A good car place that earns your trust is hard to find. Ive now had two different cars, one old and one new, serviced here. On the older car on its last legs, they were honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done and whether it was worth doing at all, which I respected 100%.On the newer car I received fast friendly service on my first maintenance visit along an unbelievably competitive price I had to ask twice if was correct.Also while I was there another woman was having work done on her car, which obviously was coming out to more than she had budgeted. Did not get names (I will next time), but the man behind the counter basically invented coupons for her on the spot, knocking down her total. THATS putting the customer first and earning loyalty. Great place, has all my families car business going forward!

Army Trail T&S has got to be some of the best car service i have gotten in 20 years of getting service! Top notch customer service, and great techs. I only have 2 go to service places and they are one of them. Glad I located them. I have late model cars and have not been disappointed. And they have loaners if needed.

I have to give major props. I’ve been taking my wife’s car in for maintenance for years and they have never disappointed. If there is a special that you don’t know about, they usually tell you. If there is a coupon, they usually apply it without you having to bring it up.Their pricing is fair and honest and they have never tried to up-sell me with unnecessary service items.My most recent pleasant surprise came yesterday when it was only $25 to replace the air filter. This part is around $15-$20 and the dealer would normally try and charge you $40 to replace it. Paying $10 in labor is more than reasonable and something I was happy to do.

I had all 4 tires changed on my Jeep. It took only an hour and my car is driving so smoothly. Very happy with service here.

Once your vehicle has been thoroughly checked by the service tech the customer service rep clearly explains all of your options, no pressure. Pricing is very reasonable. I drove in on a cold snowy morning thinking my tire was going flat and I would be told I needed a new tire. To my surprise, after they checked the tire, I was told the stem was leaking but the tire was fine! I was thrilled! They professionally and politely completed the work, and I was on my way in under an hour. Great Service! I was driving with a flat tire, to the rim, on one of the worst weather days this season. That is how my Veteran’s Day morning started off. So, I had to no choice to get it in. I called about 3 places and Sam, was the only one who told me if I came in, he would have no problem getting my car looked at within a half an hour. They always do a good job with our cars, and they are very HONEST about their prices and how to help us stay within our budget the best they can while still fixing our cars. Their prices on tires cant really be beat and they dont break the bank either. I always trust them to have the best recommendations for any problems we have with our cars. I asked Sam to look at the right rear wheel that was making a scraping noise.The service tech found snow and ice pressing on the rotor guard.He cleaned it off and replaced the wheel. They refused to take any money!I left $20 at the desk so they could at least buy doughnuts on Monday morning.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR HONESTY AND QUALITY SERVICE!

I used to go to sears auto until they could not resolve an emission leak after a lot of $ spent and then drove the car into the lift. Then I came to Goodyear and have never gone any where else, no need,great service and people. I have been to a lot of repair shops in the area so my review has merit.

We have been customers for over 15 years . With all the routine maintenance and major work we have done on our cars I feel like we should have a bay named after us! The front staff is friendly, honest and dependable. Personally we have never been misled. There might have been times by shear coincidence that more work was needed than initially indicated, but that does happen with car repairs.

Great service. They sit-down and talk to you. I recently got a quote for $650 at another shop. I went here and was told only $55 of work needed to get done.

I will never take a car here again. I took my car in to have a wheel bearing replaced and an oil change. I made it clear that I am trading the car in 3 months and I didnt want any additional services. The person behind the counter, whom I assume was the manager, told me I needed four new tires because mine were falling apart. I explained the tires were only 3 years old and he insisted they were falling apart, but would not let me into the shop area to see them. I replaced the tires anyway because I do a lot of highway driving and was worried about a blowout. Replacing the tires and doing the oil change takes over 4 1/2 hours. The very next day as I am driving into Chicago a warning bell goes off and the display on my dash says oil pressure low. stop engine So I stop and the warning bell and light goes off. This happened several more times on the trip. So I take the car back to the shop today and explain what happened. They look at it and tell me that the oil pressure sensor is bad. I said it seems a bit coincidental that the day after I have the oil changed the sensor suddenly goes bad. Instantly the manager and and older gentleman behind the counter start yelling at me. The older gentlemans first statement was I dont need your business, you can just get out. The other guy starts accusing me of calling him a liar and that I can just get out. I stated that their response to a customers concern says a lot about their business and they again tell me to get out. Horrible customer service, and they are trying to create business for themselves by breaking things on peoples cars. Stay away!

Went in for 2 new tires and an alignment and was told (by Sam #2) I needed a new lower right control arm because it was loose and was given a $452 quote on just that alone I took it to my mechanic and was toldit was just fine, first and last time I will be back.

