Autumn Woods designed and installed our kitchen cabinets and we have been pleased with the cabinets, however their customer service is not good. A recent call to inquire about replacing a drawer resulted in a very unprofessional interaction with an office staff person. No personality and no interest in assisting. Based on that and the amount of money you pay for cabinets I would not be able to recommend them at this time. I would look elsewhere.

My company provided technical service to this company almost a year ago and to this day, they have not paid for the work. I have made numerous attempts to contact Gary and Cory Dedick, the father and son owners and I cant get a reply. Do NOT do business with them without getting paid up front!

Tried for 2 days to get call back help about adjusting a cabinet drawer that did not close completely...no response from anyone listed in their directory.
