Going to F & B’s is like going to visit dear friends, except I usually leave with BEAUTIFUL jewelry! My latest experience was to find a replacement for my wedding rings that were stolen while I was in the hospital on a ventilator! I couldn’t remove the rings since I was transported by 911 ambulance! Needless to say, I was in shock when I finally regained consciousness & realized all my jewelry was missing. How horrible!! When I asked Larry & Jane to help me find something that would bring me joy, they did just that! I absolutely LOVE my new weddings & can’t thank them enough for all the attention & help they gave me. The entire staff is so kind & helpful. I recommend F & B to anyone who love high quality craftsmanship, beautiful jewelry & wonderful service!! Needed a battery for a pocket watch as well as having a link fixed on a silver chain. They were able to handle both at a very reasonable price

Cannot recommend them. I went in with two Invicta watches the needed batteries. One of them I had for over 8 years and the other one for about 18 months. The one that I had for only 18 months was dead as a new battery would not get it running. To be honest I got it online on an outlet site so is COULD be a questionable site But I have purchased two other Invicta watches there and they are still running.The second watch ran fine for a few days and then it stopped - started up and then died. The gentleman had asked if I had tried to take off the back and I had when the battery died the first time (6 years ago). I could not get the back off to I took it to a professional to have a battery put in. The last two times I had needed a battery I brought it here. When he had asked I just assumed he saw the scuffs on the back. He said that there was a lot of dirt in it but cleaned it out. He had been the last one to get into the watch so if anything was not properly tightened down then that would be on him.The problem I have is that I HAD two working watches and now neither one is running. What are the odds of both watches breaking at the same time --- Just questioning this.They are really nice people but I am questing their ability. To be fair, they have put in about a dozen batteries in various watches over the years without any issues.

Mr. Frith and Jamie helped me design this custom piece. The were incredibly patient with me, educating me about the process, helping me select stones, and ALWAYS responding to my many questions usually the same day. I included a picture of the ring because, whether you think its pretty or not, it is very detailed and they made it from scratch; AND I ADORE IT. I recommend them because if you have an idea, they can absolutely be trusted to make something YOU love. This piece was completed in 2018, and I just ordered something else. Ill post another review when I get it. With pics.

Went in with my dad to have them replace his watch battery. After cleaning it, and spending much more time on it than required to change a battery, we discovered that the watch was dead beyond a worn out battery.I was able to speak with them about a ring that I need to have repaired as well and they customer service was fantastic.

I highly recommend Firth & Bradshaw for all your jewelry needs. They are professional and very customer service focused. I had my 25 year old wedding ring restored here for a very reasonable price. Then had a custom diamond ring made for my wife. They were impeccable with their attention to detail and I was blown away with the results. So was my wife!I can say it is rare these days to find someone who has been in the business over 30 years and still has this level of focus on quality that they have at Firth and Bradshaw. Be sure to give them a visit before you go to one of those mall retail jewelry stores.

Larry Frith is the surviving partner and is as honest as you can get. He offers honest appraisals and was able to sell an heirloom diamond ring that belonged to my mother at a price beyond my expectations. The quality of his merchandise is excellent and at an honest price. We have bought wedding rings, ear rings and bracelets from him and have been very happy every time!

I got my wifes wedding ring here 11 years ago. Great service and great prices. I recommend them to all my friends.

I asked him to set a stone in a setting I already had. It was a .42 round solitaire pendant. He quoted me $150 just to set one stone! I went to Aquamarine Jewelers and not only did they only charge me $25 to set the stone but did it the same day and fixed a prong on my wedding ring for free! Sharp contrast!

Thanks to these wonderful people my girl friend is able to wear her grandmothers ring....

Frith a Bradshaw is the gem of Carmichael. Literally. The jewelry selection is varied and exquisite. The quality and aesthetic appeal of the engagement and wedding rings are second to none in the Sacramento and Roseville area. Additionally, the prices are quite fair and reasonable. However, the quality is never compromised.I personally own a few pieces of jewelry from F&B. These pieces include: a charm bracelet, a watch with diamond accents, and a birthstone pendant necklace with celtic knot designs. All three pieces have withstood the test of time, wear, and tear. When my watch battery died, they replaced it and cleaned the watch no problem.Aside from the impressive inventory of jewelry, this is a store with a lot of heart. When visiting F&B, there is a definite feeling of community and conviviality amongst the owner and staffers. The warm family vibe makes Frith and Bradshaw a relaxing and inviting place to shop, without ever compromising professionality.This store is amazing. Visit and find out for yourself!