Goodyear has been working on my familys cars for over a decade. Never once have we had any kind of issue. They have dealt with over 5 different types of cars and always found a solution no matter how difficult the problem may be. Bruce, the manager, is always helpful and helps his people out to the put you dont even realize hes the head car in charge. He doesnt act like a typical boss who wont get his hands dirty, theyre usually the most dirty! And the two Sams have helped my numerous car issues and will take a drive with you to see the problem if they cant figure it out right away. Sam #2 has gone above and beyond to help an issue I had with my Scion TC and wouldnt stop for months until the problem was resolved. This is the kind of place you want to take your car to because they care and arent trying to rip you off, they want you to leave with a smile on your face and will always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Awesome place, I would recommend to anyone whos looking for not only great service, but amazing people who do truly genuinely care.

I originally started going to Army Trail Tire because it was convenient, but continue to go because the biggest perk is they offer loaner cars when needed. I work every day and need Transportation when my car is in for service. I believe that they are honest and reputable. I would recommend them for just about anything that your car needs whether its tires or repairs

My car became WORST after taking it to them. I took in for 1 thing and was given an over priced quote for something I didnt ask for. Car was taken to another provider for a second opinion and was told the recommended was not accurate.

Tires: Expert tire service - theyve fixed multiple tires for me quickly and cheaply.Car Issues: Seem to fix symptoms and not the cause. Ive also had some strange issues happen where they took apart part my dash to diagnose a problem but gave me back the car before replacing everything.Price: They always have consistently lower prices on everything.

Had an urgent Brake related issue. They were great on the phone and offered me an early appointment and a ride so i didnt have to wait on site. Took me in the back without question to review and answer my questions. Will be using them again!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Wife took her car in for oil change and was advised the the lower control arm was loose and needed to be repleaced and it would cost $500.. We then took car to Just Tires who put car up on rack and fully inspected the vehicle and called us in to show that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with the lower control arm or any of the front suspension.. So guys watch if you wife or gf brings a car to them they will try to take advange of people who dont know much about cars

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS - THEY ARE THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE.They changed out my back tires because they were wearing out. Moved the front to the back and I got two new front tires. They never mentioned there was SOMETHING ELSE causing the wear. I go to get my oil changed a couple months later and the same mechanic tells me the back tires are wearing out AGAIN and that he can sell me HIS used ones. Now i know for a fact that they are crooks that are either intentionally messing cars up to generate business, or lack the quality to address all issues of the car at hand (or at least the ones that relate to the original reason you are going in for a service). ID ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM SERVICE FOR YOUR CAR AND NOT TEMPORARY FIXES THAT WILL COST WAY MORE $ IN THE LONG RUN.

I woke up to a flat and had AAA tow me to the closest garage, which unfortunately was Army Trail Tire... Even though I called an hour ahaed of time I still waited over an hour and a half to recive an update on my car. They told me that they had simply repaired the tire but found other issues in the car the needed imidiate attention and were VERY pushy about me having it taken care of that day (Sadly this happens often to young woman when the see a mechanic...) I find it of no coincidence that very night i started leaking breakfluid.... I put more fluid in an it maintained for 2 more days until my breaks completely failed! I almost crashed on Army Trail on my way to the dentist. I then had my car towed once again but this time to a mechanic i Trust... He tells me that my breakline by my right front tire has been badly punctured( front right was the initail flat...) So thanks to Armu trail tire I was almost in a very bad accident and now have to pay $400+ to fix my breakline..... Dont go here.... literally go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. When they say they close at 6pm, they really mean before 5pm. They would not help fix my tire because I got there at 5:15pm and they were closed, although the sign says they close at 6pm. When I got a nail in my tire two years ago, they gave me a hard time about getting it fixed because I came in over an hour before they closed on a Saturday. They are rude and unhelpful. If you have an emergency, do not go there, they will not help.

Not impressed with the service here. Ive brought 2 cars in with a check engine light on. Both times I had an appointment schedule and both times I waited for 3+ hours. Neither time were their certified mechanics able to diagnose or correct the problem. I have appreciated their service as far as replacing/repairing tires, but for anything else their service is severely lacking. They do not seem to honor appointments, although I spent considerable time on the phone scheduling the appointments. When I arrive, they act like no appointment was ever made and you go to the bottom of their wait list. Not recommended.

Just called for a quote on an alignment. The agent that answered the phone was rude and just lost a customer willing to do the long drive to their shop. awful customer service.

I needed an alignment on my Dodge Ram. Paid $80 then was told a part needed to be fixed before they could do it. Part was fixed brought it back and then was given a $1300 estimate for even more parts to be replaced. I declined to have the work done and then was refused my $80 back. Not a good experience
