Ladies that work the morning shift (including the manager) yall might want to tone down the cellphone usage and outside work conversations DURING WORK. Thats unprofessional. The cashier didnt even say have a good day after my purchase because she and another employee were busy chatting6 up a storm.

There was a young man working that morning and was just really kind and it was a good way to start my day thanks

Manager and staff are nice. Couple of the pumps on the truckers side have issues. Small lot for trucks and no showers. Also the entrance off north ave if you have a thrailer make sure you dont run over the sign. If you come to this pilot come without a thrailer.

The Wendy’s here is the worst one you could go to. They will make your order completely wrong. The food just tastes aweful. Very slow service. Stood in line for 10 mins waiting for someone to come take my order. Do NOT go here for food.

The store was super clean and the staff was touching up the paint on the concrete at the pumps!!!

Go here if you want your credit card information stolen. I stopped by here because it was the only station open near me at around 1AM Saturday morning. I scanned my card at pump 4, but the screen told me to see the attendant. I went inside, and had the attendant put $5 on pump 4. The very next day, I had my bank mark a fraudulent charge for $150 on my card from this gas station.

The parking here has a 2 hour limit for trucks and cars. Its not the pilots rule. Its a city ordinance city wide. No parking over 2 hours. These cities need to realize the trucking life. Best thing to do is stop bringing freight to these cities and see how they like it

Ok. It appears they are making an effort to have a nice place in a bad town.City ordinance seems to ban any establishment with showers and or overnight parking.

Not a friendly pilot for drivers. No showers extremely small amount of parking. Staff is not friendly. This particular location needs to do alot better to its loyal customers (drivers).

Ran out of time on my 14 and this location have maybe 20 spots it say maximum of 2 hr parking I understand first come first serve but 2 hours guess I’ll get a ticket because due to federal regulations I can’t move and my delivery is only 5 miles away

Clean, well lit, good place to stop, refuel and grab your snacks and coffee

Busy. Gas is always a good price. Truckers on one side and cars on the other. Inside is large but I honestly havent explored what there is on the shelves. Bathrooms are clean. Always important in a gas station bathroom. Staff Ive spoken to were friendly and upbeat implying a good work atmosphere.

No Showers!! I was looking forward to a shower while we wait for our next live load 10 miles away. Food is limited. Parking lot is tiny with a sign saying no more than two hours. If you are going to build a pilot for trucks give us room, food, and a shower please.

Fuel here every morning and have no complaints. Staff is very helpful and they keep the place stocked. Fuel prices are usually darn good as well.

Our small truck was towed from this location on Wednesday 6/17/20 night. This would come after we left a business card with the Manager and got a verbal approval to park in this lot. We have a small non for profit organization. We are currently working with the State of Illinois at a huge warehouse re packaging PPE Products. We needed to park our truck there overnight so we can proceed Thursday morning to Groot in St Charles to drop off all the empty boxes. As of trust, management would say it was out of there control. We do a lot of Non Profit work for this community yet no one would help us with this $540.00 tow and impound bill. Today, someone told me they saw the Tow Company putting up bigger signs so they would be viable. These products are very important in the event of another outbreak. We had gotten a verbal agreement from a respected agent for Pilot at this location. We really couldnt afford to pay to get our truck out since we are a non for profit organization. If someone could please help us with this $540.00 tow bill? It will be deeply appreciated. We have our Non for profit papers and that we are working with the State of Illinois and the Army Core of Engineers stocking PPE equipment and supplies in the event of another outbreak.

Very clean place, with very nice people working there .I called asked if they can give me a blank EFS check, the lady on the phone with no hesitation said “Yes” went there and they gave me 3 checks.. highly recommended!! will definitely use them!!!!God Bless!!

I know this much, get theyre fuel card and save $0.03 per gallon of fuel. Sure it doesnt sound like much now. But calculate that over a year and everytime you fill your tank. Thats big savings and well worth being a regular customer. Not to mention they have extremely clean washrooms.And great coffee!!

Decent gas prices and food selection is good. And i like if you download their app youll be able to get rewards, like free drinks and so many cents off an gallon. The customer service is good here. And one cashier particularly is awesome! Casian lady with short blond hair she is so friendly and nice to me and my daughter every time we visit 😊

They need to change the name this isnt a pilot my opinion its not a truck stop its a gas station cuz you cant park overnight but you can go right down the street near the airport and park it that one overnight which dont make sense I think its the manager of the store that dont want truck drivers or Sprinter van drivers staying here overnight

Had to wait 2hrs for a shower. They have only 3. But we were told that up front. Staff was very busy and all were working hard. Showers were cleaner than I expected, with the fast turnover. It was worth the wait. Pizza was very good too.

The 2 guys that work first shift are just nice. They have the best attitude one of the guys was the manager. It was nice and clean to. I wish all pilots were as nice and clean as this one.

Love this stop. So many great food choices. Also a great selection of trucker gear and clothing. And they have cinnabon..yum! Also got a sweater in there and clearance and it is perfect. Great price as well.

2 hourb parking?!? Ib think they forget who their core customers are. 2 hours is not enough time to shower, eat, maybe do dinner laundry and sleep. Just bad business. I drive a sprinter so Im not regulated and Ive had loads where i drove 26 hours straight 1550 miles from end of Arizona to Iowa, so I know how important getting some sleep is for drivers. Plus they should want people there becayse I know I go inside stores and buy stuff i dont need. Thats why i stopped parking at Walmart. My first 3 months as a drivers i spent kore at Walmart than I made. Im sure people would spend money. Because of the 2 hour rule i pulled up and pulled right out and went 5 miles down the road.

