This place is great Josh was so patient helping us find the perfect bike for my wife and I. He was more than happy to go on test rides with us and explain how each bike worked and the different features of them. He answered all our questions and in the end we bought two awsome bikes. Big shout out to John for installing the Thule rack on our car. All around an awsome shop.

My wife and I had some out -of-town visitors this past weekend. We wanted to show them the fun side of Carmel and visited Pedego Electric Bikes. We rented three ebikes, including a tandem bike, and rode them up and down the Monon Trail. We had a blast! Josh and the crew at Pedego were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! When its time to buy an ebike, this is the only place I would trust.

My friend and I called on a Saturday met Josh the owner on Sunday afternoon . He took the time to spend with us and let us try out a few bikes . He never pushed us into buying anything great guy. As a result we bought two bikes thanks again very good investment

Great place, great bikes, the best people. You can find cheap EBikes online; what will you do when there’s an electrical problem? For this level of investment you really will want a Josh or Marco in your corner. While we’re on the subject of price, it’s a minor investment in your quality of life, happiness, and well being.

My friends and I just enjoyed a great day riding electic bikes down to Broad Ripple for lunch and shopping. It was a fabulous ‘girls day out’. The bikes are a blast ( you can pedal if you want to....but we only did if we passed people so it would LOOK like we were exercising), the guys at the bike shop were kind and very professional, and the bikes are in great condition. A great time was had by all!!!!

We are in our early 70s & found our endurance declining. Decided to look at electric bikes. Marco took us out on a test ride & did a great job helping us learn the bikes then turned us loose to ride a bit on the Monon. Josh was very helpful answering our questions our next trip down. We decided to go for it and left with 2 bikes. We just finished a 26 mile ride. Electric bikes got us back to great long rides. Thanks Pedego.

These guys were awesome. The owner, Josh, was so nice and knowledgeable. Sage, the repair guy, is a bike repair guru. I would highly recommend them. The fact they are just a few steps away from the Monon for easy access is a plus.

I was there today .they let me try 3 different bikes. Right next to Monon trail. I already knew about ebikes but they taught me even more. Very nice people. Rent bikes by the hour or all day. Ride to Broad Ripple or Downtown Indy via Monon.

Wow, this place is a gem. I was interested in getting myself an ebike and found this nice place in Carmel. I paid them a visit and was greeted by Marco and Josh. I explained to Marco my ebike needs and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He offered me to test ride a Pedego Boomerang. I’m very surprised of this amazing ride, very comfortable and has a lot of power. I had my wife and kids with me at that time, so Marco offered us to test ride the Pedego stretch, where I put the kids in the back and I do all the cycling. Well, not just me, but the electric motor too.All I can say is that I had an amazing experience with Marco and Josh, I remember after test riding the Pedego Latch, which has a front motor, I told Josh that this needs to be called an AWD bike. You pedal the rear wheel and the motor takes care of the front one.I did sense that the bikes are very well made. I came into the store expecting myself to pick up a fat tire bike “4” width tire” but I test drove it too and I fell in love with the Boomerang instead, that has a 2” tire. The Pedego Boomerang seemed more comfortable and stable. I let Josh know that I prefer the Boomerang over the fat tire, and he explained that having a fat tire bike is similar to driving a Jeep Wrangler, which is an informative comment since the fat tire ones would perform better in off roads and harsher terrains.By the way, They only carry Pedego bikes and I found out that their bikes come with two years warranty. They also service bikes and they offer rentals on ebikes!! They are next to the Monon Trail.The interaction is awesome and the staff is super friendly.
