Went to make a warranty claim on a Tempered glass that I bought on sept 15 2018 for $44.99 They dont do it in the store you have to do it with the manufacturer and they ask $15.95 more. So where is the real service here? Why dont they make it easy for the custumer? Why do I have to pay more? Very very dissapointed you want to be rated. Earn it! because today you got cero. I post one star because otherwise I couldnt post this.

Faced with the health crisis, the staff of this store have forgotten what courtesy and consideration customers deserve, they treated me badly, contemptuously, they did not even pay attention to the problem I presented to them, at all times it was telling me to stay away from their space, that I did not approach them that I did not touch. Everything changed when I told them I wanted to buy a new phone, there they were friendly and did not care that I would approach them or the team that I was interested in showing. Ive been with t Mobile for years and we have approximately 8 people Family members who are with t Mobilethe phone service in Escorial is terrible when you call by phone they answer you they leave you more than 30 minutes online and in the end they hook you in the face they never have an answer or solution and when you ask to speak to a manager they hook you in the face are disrespectful and have no professionalism and much less customer service we are evaluating changing companies

About a couple of weeks ago, I tried to order a screen protector for my cell phone, through the store because it is covered by insurance. As of today ... nothing, neither e-mail from the order of T-Mobile nor from the supplier of the accessory, that is, they took my information in the store but they never sent the order ... lousy service and communication- They dont answer phone-more lousy yet. On a scale of 0 to 10, I would give them ... 0!