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE! None, absolutely none of the employees were wearing masks. We saw atleast four working, including the manager without one on. The one girl was making and serving Cinnabon’s without any type of face covering. They clearly don’t care about the safety of their customers.

I understand that this is a small truckstop in the city and trying to save space! Like my woman had mentioned, but come on really 🤷‍♂️ NO SHOWERS OR WASHER, DRYERS!!!! This isn’t a real truck stop! Very clean and neat bathroom along with the store being very modern and organized. Staff was friendly and quick. Overall 10/10 would stop here again if i needed something.

Dont come in the evening! They let the truckers park wherever they want, blocking all the entrances. So if youre a trucker needing fuel at night DO NOT COME HERE! You will get stuck in the driveway and the folks working there will give you MAJOR attitude for asking them to ask the truckers parked ILLEGALLY to move!

Pilot and Flying J are a quick convienant place to stop if you are a company driver. Overpriced fuel and banking .01 cents a gallon on diesel is a great way to punish your employer and bank a free Big Mac at the same time. Dont forget to park at the fuel pumps for a half hour while grabbing your food and taking your 30 minute break, its awesome watching my 14 hour clock count down as I watch you pull your 300lbs and your bag of burgers back into your truck.

Its a good clean facility. It probably has 6or 8 fuel pumps for semi trucks. Not too many parking spots, so you need to plan accordingly. The inside and outside are well kept up. Inside looks brand new.

This place doesnt have showers and only about 20 real truck parking places. Only some pizza on the weekend. They have the area for food at the counter but no food I guess they are too lazy to make it. Plenty of black music.

Love the vibes and everything about this establishment. The rewards are ALWAYS a bonus. The yummy smells of the cinnabons are great too

This place Really is Disappointment to all other Pilot Truck Stop or Travel Centers!!!! Although its a Nice new facility Truckers shouldnt spend money here, if they Not invested in YOU!! We always make a stop at this Pilot if were in the same general vicinity and find ourselves in need of drinks, snacks, or gas. They carry pretty much - well - *anything* youd expect or desire to find at such a place, and then some.In addition to being kept very well-stocked, even for a Pilot, the store is kept in a good state. Its bright and well-lit, and its always clean both inside and out. Youll neither slip on the floor after its rained, nor will you be unable to throw away any trash from your car because the garbage cans are over-flowing. Their staff are always friendly and helpful, and do a good job keeping the line moving when its busy. Weve never had to wait more than a minute or two to pay. In short, its a good place to stop.

Seems like a clean store. 2hr parking limit if truck unattended. To ensure you get a spot to park better be here by 3pm local time. If you are lucky after that someone might leave but doubt it.

Great place to go to get coffee and take a little break. Good food too. Pizza is two slices for five bucks. If you get their rewards card, you get free drinks everyday.

I visit this area a lot. I really like the food during lunch time. Im not a big fan of truck stop food, but they let the employees handle the food which to me is a big plus. Nothing better than meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans during lunch break.

Clean restroom, fast service, large assortment of snacks and other items. Gas prices reasonable.

No showers and the small parking is clogged up by the locals so just keep on driving This is a fuel stop not a truckstop

Its a nice stop, but the staff just acted like they really didnt want to be there. I was helped getting creamer for my coffee by one person, no one really wanted to move unless they had to. Also, there was no food in the hot deli, is this normal for the weekend?

First Flying J that I have been to with NO Showers!!!!! The service inside was friendly & the washrooms were clean though. Outside there’s someone watching that unattended trucks stay no longer than 2 hours. The parking lot has very few spots. Still can’t get over the fact that they don’t have showers....

Parked here, since I deliver 8 miles up the road tomorrow. The 2 hour parking limit isnt for parking spaces, its for the drivers that park alongside the entrance and whatnot, according to an employee. Parking spot is good for 24 hours.Good being a relative term. No showers, empty deli, and only 20 parking spaces. Amazingly, I tried the wifi and it shows 63 connected to it, so its useless. Funny how that works out.There were 2 spaces open at 1100 when I got here, on a Sunday morning.Its cleaner than the I55 truck stop, but thats about it.

There pump declining cards or there company went to another location works fine. N no its not a debit. 30 mins to fill a 100 gallon truck. Then getting my rewards point, um they say you dont get reward points for gas, such a joke

No parking and they allow bobtails to be parked where a tractor trailer should be parked. Also they allow drivers to park and go home ridiculous. Ive been to pilot truck stops in at least 48 states and this pilot had the worst customer service Ive ever had at any truck stop anywhere, The cashier was rude, the the manager on duty was no help . I will never stop at that pilot again. As a truck driver I was completely disappointed by the whole experience ..

No showers, no laundry, but deli was good, staff was helpful. AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN A PARKING SPOT, IGNORE THE 2 HOUR RULE!! That rule is for the jokers that like to park everywhere else but a designated spot

Very small facility. No tractor trailer parking for no more than 2hrs, NO SHOWERS & SCALE...did I mentioned parking limited. You can get coffee and feul here and thats it. In my opinion, its best to go to speedway up the road on 64...fuel is cheaper there anyways. Dont come here if you have to do a 10hr or 34hrs reset....
