Best customer service hands down. My stock radio died, so I needed a basic set up. I said I wanted to listen to my music loud, but I wasnt trying to show off. Everything was explained. I was shown the products out of the box and given options. There was a few people behind me and the salesman was the only one who was working the showroom. He stayed cool as a cucumber. I wouldnt come shopping here in a hurry... But who rushes when buying a new stereo system anyway? Oh and everything was installed the same day. 5/5 for sure. ✨

Rick and Anthony hooked my car up!! Prices are the best youll find around i brought my own equipment but Rick helped me get the proper equipment to hook it all up. Customer service was excellent i didnt have to wait too long and the sound i have now was worth it. Just had them put in a Rockville 12 sub kit that I had bought online. 2014 Toyota corolla S model. Brought it to them and they had the install done in 2 hours.Very clean work. All the wiring was hidden and all trim panals were installed correctly. No broken clips that i could see and no bulging of panals anywhere. Super easy to deal with and very helpful. Would defintly recommend to anyone. Excellent and clean work.

I recently went to stereo city pros to get an amp and sub installed but it was not compatible with my car. There was alot of feedback from the sub and stereo pros tried to correct it but it didnt seem to help much. I dont blame stereo pros, the way these cars are made, is getting so advanced that installing a sub and amp is not as easy as it used to be. Stereo pros tried their best and I was treated very well by the people who worked there. Unfortunately I had to return the amp and sub and they offered me a full refund which I greatly appreciated and they are a great place to do business with. I give them 5 stars even if things didnt work out the way I wanted, the 2020 lexus I just bought just had too much technology going on to get the sound system working without feedback. I had a great experience there and I encourage people to go there if they want a great customer experience and great products and service.

Guys know their stuff. Prices are good, however after they installed the NEX 8201 in my 2014 Outback, I noticed I wasnt getting my radio stations the same as before. I called them, brought it back, and after looking at it again, they said the 8201 antenna doesnt match my Outbacks. They said Subaru doesnt have any adapters for it either. Would have been nice to know that before putting the system in though... no more HD radio for us and barely any signal on our favorite stations around here.

They have great customer service, I came in with a kenwood I bought online and they installed it for $100, a couple of weeks later it said their was a miswiring so I called them and they said it might be my speakers. So I came back in and they checked my radio again and then they checked my speakers which I had gotten done in modesto. Turns out it was my speakers and they fixed it for me. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had a few things done here before on other vehicles.They did help with a drawing parasite in my Jeep along with installing an alarm . And other things on my Toyota.Im in here now with my other SUVIm glad they had an opening before I had to go to work this morning,.I went for a walk . Then I got a call from them saying my speakers were blown, but, I said I had a factory amp and told em where it was located. Ooh .ok Ill call you back.Now Im inside waiting..The guy is great.I understand I kinda pushed it and it was my fault that I didnt give to many details.But he did his magic.He went above and beyond. Im happy. I will return.Now I have sound yeeesss.

Excellent customer service. I walked in not sure of what I wanted. The staff kindly listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my input. They gave me a great deal and were able to install my new equipment on the spot. 3 hours after walking in, I walked out satisfied and extremely happy with the sound of my new system. Absolutely amazing!! These guys are honest and up front in the products they sell, the service they offer, and the prices they have, as I just came in there earlier today to get an installation done and the guy I worked with, Rick, was very solid in showing me what they needed to do to my car, and then explained how they were going to do it and spelled out how much it would cost from the start. After about an hour or so, the installation was done and I was good to go. These guys did not try to up-charge or up-sell me on anything I didn’t want, and it was nice to go to a place where you are literally able to just go in, get what you need, and then get out with only that product or service and nothing else. I was very happy with these guys and will return again!! Please ask for Rick if you go, as he was a very positive and professional guy who knew his stuff.

Every negative review starts with I brought my own equipment in for install... Ive been buying parts from Rick for years, they are competitive on pricing. They are currently installing a Viper alarm with motion sensor in a very old 4Runner. No one else would even work on it. This is the place to go to!

And if you ever have a problem they are the best people to talk to for I had a problem not even the manufacturers could figure out but they did simply and for free. Purchased my new stereo, speakers (rears 6×9), and alarm for a good amount of money but was well worth it. When my unit started throwing amp error codes took it, in set a appointment, and the warrantied my deck. I spent money worrying also about whether or not some funny about warranty would come up. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good work and warranty because it is an electronic item i always go fornthe best warranty hands down.

I bought in my own stereo and speaker equipment for installation and maybe that was the problem. The workmanship was shotty and they made a mess in my trunk. In addition they didnt connect the unit to the antenna. I will find someone else to do it.

Great location and the staff is very knowledgeable. I had a new alarm and remote start installed. I had to go back because of a hanging wire (not their fault, new windshield and couldnt get the wire back in) and they took care of me right away and helped me with ideas for my boat at the same time. Ok, Rick at Stereo City Pros is the best. We thought our car alarm had disabled our truck. Rick quoted us $65 diagnostic. We towed the truck over there, the guys spent several hours checking every part of that alarm system and pronounced it in working order. Then they went above and beyond and started checking relays, they found the problem and got the truck started! This was after three days, two Viper tech calls and two mechanics looked at the truck. Then they stuck to their original quote and only charged us $65. These guys are professional, knowledgable, honest, and they go above and beyond. Thank you Stereo City Pros! I am a very satisfied customer.

Rick was great! Hooked up my silver and black RAIDRAV with a sweet system at a great price.Very clean install. Went back and got tint too!

Came in to have my remote pair with my alarm. They couldnt do it & says mines the basic one. Then they try to sell me the basic alarm remote for $50 when whole system is around $80 only. I looked up my alarm and my remote was the right one so they clearly dont know their stuff.

The owner is on hand and is very knowledgeable about the job you need done.

Very good service, and honest prices Rick hooked me up and treated me like royalty, even took care of another shops mistake for free, will definitely use these guys in the future!

Bad service and overpriced. Came in to get 4 small basic speakers installed, that I already purchased before going in, and ended up paying $120 for half the job done. They did not put back the door pannels on, told me I could put those in myself, one window wont go down past a certain point because it hits the speaker, and the other doesnt go all the way up because there is a piece broken inside that wont allow it to align correctly. I called them right after I left if they can fix it, which was on a Thursday around 3pm and told me they dont know and to try coming in on Monday instead, 3 days later. Now I have to find someone else that can fix what they broke and pay more for a job that shouldve been done in the first place.

Diagnosed my problem, charged me for it. I tried fixing it and got a second opinion on what the problem with my sound system was. Turns out these guys were wrong, so thats money down the drain for the diagnosis. I had the problem fixed somewhere else obviously.
