I came to find a book to read quickly that would give me a quick and useful teaching, but I did not expect the offers and the greatness of this bookstore. I LOVE ALL!!! especially their starbucks! I tried some chocolate peanut butter cookies, and to my surprise all the pumpkins coffee came out. if you love books you must visit this place !!

My favorite place to visit when I have nothing else planned for the day or weekend. Ample amount of books. Great variety of gift options. Nice collection of graphic novels and board games. Have a nice cup of coffee at Starbucks situated inside the shop while reading a good book.

Loved that they didnt give me a bag for my purchased book. Its small steps like that, that will improve the environment.

Even when short staffed, every team member I encounterd was incredibly kind and helpful! Slightly longer waits than I had anticipated, but it is understandable and they are well worth the wait. Great selection of novels and informational/educational works. Will happily go again, many times.

I love going here. They have such a large variety of books. Since i love reading and collecting books, going here is perfect for that. They also have small sections of art supplies which i think is really cool.

Place was great and very nice. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful as my daughter was looking for a specific book. Will definitely be back.

It was wonderful to be back in this bookstore again! It was busy, but not overly crowded and even the other customers were helping each other. Ive missed this place so much! We dont live near a Barnes & Noble - in fact this is the closest one to us - and we go to Indianapolis about one a month for an appointment. The store was clean and had a fresh, new layout. I hope its not too long before I get back there again because this place nourishes my soul.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They sell a lot more than just books! I took my son and he had a great time browsing the entire store.

It is a local bookstore. I will probably always give 5 stars just because it is a physical store that sells books. That said. Seems to be well stocked and clean. A little dark because some lights were turned off but may be for energy savings

Very nice bookstore with lots of sitting areas, cafe and calming atmosphere. Great selection of kids books, but just watch out for the toy section! The only drawback is the lack of books in other languages. My kid is learning French and we were looking to get some books for him, but they only had one book in French.

Quiet, clean and great assortment of books. I haven’t been to a book store for almost a year, how I missed it! We definitely need a bookstore in our neighborhood. The only areas to sit is the tables in the cafe.

They have a variety of items. The clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt rush you, etc.

Bathrooms very gross. Like a gas station. Only one cashier and long lines to check out. Book selection was great though.

Books are way too expensive. I can easily buy books for way cheaper price at good will. This why I hardly go to Barnes and Noble. What doesn’t make sense is why even bother having books been they are more easily accessible to get on amazon. For some of the books I have seen in Barnes and nobles are way more expensive than amazon paperbacks are way cheaper and I can get a lot more. Honestly eventually there won’t be and bookstores because you can get anything only line. I would like to see that.

They should have something to where people can search for books within the store. Employees weren’t very helpful and took forever. Add a kiosk for your in store inventory, or hire more people.

I witnessed an absurd interaction between an employee and a customer. The employee was confrontational and inflammatory towards the customer. I also dont appreciate employees talking negatively about customers in front of other customers. It is appalling and I called the store manager to report it. Coaching is highly needed and the understanding of customer experience needs to be stressed at this location.

Normally a nice quiet place to read or study.However today the dalmatian hair lady in the orange coat was driving all the paying customers out of the cafe area, going up to each table and insisting they put their mask on between sips of their coffee and telling them they cant sit at the table without their mask on.She stood at one table for several minutes harassing them that the mask has to cover their nose and their mouth between sips and between chewing! Then stared at everyone from the bookshelves until they all left.She should just stay home - Cruella

No conservative books.

We took our toddler here today. We wanted some sort of an Im going to be a big sister book. They had a section of these types of books. They also had a train station toy set up to keep our little girl busy while we browsed. They had so many interesting and engaging age-appropriate books! It was great to get our toddler engaged if picking her books! When asked if we wanted membership at the check out we got honest feedback from the staff that the membership only made sense if you come in often. This was good to know because we get most books online. I think that will change for our kid book purchases!

This Barnes & Noble location is very outdated. Doesnt want to make customers spend much time inside..

Its only a few minutes from home and Im an avid reader. I stop once or twice a month looking for new titles. Whenever I have any questions, they have always been able to help me.

Browsing seems to be discouraged because of covid. While that is understandable there doesnt seem to be much point in going under thoughs conditions.

The starbucks employees were awful. My drink tasted rancid even after having them remake it.

I tried to buy a gift here and couldnt find a single book in good enough condition! Most books at goodwill look better than these- dirty, scratched, yellowed, and generally beat up.

Books, books everywhere and you can always find one of a kind gifts here. Fun library where you dont have to whisper. They also employ the nicest workers, helpful, insightful and knowledgeable about their stock .Just a happy place to be anyday.

