I try not to leave bad reviews but I feel very disheartened by my experience with the B2BC Outlet. I went there for a bridal appointment and found a great dress that I loved within my budget. After thinking about it for a week and making sure that I was happy with my decision, I called them back up to order the dress in my size. When I called I found out that the price they told me was wrong and the dress was actually way above my budget. I was very angry and disappointed but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen! I talked to my consultant and she assured me that there were other dresses in a similar style in my budget she thought I would love and said she would email me pictures of them so I could see them without making another appointment and drive all the way out to Carmichael. I also found lower prices for the same dress online and she told me to send them to her so she could double check with her manager and see if I could get the dress for the original price. I sent her everything and waited for a response. A week later...no email. I followed up with her and now another week later...still nothing. Its also almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer when I call within their business hours. Truly horrible customer service and I feel like I have wasted so much time with them when I could have been looking for other dresses.

Even though its the outlet store if you have a low budget they have next to nothing available. Service was great. It felt very commercialized. They had the standard greeting. Didnt feel as personal. Dresses were pretty but also very heavy. To be expected with very headed dresses.Pro- Very pretty LARGE fitting rooms with robe providesCons- nothing for less than $500. They also double booked us with a group of like 15 people so it quickly took all the focus to them.

Beautiful place, wonderful staff and my daughter tried Beautiful dress after Beautiful dress and found the dress that is going to make her an exquisite bride! So 😊
