Amazing service. Went in today with my 24-70mm not focusing properly, I was greeted by a guy named Anthony who asked me what issues I was having. I explained to him what was going on, he proceeded to take a look. After about 5 minutes of a little fixing, my lens was good as new & working great! Anthony really saved the day for me, I was scared it was gonna cost me hundreds but he got it fixed easily! Very knowledgeable guy & very friendly as well, even showed me how to remove/put in rolls to my film camera & helped me get one developed! A+ service as always.

Felt out of place at first however after talking for a little while they were very helpful ended up buying several things. Staff was knowledgeable and cant wait to make it back down there already making a list

I love the store, but always seems to take forever to get checked out. I especially like Eric, as he is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have done business with them, numerous times. Just beware of the hours posted on line, as this stores hours are different than the downtown store.

Luke is fabulous! My brother unexpectedly passed away and Luke helped me edit a few photos I had of him that were taken by my daughters cell phone. The photos included a group of us but I wanted to isolate just Michael and remove a shadow and light glare in his glasses. It took a bit of time but I am very satisfied with the end product and greatly appreciate the time he took with me to get it just right.Thank you Luke!

Great selling high end gear but if it doesn’t work out they’ll try and deny a return for bubble wrap and charge a 20% restock fee. Would be 1 star except a sensible manager repacked after I offered $20 for a few inches of bubble wrap. Btw, if you say “I can’t resell this this way” that tells me you sell returned as new....

I visited Roberts Camera from out of town and was incredibly impressed with their store and employees. Everyone was very kind and helpful and they took great care of me!

Looking for a starter DLSR for my wife. The sales woman was excellent. She was very patient, answered all our questions, even some silly ones and made sure we had the best deal they had to offer. She even gets a free class to get started. Excellent experience.

Let me preface my review with the fact that I do photo restoration professionally, here in Carmel. I print a lot of pictures in Roberts Photo lab and I also come here to buy own photography equipment and printing supplies.Roberts makes fantastic prints! Their prints are superior to drug stores and department store prints in my opinion. Their equipment produces better color and crisper edges in pictures.Not only does Roberts beat the competition in quality, but they have print prices that are as good and some prices that are better than the national chain stores.The knowledgeable staff in both the lab and the sales people are something you wont find at the department or drug stores. These people only do photo and camera! They know their business too.Over the years I have been going to Roberts, I have come to trust their opinions and expertise in the field.I will not go anywhere else for prints or equipment.

I needed a stand for my phone to do some quick video. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I said what I was looking for and she took me right to it. She explained a bit about them and then left me to decide what I wanted. Check out was fast and easy. Good experience with knowledgeable staff. Getting in and out wasn’t the easiest. The parking lot isn’t very big and it sets at a weird angle to the road.

I have visited twice in hopes of upgrading lenses and had a terrible experience both times. If you’re not a professional, don’t bother shopping here. They make it clear they don’t want to be bothered with you and have no interest in helping you learn or improve. I had heard great things before visiting and was so disappointed in how I was treated.

Called in to ask questions between two different Nikon Cameras. Anthony refused to give me any information between the two cameras once I informed him that Id be purchasing my lenses from Roberts, but the body its self would be coming from a friend. Not cool. Not at all the customer service I am used to from Roberts.

I had to take the time and recognize the staff here for going the extra mile.Not only did they replace a faulty camera battery with no questions asked, but they spent a good 30 minutes today helping me find just the right combination of screw/washer/bolt that would mount my camera onto a tripod none of us could seem to figure out!I am someone who RARELY buys from brick and mortar stores, much preferring to shop from my laptop. But in this case Im glad Ive got a local point of contact who will take great care of my equipment and Im happy to recommend them for providing such phenomenal customer service.

Went in for 35 mm film and got what I needed but at what cost? I ended up spending around $26 for a 3 pack of film, after some searching online I found the same exact product for $9.99. I dont see any reason for such a dramatic price increase

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are willing to take time the time to answer questions and explain different features of the equipment. They dont just try to sell the most expensive item but recommend what best fits the customers needs.

I bought my first camera here recently and the employee I worked with fantastic. Helped explain all questions I had, and was very polite. When I asked if they had a certain body I wanted to look at, he grabbed a comparable camera that they did have.

I always go in looking for film, yes, actual film. They never have prices on the film, so I have to find an employee to ask about every variety of film that I am interested in. They never know, so they have to leave to look it up. I have asked a couple of times why do not price their film, but no one can give me an answer. On my latest trip, I found an endcap with expired film that clearly stated that all expired film was half off. Half off of what? Even they were not priced.I had also dropped off some OLD roll film the previous week. When I went to pick up the prints, I was told that they can not process C22 film, and the employee told me that he didnt know why they even accepted the roll in the first place. HE was the one who accepted the roll from me!I have one last old roll of processed film that I need to prints from, but after that, I am never visiting Roberts again. I would much rather visit a smaller store like this, but not if they continue their practices.-Chris

I am not a photographer. I know nothing other than point and shoot when it comes to pictures. Decided to venture into the DSLR cameras for some sweet car pics. Went into Roberts after best buy was too expensive. Had a general idea of what to expect for my price range, but didnt expect to get anything i really liked. Bought a used nikon d3200 for an excellent price AND plenty of accessories (carrying case, neck strap, handheld shutter clicker and extra battery). Came in $10 over budget. For what i got, not even mad about it. The associate’s advice was outstanding, but didnt feel like I was getting B rate service for shopping used. Been back a decent amount since then (2yrs now). Anytime i have a question about the camera or photography in general, i go in and speak with an associate. Usually i will buy something to support them and repay for any advice. Went there today and customer service was so good i had to say something. Great store👌🏼

I was skeptical. I figured reviews on amazon would be better than going here, but my friend convinced me to try it out. Brett was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to make a sale. He steered me towards better options for me and not the most expensive options.I got a product Im super happy with, and enjoy. There was a mishap on pricing and he threw in some consolation gifts. I loved my experience and Im sad that I dont live close enough to frequent the store. Great products!
