Needed new tires and after shopping around, Belle had the best price. Online purchasing and scheduling was a breeze. On the day of installation, everyone at the store was very nice and courteous. The store manager took good care of me and explained everything to me thoroughly. Definitely will be back when the time comes to tires.

Big shout out to Quinton, Kirk, and our technician, Robert Walker. I had best experience getting my tires changed for the winter at Belle Tire. I had talked to several other tire shops about pricing for the specific tires I wanted, but Belle Tire had the best pricing for the same exact tires. It was affordable with no additional charges for the disposal of my old tires. They were so helpful, and they made sure that all my questions were answered on the phone and when I arrived in person. This location is consistently excellent for tires, oil change and has the right combination of efficiency and price, but most importantly- they are organized and professional. Even launching in the pandemic, they have managed to be terrific and top notch- leave the other places and go here!

I have been to this location twice in recent months; once for tires and again for a battery. Both times were seamless experiences, with friendly, helpful, extremely professional staff. Product selection was easy, time frame was reasonable with frequent updates as to progress. On both visits the actual time to complete the work was less than their estimate. Waiting area is comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend!

Every time I have been to this particular Belle Tire they have always been courteous, friendly, and Incredibly helpful. Today they refill my AC, but theyve also replaced the tires on my truck, my husbands, and they wants repaired a nail I have in my tire. Youre not going to find a better shop than this place

Great store! We have had multiple things done here, from tires, to brakes, to oil changes. They have been honest with me, even when I told them I thought I needed front brakes, and they could have easily agreed and done the work, but instead they told me they were fine. They do a good job explaining things, and prices are very fair as well. Highly recommend!

I have done business here several times and have never been disappointed!! They are courteous, helpful, professional, keep you informed on the progress of your work while you are waiting, clean and does not try to rip you off telling you that you need something you really dont. I have come to this Belle Tire multiple times ranging from swapping winter tires over to replacement of CV shafts. They are not the closest shop but they are worth the extra time to take my car to. Great value and great service, not much more you can ask for.

They will sell you tires, but don’t count on them for doing tire repairs and rotations promptly on your new tires like they promise without a lot of fuss. I came in to this location early AM while on business trip with a tire that had a nail in it that really needed repair. They told me they would not fix that same day even when I was willing to leave car for day! Go to Costco where they service what they sell.

Had a tire patched today, was only there about 45 mins. Staff was professional and friendly to everyone that walked in. Will give them more of my tire related business.

I went in to Belle Tire on WednesdayTo get a tire fixed that had a screw in it. They told me it would be about an hour and a half before they could look at it but if I brought it back on friday I could be in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. Today ( friday ) I returned at 8 am. When it told the counter man why I was there he told me it would be 2 hours before he could look at it! I instead decided that we will just take all our company vehicles back to discount tire in the future. Very disappointed.

Not only was able to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee battery before closing at very short notice, but it ended up being cheaper than anticipated/quoted, as it was discovered the system had the wrong battery. They have a great waiting area too. First time I had ever visited.

Although I went to get my tires swapped out during peak hours, the staff was able to give me excellent customer service and accurate timespan of the service. My favorite tire shop.

I first had my new tires put on over the summer and the service was fantastic and pressure free. I went in for an alignment, and they did an excellent job, but made a little oops with a scratch to my car. Mgr Josh acted without delay ordered my part from the manfuacter and installed it beautifully. Service folks will make mistakes, but I find the ones that make up for those errors to be trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Five star all around!! .I was in Carmel in preparation of relocating to ths area and on my third day in the area I got up to find a tire at 23 lbs;I just came upon this shop by chance. Fortunately it was the beginning of the day. And they were able to fit me in. A nail was removed and repair made quickly. Everyone was pleasant and they did not even charge for this. Tre prices great and there is a price match guarantee here so its a great place to buy tires. I am so glad I found this shop!

Great service! Told me exactly what i needed to have done before i got my alignment. Went ahead and got it done and they nailed the alignment. Also had a spongy brake pedal and noticed when i left it was operating much better. Never mentioned it, just goes to show these guys go above and beyond. Thank you!

