This was the 3rd visit to resolve a problem in that they owe us money. All documents were faxed to the corporate office but no refund because they cant read their own copies. A waste of time.

The service they gave us was excellent, but they dont have a chair for customers and there are people who cant stand long. The concept of clear is not interested in having people with leg problems, or aging that sad !! 😔

Employees are really tired. There is no empathy towards the Elderly Client leaving them standing in line for hours. Personally, I resolved to cancel the contract. Now Claro is not even going back to being the Most Powerful Network.

Even with the inconvenience caused by the pandemic situation, they strive to provide good service. What I did not like is that many older people have to stand up for their turn and so far from the counter (service) that it is very difficult for them to understand and express their particular situation. They must coordinate another method for this population.
