Went yesterday to ask why my phone kept dropping calls and wouldn’t allow me to make calls frequently. Young man named Amir helped me and he was the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional person I have ever encountered! He kept telling me it was the area I was in didn’t have service and when I tried to explain it happened everywhere including my own home where it has worked for the past 5 years, he said, “Oh so now you’re the expert? If you don’t like the answer you can speak to another employee. “ Unfortunately the other employee was with another customer so I explained it occurred everywhere and that not having serviced didn’t make sense to which he replied, “it does make sense..” I’m old enough and have enough emotional intelligence to know there’s no talking to arrogance so I thanked him and left.This used to be my favorite store because until Amir, everyone over the years has been helpful, professional, patient and respectful. I won’t be going back here again! Too old to put up with such nonsense and there’s other stores where I can spend my money.

I came in with an iPhone 6 and needed an upgrade. I was at the store for two hours but it flew by because of how awesome the employees were. They were helpful and friendly. I did not feel pressured to spend money and I feel confident in going back to this specific store

Miles and Brandon were awesome. After calling AT&T directly via their online chat service and being told wrong information, I decided to go directly into a store to get my needs addressed. I am so glad we did! The guys were attentive, knew their products and services, were polite with their interactions with my wife and me, and were very personable. If you are in the Carmichael area, this is the place you need to visit for your mobile phone or internet needs.
Horrible place. They wouldnt help me at all. I needed help with a problem on my phone the guy wouldnt even touch my phone. The guy doesnt know his job. I left this location and went to a different att store and they helped me and showed me what I needed to do. Someone should do something about this store bad bad bad place .
I came into this store to look into the services they offer & was COMPLETELY DISGUSTED! I was at the counter looking at their plans & I saw a ROACH running toward me! I screamed & was in such shock! What a horrible experience & AWFUL place to do business! Please get pest control out for this!! Other than this, Miles was extremely sweet but I just could not do business at the store knowing there were little critters running around.
After navigating a number of resources within ATT/Direct TV and receiving no help or meaningful assistance, I decided to visit a physical store to see if the staff there could assist me in resolving a prolonged issue with Direct TV. Within 5 minutes, Brandon, from the ATT Manzanita store, solved my issue. What set him apart from other customer service reps online was that when he encountered an obstacle toward getting to the answer, he asked probing questions to find a path toward successfully resolving my issue. This kind of premier customer service and expertise experience is rare these days and over the past year I cannot recall any other rep from any other company that was as helpful, capable, and knowledgeable as Brandon.
Called to see if they had a phone in stock they said yes. I went to the store to exchange it soon as the manager found out that it was an exchange not a new purchase he immediately said sorry the phone was actually just purchased online.....
Tia J was the absolute best! She made a very complicated process of transferring a line to a business account easy and very pleasant. Highly recommend this location for excellent customer service!

I agree with the previous reviewer. I dealt with Audrey and she was fabulous! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient. She solved my problem! Call ahead and make an appointment with Audrey to make sure that you get the help that you need.Unfortunately, I cant say the same for all of the employees. I originally dealt with Tyler (the store manager). He refused to sell me a new/replacement SIM card, and insisted that I needed to buy a new phone. Of course his motive was that this would have generated hundreds of dollars of revenue for the store. He refused to sell me a SIM card which cost me $5.39.

The new store manager Tyler was absolutely incredible. He worked with me to get the best possible deal. The service was so good that I immediately came back with my brother and got a phone for him.

5-31-2020 So I call and make sure this store is open till 6pm, get told yes we are open. I race across town and arrive at 5:52pm, doors are locked, lights on,the girl inside looks at us at the door and proceeded to walk into the back of the store. All I needed was a replacement SIM card, this prods takes 5 minutes. If the sign on your door says you are open till 6pm, that means you need to stay open. Very disappointed with this location. God forbid you don’t get to walk out the door at 6pm on the dot.
I want to thank Emma for helping us! We couldn’t get thru to customer service and had tried many times and she went out of her way to help us even though it was not her job! It took some stress off of us.

I was in a few days ago. A young man by the name of Donovan was able to help me with issues regarding my phone. This was my 2nd experience in this store and I will continue to make this my go to store after dealing with his professionalism. His service, personality and ability to make me feel comfortable with my phone made my experience go smoothly. I appreciate people like that and highly recommend this store.

Visited yesterday to buy a new iPhone and their manager could not have been more helpful. He recommended a great color, and the entire transaction was the easiest trade-in weve ever done!

My 91 year old mother went in here because she thought her flip phone wasnt working. They showed her that it was. So far so good. Then she asked what a new phone would cost, because she didnt trust the old phone. They sold her a smart phone, telling her it would cost an additional $10 a month.That was a lie. It cost an additional $4 a month for 30 months to buy the phone, plus another $20 a month for a data plan.Worse, they let her leave the store without offering to transfer her contacts, and without showing her how to even make a phone call. Because her old flip phone would still power up, she mistakenly thought it was still working, and drove around with that instead of the confusing new smart phone. Luckily, she didnt need to make an emergency call,which is the only call she would ever make from her cell phone.Weeks later, she gets a bill thats way bigger than usual. Weeks after that, she mentioned it to me, and I started making calls. In the end, I got AT&T corporate to refund at least most of the additional service fees, but they wont do anything about the $120 smart phone that was sold to her, saying theres only a 14 day return period, and by now its been two months.So dont go in here expecting an honest presentation of what youre signing up for, and definitely dont send in the elderly. They have no qualms about committing elder abuse.By the way, my Mom is not at all senile, and her eyes and ears are perfect. But she absolutely does not understand technology. If they had any concern for her at all, theyd have tried to teach her how to bring up Google maps, and in two seconds would have realized that this customer does NOT need a smart phone.

Not a great visit. I have not considered AT&T for quite some time. They are a little overpriced and they did not offer unlimited when I last asked. Actually got the significant to drop AT&T for T-Mobile. It is still a little expensive but I have unlimited. The only way I would go to AT&T would be bundling.
I happened to be helped by the manager because it was busy at that time. I came in and bought an IPhone 7 plus for my son with the otter box and the screen protector. However, during the entire transaction he was talking down to me. Like I was annoying him for even being there. I spent over a $1000.00 that day but if my son didnt want that phone as bad as he did and My son was with me, I would have walked right out of there and bought an android galaxy or something else. When I asked about unlimited data he talk to me like I was stupid for even asking the question. Needless to say. We have NEVER been back. I am extremely understanding if someones having a bad day or something but he was acting like I was beneath him. And FYI. Im not homeless and dirty and gross, not that that should matter anyway. Im a professional working mother of three.
The ONLY reason Im giving this one 5 Stars (and another att only 1 star, zero if I had that choice) is because the people who were working in there, were Awesome! Soo helpful and so nice. They were super patient after another store wouldnt help us. I only caught one of their names, Josh, but they were BOTH the Best!
