Great people, they really worked with us!Was so hot yesterday the plants were wilting.

My visit to the Home Depot was good I found what I needed without any help from the associates but the lady that was at the self checkout did help me manually put in the sku# for the item I needed.All was good thank you!

Super helpful here. Everyone knows who can help you and quickly come to assist. I dont usually like going in here but when I do I like to just get what I want and leave.. my husband shops here mostly

By far this is one of the better home depots. The employees here, most of them, seem to be happy and very helpful. They have better choices here than the ones elsewhere. Had to get some drills and they had more choices here than other home depots. They also had a pretty good sale where you get a free battery. Its on a more industrial location, so you dont feel like you need to get into a fist fight with people looking in your car, or homeless peppering you with questions

Victoria the head cashier in the garden department is extremely rude. I go here a few times a week and shes always rude, grumpy, never smiles, doesnt know where anything is, irritated, and will sweep the floors of her register area for several minutes before helping customers that she has acknowledged are waiting in line. I love home Depot because of the customer service. Thanks to Rachelle and Marco they took the time to help me find what I needed and were very nice and patient. Home Depot should have less Victorias working there and leading and more people like Marco and Rachelle being the leaders. They showed true leadership by helping customers and being friendly while Victoria went off to pout.

I used the app, it said they had 3 in stock of the item I needed. Anything under 10 I dont trust. I got there early Sunday morning and none at that store.

Store was really busy, but the staff is dedicated and make sure that you can get out quickly with the stuff you need

The aisles are more narrow at this store as compared to the Power Inn Home Depot. Its still my Happy store.

I love home depot. They got all the things I want and cant afford. Pretty good hand tool selections along with all the cordless equipment. I get most my ryobi tools from these guys. Even thinking about a prebuilt shed. Stay classy.

Everything was great.. Went in, got exactly what I wanted, 1 minute in the checkout line, got my military discount, paid the bill, and left...I did however encounter a very very very aggressive guy in the parking lot looking for money and he went total ape on someone who said he wasnt a veteran..

Out of many items, aisles ill organized, staff were working hard, but not enough of them to make a difference.

So, I go got what I needed at a good price. Had 1 line for all registers which confused alot of people. Not many signs noting the single form line

So I went to home depot yesterday I bought a construction belt and a drill. Mind you it said on the website they were buncha deals so I brought it up to the desk and I asked the lady about the deals and she said they werent going on but she said we can price match and she started getting irritated with me so I just bought him at the full price not a big deal. This was at the pro service desk. I came back today I return the belt because it was ripped up in the strap. Well as I was going back to the customer service desk she walked by me and said are you stealing those and I said no Im going to the customer service desk to pay for them. Sad part is I just spent $300 In the last 2 days. And I reported it to the management but I dont think they really do anything so I think Im going to corporate O and Im half white half black I dont know of as anything to do with it but shes white

It’s a smaller Home Depot with a layout that is unlike any in the greater Sacramento area (a function of it also being the first in the area). The layout makes it difficult to find items.

Usually operations are mediocre (always a line, throughput is terrible), and staff is pleasant. Today I bought a bug zapper, got home and see that it was used (full of dead bugs). I called to ask the store what happened, lady said there is no way they sell used items and if Im unhappy I can return it (instead of, you know, acknowledging that its possible they restocked a previous return that was opened or something). Bad customer service this time, and dont like that they sell used stuff as new.

Ryan was very helpful, helped me make copies of a key last minute before the store closed at 10pm. Was very friendly and kind. (This review and rating is solely based on this experience, nevertheless, nothing makes me want to review this store with any other rating.)- MK

Why would you make a parking space for trailers and then use it to park all your rental trucks there? Trying to find a parking space can be so frustrating with a trailer and this just adds insult to injury.Update: 11/24/2020I am glad to say that they stopped parking their rental trucks in the trailer zone, thank you. But the main reason why I changed my rating to five stars, is because of Mark. I had the most exceptional experience at the return aisle with Mark. He was very attentive, capable at his work, and made sure to exhibit a level of professionalism that I would never expect from a home Depot employee. I work in the service industry, and I can say that I left with a new understanding of what great service is thanks to Mark.