I recently had a tire replaced here. I bought warranty on my tires when I replaced them about 4 months ago. They ordered a new tire which arrived next day and replaced it. Customer service was okay.Today however, after getting my tire replaced, and after I started the payment process, the front desk person reached across the desk to sign one of the prompts on the pay machine. He said, this is just something we have to do for warranty purposes. I dont know about you, but I find this behavior very sketchy and dont want some person signing documents for me without me even reviewing the document. Its such a shame, this is my first bad experience with Belle Tire in general.Lastly, I noticed when I received my receipt that one of the itemized lines said customer declined alignment, which I certainly did not decline. Not the best customer service.

I bought some tires about a year ago and was recently having to put air in my tires almost weekly. I reached out to the Belle on Michigan Rd in Carmel and they scheduled an appointment that same day. Once the guys were able to evaluate my tires, they told me exactly what was going on and fixed the issue. They were very helpful.

I brought in my tire which had a slow leak from a sheet metal screw. They were busy and I had bought the tires elsewhere, but they fixed the tire for free, sooner than they promised, and showed me how to reset my (glitchy and excessively complicated) tire pressure monitor system.

Very good experience. Facility was very clean.Staff very professional and friendly. I was kept informed of everything that was going on with my Jeep. My appointment was at 11am and I was back in my car and on the road before 12 noon. Very happy with the service

Excellent and prompt service with Short notice(just 10 minutes). Josh prompted four tire removal & mounting within a hour with ten minutes notice. He resolved my problem with flat tire before my scheduled travel next day morning. I do appreciate his quick service when the majority of stores have short hand or closed with the pandemic.

Not always the cheapest store for tires but they are fast and seem to do good work. Would recommend using them to others because I use this store for my tire needs.

Excellent service and support. The technician, Albert, took care of a noise that was occurring in the rear of our vehicle by doing a free brake check and making some complimentary adjustments while doing that. He even did a test drive with me to make sure that the noise was gone.

Had arm control joints and tires replaced on my vehicle in March. Mechanic didnt put lock tite on the bolt and it came loose yesterday. Im just glad that my family member driving the car didnt get hurt or wreck the vehicle, but very shoddy work from Belle Tire. Will NOT use them anymore.

Helpful as my usual Belle Tires. I needed to change a tire due to an ill-timed screw in the road. My normal Belle gave me the location with my tire size in stock. This location was helpful and able to replace my tire quickly, even though they were busy.

We have taken 3 of our vehicles here and I absolutely love the customer service! We’ve been waited on by the manager Josh and a few others. They are not there to price gouge and push repairs down your throat, they’ll tell what u need to have done, what needs to be done sooner rather than later, offer other options. I also overheard Josh with another customer that really couldn’t afford what needed to be done and he went above and beyond. My husband and I definitely recommend this place and we will continue to tell our friends and kids to bring their business here.

Josh made tire buying a great experience! My car was showing a tire pressure of 24psi (the others were 33) on the front passenger tire. Because of the quarantine I wasnt sure if they would allow me to sit in the waiting room. I called ahead and spoke to Josh. He told me they were allowing customers to sit in the waiting area but I also gave me the option of remaining in my car if I did not feel comfortable being in the waiting room. I asked him about a couple of tires my husband had seen on their website and he said he would compare their prices to the other major companies locally before I arrived. When I arrived he met me at the air pump to inspect the tire. I asked about the wear on my other tires and he told me they were pretty worn out (the same thing my father and BIL had told me). He was not pushy and even gave me a little lesson on how to read the tread. Once inside he showed me a sheet with the pricing worked up for the 2 tires I had asked about and showed me how they would match the competitors pricing. He explained the whole process (including the possible need for an alignment), told me how long it would take and asked if I would like to remain in my car. I was fine with being in the waiting room so he told me to have a seat and he would check back with me. Josh came back several times to let me know how the process was going and to update me on the alignment check. He showed me that one tire was off by just a little and told me they would take care of it for free. Once everything was done he explained to me how the tire could become misshapen in the first week and that it will return to normal shortly but if it doesnt, just to bring it in and they will fix it. I could not have been more impressed with Josh and the entire crew. When my husband needs tires, we will definitely be buying them at Belle Tire!!

