I gave one star for 2 reasons.First because the woman that answered the phone said she would call back when she had an available technician which she did not. I called back the next day and because she didn’t speak English very well or didn’t understand me very well she just hung up on me. I had a friend call and she outright told her that she was ignoring me because she did not speak English. The second reason for one star is because she gave me one price for the diagnosis however when the technician came he wrote up a ticket for an entirely different price. I will not be calling them again.
