I have only gone to this store to send returns to Amazon, maybe 5 times in the past year. Im always in and out in under a minute, at the most a minute or two. Staff knows what they are doing, everything is smooth. Everything in life should be this easy.

My mom actually asked me to write the review for her. She had a great experience. The person who helped her was knowledgeable and patient. Ive been a couple times also. There can be a wait, but Ive learned over time that me being in a hurry is my problem not everyone elses

I had a horrible experience here just today. I usually dont ever write reviews, but I feel like I need to tell everyone about my experience.It was very busy. Only three people can be in the store at a time because of social distancing which was understandable. As it came to be my turn to head to the counter, I was having trouble trying to figure out how to send my label to be printed. I was trying to figure out this process while waiting in line as well and I figured the employees would be able to help me while I was in store if I asked.Ariana, one of the employees there, she was very kind and doing her best to help me as much as she could. But the other guy who was working with her was very rude. Ariana was trying her best to help me figure out the best way to help me print the label that I needed. We couldnt find out a solution at that time, so she asked the other worker there (tall man, I believe hes Russian. He had a accent.) Mind that it is very busy at this time & I totally understood. I was waiting patiently. I wasnt giving them any problems.So his response to my label print problem was I dont have time to help you with your technical difficulties. If you cant figure it out then I dont know.I just felt like that was very unprofessional & rude. I dont think I deserved a response like that. Everyone else was helped with no issues. I didnt mind waiting while everyone else was being helped.I ended up figuring out how to send the correct label needed, but the customer service I receive from one of the UPS employee was very unpleasant. Just wanted to share my experience.

I cannot understand the negative reviews for this UPS Store. I have used this location for years and have always been treated with respect. I have used the passport and copying services, shipping and packing (golf clubs & tennis racquets) and drop off for Amazon returns. I always return because I know they will answer my questions and do the job. I have never had one problem with this UPS Store.

Worst costumer service, came right at the closing time and the guy won’t scan the prepared package in. Don’t understand the reason why they are here if they are refusing costumers like that. Don’t go to that location it’s bad

Unbelievable isn’t even the correct word to describe my feelings. I recently went into this location to get some things printed. The gentleman behind the counter told me that there is a, wait for it!$4 email fee, plus the fee to print copies. Never in my life have I heard this, I thought he was joking.Email fee? What in the world.

It shows they updated their business on here 3 weeks ago but didnt bother to adjust the hours. They are apparently not open on Sundays when they say they are. Unprofessional to have people calling or come by when nobody is there.

Ive relied on the UPS Store for both personal and commercial shipping and receiving services for approx. 4 years. The owner and staff are honest, friendly and competent people. I fully trust them with my mail and confidentiality.Its especially convenient that they accept mail from all carriers and offer notary public service. Highly recommended for your mailing needs.

I must admit the customer service is horrible there. I first walked into the store and was told I can’t scan your item, the young lady did not even give me a chance to show her the item or label before she ignored what I had to say, when approached by the supervisor and manager he was arguing with me about how he won’t accept my package to return it. I felt the only reason I was treated this way was maybe because I was black and if that is the case, then I believe that the staff in that place needs a wake up call because we are living in a modern world and trust me, I will never be bringing my business there again.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location! Do your blood pressure a favor and stay away. The owner is rude and belittling. Simply didn’t have a tracking number for the package I paid extra to have re-routed to this store. Give them my name, and they look around for 30 second. “Sorry it’s not here, without a tracking number we can’t look it up” I offer my name, address, card I paid with. Nope none work. I go out and find the tracking number, go back in...same owner, that’s a post office tracking number. Meanwhile another employee finds the box in the back. With my full name, and address on the box... then they say the shipping label my company filled out had my name in the wrong spot and that’s why they couldn’t find it... don’t go here unless you want to get treated as if you work for UPS and should know all of the ins and outs of how to do their job.

Normally when I come here they are very nice. Today I had an amazon drop off package and I was getting the return code from my phone and it took about two seconds to load and the person at the counter said let me help someone else then, and the very next second the return code pops up on my phone. At least wait more than literally two seconds before pushing a customer aside. It’s a bit rude. I think I’ll be going to another UPS location that is out of my way. I think the gentleman who helped me was the owner. All his employees have much better customer service skills. Perhaps he should ask them for help with that.

They lock the doors 5-10 minutes before listed closing time. Third time this has happened to me at this store. The Open sign is on but the doors are locked at 5:25 pm.

UPS can take USPS packages if you are in a pinch and cant make it to the post office. They cant give you a receipt for it so save your tracking number, but very good.

