I love this savers. I always come every Monday and find so many good things to flip and sell on ebay. Me and my girlfriend always come here and we never leave empty handed. The staff is so nice and they are always shocked up. We love coming here !

Spent part of the day thrifting with my daughter and we found savers. We had high expectations when we got there but then was a little disappointed in the variety and selections. The prices are also higher than local Goodwill stores. But still check it out since you never know what you will find. It is bright and clean.

I found everything i wanted for great prices.the lady putting away books was really friendly and helpful.the book section was neat and organized.

Went there a month ago and found many items not priced, that I wanted to buy. I was told they cant sell it because the pricing people arent there. REALLY! You mean the manager cant do it? What, are they union and no one can do the other persons job? If youre a manager, you should know everyones job and be able to fill in and do it.AND, there excuse for items not having a price was that customers pull them off. Now why would customers do that if youre not going to price it anyway. Why blame the customers and not look into it further, perhaps someone not doing their job.

Its an ok store many items are really high priced some items are priced higher than the store.

I missed the turn for Goodwin, and was lucky to find this fun thrift store! Everything was was well organized and easy to find. I got some fantastic dishware! The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Great place to go. They are constantly restocking their shelves. Big store. A lot of great quality merchandise. On Mondays all merchandise, except brand new items they specially bring in near Halloween and Christmas, are 50% off. Best time to go on Monday (less of a crowd) is in evening. Because of the rush on Monday, its not as clean since customers dont care and throw things everywhere. Other days, the place is a lot cleaner. Bring your own bag, they charge five cents for theirs. I drive past Goodwill and Salvation Army thrift stores to cone here. They used to have a face painter once a month for their customers. Miss that.

Bad pricing you price q dollar general brand shirt at 13.49 and you get them in dollar general for 8.00. I understand that yall need to recoup money but the pricing needs to be standardized. And at least make sense.

Sherry the manager is literally the rudest cashier Ive ever come across. Wouldnt say hi back and instead just stared and talk angrily to me and my daughter while we were being nice. Should definitely demote her or fire her. She knew what she was doing.

I was there to do some shopping and got the 2 lamps. one of the lamps had no price sticker so at the checkout counter I said to cashier there is no price. cashier said sorry we can’t sell the item to you because there is no sticker. she replied very rude and unprofessional manner to me. So said bring maneger but the cashier ignores my request and she was keep reapeating we can’t sell the items to you. She said have a good day in a very sarcastic tone i do not appropriated that. So I walked out.I don’t recommend this location to anyone. 😡

This store is a mess and overpriced. Items that should be cheap are expensive and things that are cheap should be expensive. EX: a Nine West wallet for 3.49 and an Ipsy bag was 7.99. Used to love coming here and to the Naperville one but never again. You might as well but things on an app called Mercari

I used to LOVE this location. I found great deals all the time and it was so clean. Now, everything is overpriced, I never find anything decent unless it’s overpriced, and it’s gone downhill with cleanliness and organization. Hopefully things turn up.

OK I just moved here in December 2016 and this is already my new hang out at night. They close at 9:30. I have two growing kids and hate spending money on their clothes and toys; which they quickly grow bored with. So I love coming here; along with being a cheapskate/ loving a good bargain. For myself, I love their sweaters and workout bottoms.

High prices for used...

This is one of the best run thrift stores Ive ever been in. The aisles are always clear, the clothes properly hung, and housewares neatly organized. It is also one of the more expensive thrift stores. They are aware of high end products and tag them appropriately. If you find, for example, a sports jersey in the mens shirts section, it may very well have a $30 tag while its neighbors will have $6 or $9 price tags.

Savers was very clean, organized, and well illuminated. I was able to find what I needed and get back on the road with in a few minutes. This is a good location to visit for used clothing, books, kitchen items and glassware.

Love this place. They often have 50% off deals. Wevebought clothes for as cheap as $00.49! Theyve gotten more organized with nicer labels and signs. I have to admit, some items can be pricey for being used, but when things are 50% off, its totally worth it. Way better than Goodwill.

What genius thought taping a “Not an Exit” sign on each restroom door was necessary? These are by the cash registers. Were people really walking into the restroom, turning around and coming out saying “Hey, how do I get outta this store?!”

Nice place to get semi-decent, used stuff at somewhat decent prices. I can only speak to the sections that I shop at the most and that is typically the electronics/lights section as well as the furniture section. The store also has that particular smell.

Savers has an incredibly large stock of second-hand clothing, furniture, and the like. I enjoy stopping here to see what selection they have if Im looking for something new. Chances are, with as many items as they have, Ill find something good.

This place has a lot of useful stuff, and way more clothes than other places. The staff is super friendly as well. Overall this is just a better place to go than Goodwill.

