I love Eddie bauer stores I only wear Eddie bauer jackets this store was great they had Jackets in so many different colors colors I havent seen at the Eddie bauer store downtown, the 2 ladies that were there today had great Customer service

Absolutely worst customer service. The store was an absolute mess. I have had multiple friends tell me how rude the sales associates were and they are. I checked with customer service to see if I could try on and they were allowing only 3 pieces per customer, which is fair given this time. I asked to try on and was told that it was company policy that people were not allowed to try on, I then told her that I spoke with a representative from customer service and she said “we would have to be wearing gloves when handling the merchandise” which to me said that they were too lazy to do anything to convenience the customer. And for some reason this woman struck me as the manager on duty and gave me a bad taste of what Eddie Bauer stands for as a company. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have always recommended Eddie Bauer to friends and family. I will no longer do that and will be sure to voice my opinion due to this terrible customer service at Clay Terrace. The store and staff were a mess. Do not visit this store.

Large tall! A size rarely found! Im not wide so XL is a no go. Tall? Its alright until I need to bend over. Large tall? A perfect fit.Eddie Bauer stands behind their clothing. I brought in an old hoodie with a busted zipper. They apologized and let me exchange it with another?! Months later my favorite jeans failed when the stitching came loose. So, hey why not, I brought them back. I walked out 5 minutes later with a brand new pair of jeans.Their clothing is designed to last. Its not the cheapest but youre paying for quality.Each location has the same basic layout, same seasonal inventory, and theyre always well kept. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful. Their website isnt the best but they often have free shipping coupled with their sales. The one downside is they rotate their inventory often enough that size availability is sometimes an issue. You need to act fast before its gone.My absolute favorite item they sell are their flannel pajamas. Watching TV at night, going to bed, and waking up with coffee without them feels wrong! Theyre a must have, all year around.

Not worth going in! Just buy everything online! Couldnt try anything on because fitting rooms were closed. My fiancee tried putting a jacket on and the store manager told her she wasnt allowed to. You pretty much have to check out yourself! You have to take the hangers off yourself, hand them the tag so they can ring it up because they refuse to touch anything, and place your items in the bag yourself !!!!I understand policies have changed because of covid, but this is to far. Eddie Bauer you have lost my business for good and keep these policies up you will be bankrupt. :)

Their exchange policy is terrible. I have two pairs of brand new pants with tags that needed to be exchanged. After driving all the way to the store front location, I was told I need to exchange the item online. The employee was very condescending and offered little to no help except to tell me my only option is dealing with their terrible customer service which last time took over an hour for one phone call.He insisted I used the chat that isnt even available.NOT HAPPY.. They might as well shut this location down also if thats how they expect to continue to run their business.

This place is awesome, went in a couple of weeks ago and got a shirt for my wife and made a comment to the sales person about a pair of pants that I had that had the hem come out. He said bring them back in because of the life time warranty they would replace them. I brought back the pants and 3 shirts that also had small issue and they replaced them all under the lifetime warranty. This place knows how to take care of their customers!

Went to support local retail and told you have to order on line. Was not offered option of we can order and pay here and then have shipped to your house.

One of my favorite stores. There is always great deals too! My new fave purchase was the zen crossbody tote bag for my upcoming trip. I do have a ton of socks and vests from here also though. Looking for a winter coat eventually, there are so many choices to choose from! But my parents have been shopping here for years so that’s how I got hooked! I’d recommend. They also have life time warranty and a great return policy here.

MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a coat online and went in store to change the size. Was told its NOT avaliable but my coat was returned and I was given a number to call in order to get my size. Phone customer service isnt able to help me and in-store customer service isnt helping. For all I know, my coat was stolen by this store and they have me bouncing around phone and in-store for 6 weeks now. This is crazy

Love their products, but a few of the workers in this store are exceptionally good at their job. They are knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy for retail staff. I think the employees made me a long term customer as much as the products.

Love this store for good quality casual ware. I was looking for a hoodie and they had several. I got a friendly greeting and the salesperson was very helpful in showing me what they had but she wasnt pushy or hovered too much. Ive always had good luck with their clothes lasting a long time.

The employees were very helpful finding the right fit. They helped locate and order the size I needed from another location. Very kind and efficient.

My husband and I visited this store in effort for him to return a pair of pants and use the lifetime guarantee that they offer. There was a male worker that had one of the girls follow me while I had multiple items that I was going to purchase. I watched her walk over to him and talk about me behind my back. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and the shopping experience very negative. I don’t live in this area anymore and usually will make a stop to this store when we are home but I will no longer be going to this store. So rude and incredibly disgusting. Disappointed.

Was going to buy a pair of jeans this afternoon but waited in line for 5+ mins while the cashier serviced the customer ahead of me. Two other store clerks looked at me several times and then proceeded to fold clothes. 3 other registers were available.This is why retail is hurting. I went home and ordered online from a competitor instead. Hope Eddie Bauer Clay Terrace trains their employees to pay better attention to customers than pretending to be busy folding them.

Very rude to black people. Does not welcome me nor my friend when we walk in and shop around. But after five minutes we are in the store. two out of three people who are working in this store greet white people, and told them about the sale the store was having and never while we where in the store did they talk to us. Not even asking is there anything I can help you with. Or what made you come in. The people working are very rude and racist. They never greeted us at all while we are in store and would stair at us and talk about us behind are backs. This happend for a good five minutes until white people came in. And they got greeted right away. I have no interest in writing negative review for this Eddie bauer location, but the way I have been treated here is a good reason why I am writing this review.
