They will get the job done for sure, but they are slow as hell. If you are in a rush arrive early because the wait time here will kill you.
Very crowded all the time, but their staff is very friendly and professional. The poor service comes from the Technical Area (Telephone breakdown repair) & service representatives staff on the phone.

This was the 3rd visit to resolve a problem in that they owe us money. All documents were faxed to the corporate office but no refund because they cant read their own copies. A waste of time.