This Belle Tire will forever have my future tire business! We had to make an immediate trip to Brownsburg to get a part from my DC to get a part for my car. We took our little truck with Front tires that were way less than stellar! We were planning on replacing the tires before we took off but didn’t have time. I called this Belle about 30 minutes before they closed. They stayed to mount new tires for us and we were still 20 minutes away. They couldn’t put them on the car because we had different wheels they had to put the tires on and we didn’t have the correct wheel nuts so we had to grab some on the way out of town. Well the tire on the old wheel blew on the way to the parts store but thanks to Belle all we had to do was pick up the new wheel nuts and put the new setup on the car! Had they not helped we would have been stranded til someone to come help us from an hour away. Thank you guys! We had a little bump but we made it home safe. I will literally drive to your guys’ store just to get tires or any other work I may need that we can’t do from now on and I live an hour and a half away.

Belle Tire gained a permanent customer in me as well as someone who will refer people to them. My neighbor gave me his old mudders for my Wrangler. Josh Ottinger and team were happy to put them on with no pressure to buy new tires. In the process they found that the wheel lock key was stripped and one of the tires wouldnt balance properly. His team was able to get all the locks off but the tires proved not to be a good fit. Josh educated me on various tires, handling, ride quality, price, etc. after I explained what I was looking for. Not only was his overall knowledge impressive but his team did an incredible job getting the locks off my Wrangler without destroying my wheels. GREAT JOB Josh and the Belle Tire team!

Got my tires replaced here. They gave me a lot of options and also recommended a few. They were also able to beat Costco price for the same tire. Decided to go with Michelin Defender for my CR-V. It took them less 40 mins. Very satisfied. Meagan, assistant manager, is very knowledgeable and helped in making the decision.

After going to 4 other tire shops including Costco and being quoted around $1,200 and a 3-5 day wait I drove by Belle Tire and decided to stop in. Based on my previous experiences I wasn’t expecting much. Not only did they have the tires in stock they did everything for well under $1k and I didn’t negotiate! Got it done in about 1.5 hours. But...it gets better...my trucks air started blowing cold right when my wife picked me up. They pulled my truck in and checked it out. I was low on coolant (I’m assuming there’s a leak) but I was able to get it home and stay warm. Their shop is clean and nice. Don’t hesitate to take your car here. I worked w Tim. He was beyond helpful.

Excellent Service. I was greeted by one of the Belle Tire employees, Jalen, in the parking after stepping out of my SUV. He asked what I needed help with today. I explained that one of my tires had slowly been losing pressure. He said they could help. I went in to their waiting room and in about 30 minutes he came back and said they found a screw in my tire and were able to fix it and that there was no charge! He just asked that I would consider using them in the future. It was very refreshing to receive fast and courteous service. I most certainly will be back!

The name is misleading, they dont do just tires. The will do almost everything bumper to bumper. They were friendly, informative, thorough and help find the best deals they could for us. The would look for sales on parts, see what discounts they could give, explained the importance or necessity of the work/fix/adjustment. They will even take you to your car and show you whats happening. They feel the more you understand your car, or the function of a part, the more informed a decision you can make. We finally found a mechanic we trust like a good friend.

They were awesome and fit me in last minute. They fixed most of my issues (low tire pressure and a broken windshield wiper) and where able to give me advice on where to go to fix other issues with my car. My check engine light was on and they were able to tell me why it was on and at no charge since I had to go to the dealership for these issues.

So I am a diehard Discount Tire customer...3 months ago I took my car in to service my tire monitor system...namely, get a new sensor on one of my tires. The conceierege brought the car up to the door and said he had hard reset it in the parking lot and all was good to go. Sure enough, the sensor light was off. Two days later it was on again and has been on for the past 3 months. I whipped into Belle Tire today to get the sensor changed, and it was reset properly, and I was told by my Belle Tire rep I did not need to get it replaced. I would have paid to have what they did done, but they sent me on my way with no charge...great customer care, very knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. I will definitely be back in the future.
