Lobby opened on Sunday afternoons.

Bought two more matching picture frames. Store is well stocked with crafting supplies and tchotchkies.

We went to get some sewing supplies and found exactly what we needed. The store was clean and well organized the line was short so we got in and out quickly.

To be honest Ive never been a big fan of Micheals because they are more expensive than Hobby Lobby. But this year with the pandemic theyve really showed their true colors. Also like that they are one of the only places that has actual seasonal decorations atm.

Did a curbside pick up. It was wrong. Had to go inside to exchange. Was told they couldn’t help me until I got in line. Stood in line for 20 min. Nothing convenient about it. Customer service was very poor.

I really like this place . It was my first time going and I wasnt sure what to expect. But I was happy with what I found. If you need a frame for a picture made this is the place. Silk flowers this is the place. And everything in between. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will be back soon.

Could spend a few hours in there. They need a few more of the basic gotta haves, those office type things, in a spot where they could be easily found... Also, Id like to see teacher supplies, something extra, extra special for the classroom. Overall, the store is neat and tidy.

My wife an I were trying to pick out the rest of our dining room decorations on a Sunday (you know whos closed then) and this was the first of 3 stores we stopped at.While the selection was limited, they had better quality stuff than the other two stores we visited, and the pictures actually had built in hangers, unlike the other stores we went to that we had to go to Lowes to buy hardware for.

Michaels offers an unbelievable array of craft and artistic items. Not only are the finished goods offered but also the component parts necessary to create your own masterpiece. Service is excellent and the staff is always helpful. I recommend Michaels to anyone who is an artist or likes to craft.

Great place to find any craft-related item ever! Awesome store with awesome staff! I knocked off a star for the minor fact that the supplies seemed to be a bit disorganized and I struggled to find items I was looking for. Otherwise, an awesome experience.

It nice and has a lot of stuff for crafts. A lot on sale but becareful. Item are marked up. I saw an item that showed $40 printed on the package. But on sale with 40% off. So that makes it $24 .Sounds good. But at Wal-Mart for the same item was $19.99 printed on the packaging. And not on sale. Just shop wisely.

Average medium sized Michaels store. Four out of five stars because I went in looking for model items for a diorama and only found a couple things at the end of an aisle.

Their products are cool and they usually will have what your looking for.However they are pricey (would recommend hobby lobby more if you still want quality with a good price), & clerks arent the best, alot of turnover.

Love Michaels inventory! Think they need to do away with the coupon thing and do more sales

The manager, Tyler I think, and Stephanie were amazing!!! They helped me out last minute to get glass vials for a group of high school girls to collect sand on a trip to Florida. They stayed open an extra 10 minutes to ring me up and answer my questions. They went above and beyond for 38 special ladies on a very special trip. Working retail I know you really want to go home at the end of the night!!Thank you.

I came into this store at 8:59pm (I felt terrible but I really thought they closed at 10pm.) I knew what I wanted though. The lady who welcomed me at the door too me to 3 different sections to find the scratch books I wanted. Even though it was closing time. :D made my night. I wish I had gotten her name. Tysm lady.

Anything you need craft wise you will find here. A good imagination helps.Would have been a 5 but the aisles are a bit confusing. Looking for stencils? Well they are in aisle 3, aisle 23, and aisle 53. Hmm...But I have to admit my qife found what she needed.

Wow. I will definitely NOT rush back to use their framing services! Just stopped in to check to see if my framing was completed as I was in the area and the receipt gave me an estimated completion date of today. Well, the customer service, or lack there of, in the framing department is terrible. Both times, when dropping off and checking to see if my order was ready have been bad. The employees act as though the customer is a major inconvenience to them and the attitude is snarky, bordering rude. I dont expect to be anyones bff, but common policy is to at least be polite? Spoke to the Manager afterwards who just gave me the standard script - basically, yes, sorry, I dont care...

Came here because I was on this side of the highway, it is OK because partially found what I was looking for.They are moving away from a specialty-creativity store to a kit-ready-made store.When you ask for items that were available in the past, the store clerks refer you to the competition. Surprisingly, it was not crowded as other times. Still think is overpriced but saved the day.

Been to Michaels store in different states. This particular store seems to know what theyre doing. Ive had issue with other stores in one other state but corporate helped me with that issue. They honor competitors coupon and military discount but at the same time follow store policy as far as whats excluded. SIill learned my lesson with ordering online. Just better to purchase in store; a personal preference. Clean and organized.

Came here to get a Christmas tree. There were none in the floor so I asked an employee if there were anymore (online said they were in stock). She went to check and never came back. 10 minutes later I ask another employee and they tell me they think they have 1 more and he’d go check the back. 10 minutes later another employee comes down the aisle with the tree. I ask to confirm it’s the correct one and he tells me a couple up front already paid for it (a couple that had come in behind us) and that’s the last one. All I was told was “I don’t know what to tell you, they’ve already paid for it.”Very disappointed with the customer service. Not only did their employees incompetence cost us the deal and about a half hour of our time, we didn’t even get an apology and were immediately wrote off.
