Extraordinarily slow service. Had to get rude about demanding their attention to get service, then the clerk tried to cheat me by adding an item after Id handed over payment for the total on screen, which he could not be bothered to actually speak.

Regular clerk morning shift awesome and friendly and very fast and helpfull owner are great and friendly as well clean store and always on stock items as needed been customer 15 years plus here

Have had a few problems here. Mostly the same clerk each time. Bought one of their brand of sports drink that had a deal on and dude overcharged me. When I pointed it out he basically told me oh well and to call their customer service number. Later down the road at a different visit, same dude gave me a pizza that had been in the warming tray for so long, that in the 5 minutes it took me to get home it was rock hard. I have tooth problems so I was unable to eat it and took it back for an exchange for a fresh one. Walked in and told dude that I needed him to make a fresh one. However, dude was apparently confused or couldnt understand me cuz I legit had to slowly speak word for word that he needed to make a fresh one cuz I couldnt chew the one I brought back. He got huffy with me and tried to refuse, but upon being told that I would contact corporate and their complaints department he acquiesced. Took me over 2 weeks to get the $ back that I was overcharged, which amounted to about $4, but when youre on a fixed income, that $4 really counts.

I called got hung up on its 435 in the morning my lil boy is crying I bought 6 donuts and Rose for my finance 10/10/2020 is the dat also bought a pack of OG Woods sweet but he didnt put my new ports in the bag he didnt give them to me Imma keep trying to call until my bay falls asleep Imma have to walk up there and they didnt even guy me a receipt this is the last time I buy anything from 7 11

Theyre a bit abrasive but overall to give good customer service and theyre fast.

I love this 7-11....I dont know her name yet, but the only lady that works there, is such an asset! Shes friendly, professional and never forgets a face. Thanks to her for making me want to come back.

Today was free slurpee day, and inspite of how busy the store was with all the commotion going on, the store was very clean and organized as well as the workers attending to the costumers with a smile offering hot fresh food. It was a fun experience ... thank you 7/11

Good and clean place for quick shop. And also they have a security cameras inside and outside, which is important when you ride a bicycle.

Staff is great. 7 11 is like the convienience store of all stores. Its like going to heaven.

There one man that just started working at this store and is rude as hell but before he was working there i loved this store use to go to this store alot but now me and my kids dont go here any more cuzs ofcthat rude man they have working there now 03/2019

A young teenage boy committed suicide inside of this store a couple of weeks ago. I cannot go back into this location ever again. The place is owned by Middle Eastern people. They are not polite people at all. One of the managers had all four tires on his vehicle flattened and his windshield bashed in.

I bring my cup get $1.29 slushy refills here. Great price and the person working here is very nice.

Hire people who speak english. This is a job where people have to know the language of the person talking to them. We got ripped off.

They provide good and fresh food