Terrible customer service! The girl seemed quite miserable. Rude and in your face response to a simple question. We were both shocked. My sister, who has lived here for over 45 years, will be telling all of her friends and clients. Businesses are made by word of mouth and this awful experience will cost this store hundreds of customers.Went to the box shop on Manzanita and were so happy we did. The folks there were extremely professional. We were treated with courtesy and respect and everyone had a smile on their face. What a contrast!

My mother recently brought an old cookie jar that belonged to her grandparents to this store to be shipped home to Texas. She asked them to pack it for her hoping they would pack it in a way that would ensure its safety. She even had the package insured. After receiving the package and opening it, she finds her cookie jar shattered with barely any bubble wrap to protect it. We are very upset. This was a family heirloom and now it is shattered. Would never take my services to them again.

Very poor customer service. The older man behind the counter was NOT willing to help us in any way. We needed a piece of tape to seal the package, but he refused to let us have one, even though he put one on the package for the lady in front of us!! We went to the UPS store on El Camino & they were awesome. She explained that we couldnt use their tape gun for liability reasons, but offered to put the tape on for us!! It took 5 seconds. Needless to say, even though the Fair Oaks location is closer, we will be going only to El Camino location!

I just left your store after attempting to send some packages. When you left (I walked in about a minute before you left and you had greeted me cheerfully), your worked mumbled under her breath how great it is to fly solo all day.She helped the lady in front of me, for which I waited patiently and quietly. A woman walked in after me and asked if I was waiting and if I had been helped. I said yes, I was waiting and hasnt been helped, but had only been there a few minutes. The lady after me had a purple package to drop off and wanted to pick her mail up, but didnt have her key. Your worker proceeded to handle her transaction (which took long enough that the lady was uncomfortable that she had been helped before me and apologized twice while your worker was running around dealing with the transaction). I told the lady it was no problem and certainly not her fault and continued waiting quietly and patiently for the worker to do my transaction.It got to my turn, and the worker quoted the price for my first box, which was about $10 more than what I had been quoted online, so asked her to quote the 2nd. I decided to just go ahead and send both, and the worker took an extremely rude tone and said, are you sure? I dont want you to be unhappy. I had been silent and pleasant up until then, which was when I finally gave her some feedback, telling her it was too late, I was already irritated when she wasted more of my time helping someone who had walked in after me. Her response was, you know what? You can take this to the post office. And shoved my packages aside and addressed the person behind me.That was such a circus of an exchange and as a business general manager, I would certainly want to know of that was happening in my establishment. The behavior from start (with the comment about working solo she uttered under breath) to skipping me in line without so much as an acknowledgement or asking if I minded, to how she wrapped things up was nothing short of unacceptable. She should be embarrassed and ashamed. If I were the owner, I would be, too.

I have been to this location several times and I cannot say that I have enjoyed my experience. Its obvious that this store does not like pre printed and/or pre paid labels. I get that they dont make any money by taking packages and holding them for pickup, but its no need to treat your customers rudely. Had a return for Amazon and Amazon told me that the UPS store would take care of the labeling and the guy wouldnt even let me finish a sentence so I ended up walking out.

Very rude old man works in this UPS store. We wanted to take and print photo of small girl. He said: “You will pay 15$ for every picture I will take” not print, just for taking picture.

As soon as I walked in the Man was already telling me to weigh it before I could even tell him that I had a prepaid label. Then said well he charges for any labels to be printed. In and out. I won’t give my service to anyone who is impatient enough where I can’t even ask a question without being told how I was going to be charged.

I went into the store to print. I already had my documents on a flash drive. Moorey said that inorder to plug my flash drive up to the printer it will cost me 99 cents. Just to plug it in, he goes on to tell me that it will cost 50 cent per page on top of the 14 cent per page increase because the pages are color. The thing is, his attitude was so nasty towards me that I will not spend a dime with ups. He did not want to help me from the beginning, as I walked in his body language changed and his eyes rolled. He gave me every feeling of I dont want to help the black girl with the children today look. Well moorey, I am a foster mother and those children were counting on making pictures for their mother and father because they miss them. Before you judge someone on paper appearance know that Ive spent enough money with ups that Ive probably paid your salary by now. When you work with the general public, BLACK people will shop and use the facility. I wont spend another dime here, not for my small business or for the foster children printing or shipping. You should be shamed.

I went in to see if I could get a live scan done after driving here come to find out I have to download a form from the Department of Justice website which they dont mention would have been helpful to do that before I drove all the way here. The taller man who seem to be the manager was just arrogant not helpful at all I wont come back here thats for dang sure
