We did a cooking class at this location. It was super hands on and super fun! We made all of the food that we cooked. Learned some good cooking techniques. I will definitely plan to go back another time. Talking about planning our next date night there already. We made risotto, salmon, a new way to make a delicious fresh salad, and made a pastry. Chef Mel was a wonderful instructor! We was offered 10% off everything in the store after our class, and a discount on a future class, too. ..again, super fun, and totally will go back!

I signed up for one of their in-store cooking classes (croissants) to do as a gift with my mom who loves to bake. Chef Taylor was great - very knowledgeable and patient as she walked us through the various steps. All the items were well prepared for the small class and while the croissants finished baking, we had time to check out the store. Every participant gets 10% off your total store purchase. Ill definitely do another class soon!

Our daughter bought a cooking class for all three of us as a Christmas gift and we had a great time together. Our particular night was Indian Cooking at home: Classic Butter Chicken. None of us had ever taken a cooking class before so it was a new experience for all of us. It was fun to use different equipment and the staff there seemed knowledgeable and happy to be there. All of the ingredients were pre-measured and the chicken was already soaking in marinade before we started, but otherwise we prepared everything ourselves, primarily slicing and chopping up veggies and then cooking everything (except for the Indian rice, made for the whole class by our instructor). At the end we had a large dutch oven full of creamy tomato butter chicken, a pan of Chana Marsala (chickpeas in a spicy tomato sauce), and Indian rice. We brought it home and it was very good. Plenty of leftovers to split between us and all the recipes to try this on own on at home. We are very glad we did this, a fun, new activity for us.

I love Sur La Table due to the knowledge and customer service they have! Ever time I walk into the store I am greeted and notice how clean and organized everything is. If there is ever anything I need they are willing to help.I just recently had to deal with customer service and it was such a positive experience! I emailed them all the information and it was fixed shortly afterwards (less than an hour). I was very impressed!Wonderful company on all fronts and I’m happy spending my money there!

Friendly and helpful - but sometimes to the amount I would call hovering. I wish they would stock more of the products they carry on their website that get great reviews. The cooking class area looks very well equipped.

Solid cooking class experience with Chef Ashley! We made paella, shrimp in a garlic sauce, and olive oil ice cream. All quite flavorful and easy to make. You get hot tea and snacks as you cook and there’s the option of bringing some wine to class. I’d recommend! On the pricier side, but it’s a good time. Makes a great gift and look out for special deals! I got my class for $15 off. Mother’s day weekend is 40% off, I believe!

I went into this store today for my birthday. My mother and I both went in. I found some really awesome star wars spatulas. With the intent to purchase them. While walking around I was looking at an espresso machine. While examining the product an EXTREMELY rude worker walked up to me and ask do you need any help? I expressed I was doing well and she took the handle from the machine out of my hand and shewed me away! SHEWED me?! Are you kidding me? Im not typically one to complain. Definitely not a Karen. But who shewes a fully grown woman? I put back my spatulas that I was really eager to purchase. Thanks for making my Birthday memorable. Id rather spend my money and shop somewhere else.

I love this store and location. Large enough to have the product youre looking for and small enough for the employees to recognize you as a customer. Also, I have ordered online in the store and that was very convenient. Very clean, very friendly and pleasant.

My wife and I decided to do a date night a little differently, a cooking class! This place was great! An accomplished chef led class, ours was 16 people, in teams of 4. You can bring your adult beverage of choice to enjoy while there. If you like cooking and want to do date night different, this is your place!

Unimpressed w management. The KMP(Karen Mask Police) was in full force. They asked me to raise my mask. I did, but it wasn’t high enough for them. I couldn’t even see bc it fogs up my glasses.

Did my first cooking class with them and thoroughly enjoyed it. They provide all the ingredients and walk you through how to make some cool dishes! The one I picked was eclairs and they turned out delicious! Fun experience.

I love this store! The team of staff members is Super Nice, friendly and helpful! They sell so many wonderful kitchen tools! Every time I go into this store, I just want to buy one of everything. This store location offers baking and cooking classes as well. It always so good in this store because of the food classes! The store offers coffee samples as well!

I was nervous coming for a date night cooking class. I don’t eat meat (pescatarian) and called ahead to see if they could modify recipes. They said no and it was too late to cancel or reschedule. I was prepared to not eat what was cooked when they decided to cook my shrimp separate! Portions sizes were great, no need to eat first, you leave full.Important to know:+ BYOB+ you can’t take leftovers home+ you can have modifications for parties of 4 (cooking groups are with 4 people)

There arent too many places that cater to the home chef. This store always has what I am looking for. I own several Sur La Table brand items, including baking sheets, stainless steel cookware, and cooking utensils. They have a great selection of knives that range from middle of the road to fairly high end, such as Bob Kramer.We registered here for our wedding 8 years ago and I continue to come back. They have a great mail catalog and send coupons every once in awhile. Sometimes, they give me a 10% discount even if I dont have a coupon. Check out their discount shelves for some good finds.

Cheap frozen food and imitation meat. Uses instacart / Kroger to get frozen food. Doesn’t tip either! Will never deliver for them again. Requires you deliver to side door so customers don’t see you carry in the food. CARMEL, IN.

Sur La Table is my primary / go-to kitchen store, it has everything a home cook/chef would be looking for. Including those NO2 gas cartridges for your whipping siphons (just ask the staff where they hide them). The staff here is excellent and always have great recommendations. If you are looking for knives, stop by and cut some vegetables and try out a variety of styles before buying.

This place has excellent classes, very knowledgable staff and a wide variety of products. Prices are slightly high, but the products are high quality. Its always busy, so sometimes moving around is tight.

Cooking class was fun and the meal was amazing. Also, you can bring your own wine or other drink for during class and with your meal. Prices in the store are a bit high.

Please shop for your own food for your cooking classes and stop using Instacart for delivery if you are not going to tip your shopper.

One of the few retail locations that rival or beat online prices such as Amazon. Plenty of friendly staff on the floor to assist. Highly recommend