If I could give zero stars I would! They are way over priced, saw a dress for $89, jeans for $24 and a replica coach for over $100! Not mentions their employees are very unpleasant. But whats even more disgusting is on the days they have specific colored tags 50% off you can only find a few here and there. I have physically seen associates wheeling racks with nothing but the 50% off items off the floor! Who does that!?!?! I was so shocked and disaappointed. Given that 80% of their items are DONATED so to have the audacity to have these items outrageously priced is disrespectful and greedy and to remove the 50% off items from the racks is absolutely disgusting! Shame on you.P.S they also do this at their sister store Unique!!!!!!

This resale store has the biggest inventory of most resale stores of its size. They have good inventory turnover and good customer service. I never leave empty handed.

The employees, were very cordial. A special thanks Julia for helping me locate a more knowledgeable cashier who was able to help me find the exact vinly I was looking for. They were real life Savers!

Really love this location and the selection. I always leave with what i was looking for or something better for a great price. I have to leave a low review though, because I have had 1 too many encounters with Sheila. I guess she is a manager but she has no customer service skills at all, she can often be overheard talking poorly about customers and will talk down to you for asking for help. If this is the kind of example theyre setting for their employees, i am very glad I dont have to ask for help often. From now on if I see her in the store i will just leave. And I reccomend you do the same.

Kind of hard to rate this place. I like this place as much as I dislike it. They sometimes have good things like all second hand stores would but other times their pricing is just out of hand. I understand it is cheaper than new but when you see goodwill prices and then Savers prices you might as well stick with goodwill. Just seems greedy when they get these items for free and mark it way high in price just cause they think it will sell. Guess thats business for ya.

Use to find great bargains now everything is priced from the net via smart phone by employees. I seen a watch without a price and asked the jewelry lady if she could price it.she pulled out her smart phone and said i have to research it and would price it later. A hour later she put a $100 price on it...I took a chance and bought it because she said it worked great which it did, till i got home. I had a watch repair man tell me it would cost $200 to fix, so i asked him how much would the watch be worth if it was in working condition, he said it would only be worth $40. That Jewelry lady placed a higher price just for me so lesson learned Ill never ask for a price on anything here again.If your gonna buy here you should look up online prices first before buying from these people just a word of advice for your protection, after all these are used unwanted items they are trying to sell you, and they will have you pay the highest price possible!

Always find great things here. Huge selection of clothes and books. Lots of other odds and ends and furniture. Feels more like a department store than a thrift store.

Was there today during a really busy time and was unimpressed with the manager who felt the need to talk poorly about a special needs child because he wasnt being seen and not heard. She has no business being in retail if she cant handle the children who come in to the store. He was not loud, or causing any issues just wasnt sitting still in large crowds.

Great thrift shop with a large selection. Its not really in an area where a thrift shop is needed (in my opinion) so they often have great finds. Theyve also got large book and DVD sections.

This is a great store to do some thrifting at. The selection is always changing and the pretty good. The store is well laid out.

A MUST GO PLACE TO SHOP!!HUGE selection on Mens flannels!!And I saved $25 when I applied for their Club membership. So youll find me there on the weekends!!! Hahaha

Fantastic place for books, games and home items (like framed art). If there is a price discrepancy, management will fight you over it. I had this issue with them over-charging for books.

For those that truely by there clothes second hand for the family as I do this is a step up from salvation .. It has better brands without the endless search but you will have to pay ... Altho goodwill and salvation have drastically raised there prices. One day when its no longer the in thing to do anymore and it goes back to just be the regulars they will realize they lost a lot of customers. This place has good price and decent clothes,house,and you name it.. Very clean and organized.

One of my favorite thrift stores. Usually the people that work there are nice and its organized.

We have bought a lot of clothes for ourselves and the children here. We never have had any issues here because they do a good job of inspecting the clothes. We have gotten very gently used items at 10% of their retail cost, which saves a ton of money especially on baby clothing.

Too expensive.. wont give you a price on items with no tags, they just take that item away so you basically cant purchase it.. The goodwill right by is way better.

A great store for donating, plus buying good condition used clothing (even some name brands) for dirt cheap!

They have great merchandise always stocked up well the staff is very helpful if I had one complaint I would say a return policy they will only let you do a 7-Day Exchange, with purchase.

Just started golfing and not sure if Ill completely stick to the sport. I figured Id stop by and buy and see what used equipment I could buy. I left with an Adidas golf shirt, a practice Mizuno driver, whiffle golf balls, FootJoy shoes and a golf hat for $30. I was so happy! The place was relatively clean. Some of the items I came across could possible be discarded and not resold but thats not up to me.

As thrift stores go this and mostly all savers are pethetic. You go to find a deal on anything and what you will find are department store prices on used junk. My visit to this store was the last time I went to savers, this or any other.

I go fairly often, their prices are very reasonable but there are some that are a little too much.