This is the worst Home Depot store that I have been to. The absolute worst. Nothing is in stock if they do carry it, and they dont carry much. The staff was not wearing masks, the customers were not wearing masks, and nobody seemed to care. The staff is even more standoffish than in the past, and that is a record. You have to actively track someone down and somehow engage them for long enough to get simple directions through the store to find an item. Again, if they have it.

This home depot is convenient because of its close proximity to so many other stores and restaurants. Plus they recently did a major facelift inside and out. I can usually always find everything I need I one trip!

Couldnt get curbside app to work so ended up running in. The CS reps were very helpful.

As I entered. I ask a store employee where a certain product was located in the store. Quickly, she answered, Aisle 8 and pointed out the direction. As she asked, Is there anything else I can provide. Found the product. It was too big for my car. I will pick it up later with a different car. Good service. Quick trip. Did pick it up later.

Great plants today. Just delivered, fresh and ready for putting in your yard. The woman helping me found the plant Id been waiting for very quickly. Thank you HD for all you do.

This home depot has been around for a long time. The service is lacking but the supplies are usually in stock. The check out lady was very nice.

What I was looking for found it got it thank God but I couldnt tell the difference between the people shopping there in the employee everybody just seem to be walking around with their hands in their pockets!!!

I love home depot! They let me roam around in their garden area, talking to their plants, without bothering you too much! LOL The only complaint I would have is they never have the smaller terracotta pots Im always looking for.

The STAFF here are GREAT and quiet HELPFUL....!

Finally.... customer service is improving

It took three or four people to talk to you to find out what I needed to find out about purchasing a lawn mower.

Great customer service and gave me the items that I never got from a previous purchase no questions asked.

I am very happy with the level of customer service I received the other night when I came in to get grass tarp for my daughters puppy. Adequate customer care has declined and when you receive it...its a true jem.

The prices are okay and they have most of your home improvement supplies.

Good prices on things and good employees they know where things are and they direct you straight to the right aisle and good people at the checkout counter

Had the best experience with associate Bonnie. When I found a Christmas tree (artificial) another associate determined there were 29 left but he couldnt find them. He wasnt particularly helpful. Bonnie determined the trees were on a pallet and went straight to them, bringing one to me. She was so pleasant and made our trip to Home Depot a successful one. Kudos to Bonnie!

Couldnt find anyone that knew anything or that could help. Their site is horrible so went to the store to try to figure things out, didnt help at all. Everyone I found it either isnt my area, ask someone else or said theyd find out, walked away and after 15 minutes of waiting I gave up. Im trying to spend $2,000 to build a deck and still couldnt find anyone able to help. Ive been to two different stores and same results, no one to help, and the ones that offer to try cant provide any. Why hire people if you wont train them to know what theyre doing? The only people you can find can never hero, and it takes way too long to wait for them to find someone who can. Im not going to wait 15 minutes to find someone who might be able to answer questions. Im trying to spend 2 grand, why is that so difficult? Im going to have to try Lowes or another store, home depot provides no help. Really sad, because I like home depot. And generally the workers are great, but they dont have the knowledge to do their job and it takes forever to find some over paid higher up that might. Such a shame.

I had a return and Jaclyn at customer service was fantastic.

While buying a small freezer here we watched a couple of employees retrieving a freezer of the same model for a customer who must have purchased it on-line for pickup or delivery.What was interesting was how they selected the freezer. They looked over the five available freezers. Some were in boxes which were torn and looked like the freezer had possibly been roughly handled in the warehouse. They decided that the one having the best box was the one they would want if they were buying it themselves.I know if I were buying this I wouldnt want one with a torn up box, one of them said.I dont know if its a credit to this store, but its a credit to these two employees. They are exactly the kind of people I want helping me.

