RECENTLY CAPRIS SERVICE AS FAR AS EMPLOYEES IS CONCERNED HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTING. THE CASHIERS AT LEAST TWICE HAVE NEGLECTED TO PACK MY PURCHASES. ONE OF THEM SAID IT WAS DUE TO THE PANDEMIC THE OTHER DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME AN ANSWER. YOU CANT TAKE THE SHOPPING 🛒 CARTS TO THE PARKING LOT SO YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR CAR AND PRAY FOR A PARKING IN FRONT TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASES. Crossed a very impolite employee who sees I need to get through an isle and still I say excuse me, instead of moving her cart out of the she says in a very harsh way I have to wait till she is done. I mean she has all the space in the world and still she decides to put the cart in the middle and block the way out of the aisle UNBELIEVABLE!

At the time of this review were in full Covid-19 spread here in PR and I must say their doing there best to try and maintain a safe shopping experience so theirs most likely a line you have to make outside of the store but it was moving pretty fast and the were checking temperature and hand sanitizer and the lines were marked with the 6 feet spacing in between so their doing a good job.

Quality is not tops but you find many items for the home. Very good prices. Good customer service.

The Kitchen Ware is Great in this store. The lines are crazy but the prices are good

Good variety of merchandise with moderate prices. What I disliked was that the temperature taken to comply with the COVID security measures is taken un your forehead but the problem is that they will not accept to take it in your wrist or forehand.

I loved this store, but they have to bring more crochet articles like the store in Roosevelt Ave.

Tiendas Capri is a good store to find stuff for the house. But be aware of the double pricing... Happened to me that when arrived home, I checked my bill and I payed a higher price for three articles that had a lower marked price (see bill photo).

Go early to avoid having to stand in line outside. They have a little of everything but not a lot of variety. Great prices.

Everybody loves Tiendas Capri store prices. But the service in art & crafts is below cero. What? I just go to buy Foammy and Im still waiting for the employee with the stair. More than 7 youngsters in line to registrate their entrance and nobody can really pay attention to my request. No salutation, never receive an a may I help you, let me seek you help or which color are you looking for or we have this choices.Tire to wait for the employee with the stair I went other female employee at fabric dept. But the old lady in the fabric dept. Ignore me, has bad actitud, gave a response that not meet my needs. I dont care who organize that area l just want an specific foammy color located on the higher stand area how hard can that be. Search for other employee, look for a stair and put down a bunch of the _@/>(:#_ foammy. Dont you think she is going to gave you alternatives. She is stick to the floor. I really get angry. I ask for the Manager, But the Manager was called and no one comes. Is this service? No customer service quality. Absolutly lazyness and bad attitude. About an hour later a young lady try to help me thats was the only service received. Most go to Monte Hiedra Capri store or Wal-Mart store more distant. Incredible, but this is the kind of bad puertorican service that distinguish us. Thanks for nothing. Money was gone thru the door but who cares....Maybe Wal-Mart or the small pharmacies.