I really enjoyed my experience here at this location of Barnes and Noble. I was surprised with a few things first, the sales they have. Second was the kid friendly things was a welcome surprise and thirdly how big the place was. I did buy two great books. And this location also has a coffee shop kinda thing.

Ive been coming to this B&N ever since I was a child. Im 27 now. The atmosphere is always warm. The toys & collectibles section is filled with Funko Pops and Lego sets, along with board games. What makes B&N thrive in this modern age, is books & magazines. The feel of holding the book you want + seeing it in person just cant be rivaled by a picture on the Internet. They have a large childrens area designed perfectly for afternoon reading sessions. That space can easily house an event also, which B&N has on a monthly ish basis.

Its great to see that they havent succumbed to the epidemic and had to close. Heres hoping they survive!!

The children section is the largest in the city; choose from with a wide array of age appropriate books. On to my favorite section the, music store, I buy all of my albums here, I even special Order ones to come in from the warehouse.This is my go-to bookstore with a genuine home town feel!

The shelves were stocked full and the selection of games and puzzles is great. I ran out of time browsing as the store closes at 6:00 PM every day.

I used to not be a fan of Barnes & Noble back when Borders was still around, but I have grown to like the chain and especially this location. My kids love the childrens events that they have and they love the play area in the back. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.their prices are comparable to most other book chains and we have one of their rewards cards which helps offset prices anyway. it is a great choice if I need something right away and dont want to wait for Amazon to ship.

This B&N has a nice selection of games, toys, figures, and crafts, in addition to the great selection of books, calendars, notebooks, music and magazines. We save money or get a little something free for being members too. We may not buy every book from B&N, sometimes find them cheaper elsewhere, but the kids always find a must have to add to their book collections!

Love Barnes and noble! They have great deals! We always fine great books and other items that are reasonable priced.

Vinyl selection is great. Book selection is great. Board Game selection is amazing. Expect to find hot games here earlier than most other outlets. Whomever does their buying of games for the stores in this area does a really good job.You will also find that this store gets lots of authors popping in for readings and signings. I was able to meet George R.R. Martin here! You will also find signed editions of novels from popular contemporary authors for sale.

Weird divide of science fiction and fantasy and honestly it was just such a small section.

Everyone is always very helpful here. They typically have books Im looking for unless theyre very obscure. Its a great spot to buy a book and hang out for a while.

The staff is very knowledgeable on what they do and do not have. The line was a little long at the checkout but once the staff realized this they sent help to the front to get the customers checked out quickly.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you step in. I often come here to do homework, enjoying the scents of various baked goods (always irresistible!). Even better, however, is the smell of new books as you wander through the well-organized rows of novels, short stories, guide books, fantasy books, and many more. If you are more inclined towards art and writing, there are even beautiful journals and art supplies available. I am so grateful to this book store for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Ill definitely be going back soon!

Barnes & Noble is the place for every kind of book imaginable. One of my favorite things to do is to get lost in their incredible magazine selection. Magazines for every hobby, interest and lifestyle, amazing!

I will be the first to say it, I am not a book lover or a book person. However, even I can easily spend some time going through cookbooks and magazines, oh and dont forget they have board games too. My son loves to come here, and really enjoys the LEGO and train tables - as well as convincing us to not leave without a new book for him. It has become a fun family place to go, which I never would have guessed.

It was ok. Barnes and Noble feels less and less like a bookstore. With every visit the random product takes up more and more space.

Selection of kids sound book was awful. Only 3 different ones. Then I found a couple in clearance that the sounds were not working anymore. The there was one that had sounds with the Ugly Duckling I thought ok For the price I will buy it. Get up to the cashier & she had been working with this lady for a while now trying to do an even exchange clearly the cashier didnt know what she was doing. I was waiting maybe 5 or more minutes finally someone comes & helps the cashier to do the transaction. Then walks away. Then the woman still has more books to return. I finally said the hell with it put my book on the counter & left the store. They need more then one cashier at these stores.

Still my favorite place to relax and paruse the place. I enjoy Amazon like most but you cannot beat the intimate setting of a well laid out bookstore. They also have a fine selection of LPs and the Starbucks coffee and teas are great for kicking back with a picking out a novel.

Excellent Barnes and Noble. They had everything that my grandson wanted for his birthday. Very helpful and accommodating to an 11 year old for his birthday.

Bookstore is well ordered and current with some bargain tables worth a look. Good coffee with a variety of cheesecake, pies and cookies.