I went to buy a carpet cleaner that I thought was on sale but ended up paying more than I thought. Some staff werent very friendly or helpful, the check out lines were long but thankful they went fast, at least the two ladies handling the self checkout lines were direct on getting people through. But in all you pretty much on your own, get what you can find you need and leave!👎

Hard to find anything at this Home Depot and no one around to help find stuff. The workers mostly avoid eye contacts and or busy running away from you or just ignoring you or worse (give you a dirty look). What a terrible place HD has become!!.

Pro desk is great help. They can help you print out an quote to give to your clients. Assist in purchases over the phone ect.Earn discounts.

Easy parking. Employees were available and friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything; helpful employees are uncommon in most stores these days. Checkout lines were well identified; I appreciate the One Line Forms Here protocol so people are helped in order. Store was clean.

Its a box store. There were isles closed off because they were stocking during business hours. I tried to ask questions about items to get advice... I guess I should have known better.I gave four stars, though, because the garden center was in great shape, and that was why I was really there. The other stuff was just tertiary.EDIT: SEPT. 24, 21. blocked isles in the garden center too... Nobody there, they just have them closed/blocked off with pallates of edgers and stacked pallates and cant get my cart to the pavers. Thats why I was there today. Lowering rating to 3-stars now.

Good store, just weird location due to the parking lot, many large vehicles park and block view of the parking isles so I almost get hit every single time I go here

Great knowledgeable staff, kind of like the dollar store, you end up spending way more than you should. Went in to get a 12-dollar hose and came out $190 less in my bank account :-)

Me and my son need to get a job at this place we practically live there we built the whole five three bedroom duplex two bedroom duplex constantly go in there for tools and equipments my favorite home Depot live three minutes from it we need to get jobs in it like I said cuz we know the whole place Im a long time mechanic but just a great place nice people and they have a lot of the normal inventory

The staff here is pretty friendly. Rough parking, they share the lot with other large businesses. ie; Walmart (neighborhood store)

I have been a customer for 22 years not because of the customer service, but because its convenient. I have been ignored before but today took the cake. Was purposefully ignored (looked me in the eye) by 2 male employees to go help men (I am obviously female). This doesnt happen at Lowes or Ace. Women obviously dont matter that much to this company.

This place is great seriously everything youll need I like it better than other home improvement stores because of the prices !

The best thing is the self check out or the regular. Everyone is waring a mask except for a few customers and things are easy to find. Maybe its because Ive been going to this HD for many years. They dont move things around like the Dept stores. I like that. If you need help someone comes by and if they dont know or are on a mission they send a experienced person to ya if yr patience.I keep going back.

I ordered a small part. UPS dropped it off at the store at 1038 am on Thursday. I called Friday and was told they dont have it by the first person. The second person told me they dont know how the system works!? So I called again Saturday and spoke to a manager who told me they were expecting it today?! Yet I know they have had it for 3 days now. So I had to drive to the store and wait while they tried to find it. Absolutely poor service. Even the so called manager lied to me. Do better Home depot!!

Home depot is great. In this particular location its a bit worse because of different items location compared to other stores and somehow you have a feeling that you are tested by every employee if you want to steal something. Like you are watched by someone constantly.

Big Box Store. I live directly across the street. Noisy rack installation hammering all night and beeping reverse buzzers on the forklifts. Transients live in the parking lot. Shopping carts all over the local residential neighborhood. Thieves run through Garden emergency exit through our yards with store product. Great Store, Great Staff. Horrible in regard to residential impact.

Not as friendly or welcoming as other hardware stores. Employees seem to go the other direction when you walk towards them to ask for help.

This is the second time this year that I could not get items displayed that were not available, I stood in line for 45 minutes and was told that another store had the item but could not pick up at this store.??? I told them that I wasn’t in a hurry, but they said that, I had to go across town.???

Low prices, fast for in and out

Close to my house and a go-to place for home maintenance needs. They also have a wonderful gardening department. Right now, their stock levels in a lot of departments seem low with lot of empty spots on the shelves. That could be due to the current global crisis, so Ill only take away 1 star for it.

We went in to ask about the items that are outside near the storage sheds but no one new anything about them! We went 2 other times and same thing no one knows! I gave up because they dont really want to sell them! Oh well!
