Today I bought a couple of gifts at Pandora in Plaza Carolina. I asked them to wrap them as a gift. I was very disappointed with the way they gave me the jewelry.I feel like they cheated on me because I told them that the jewels were to give away and waited for me to pay to tell me that they didnt even have shopping bags. They offered me a giant bag when I complained about the bad presentation and that they didnt have bags on Christmas Eve. !!!This is not up to Pandora.I am a regular customer and it is the first time that they disappoint me.

The ring on the right side was bought on May 21st, 2 days afterwards it turned different colors. went back to returned it and it was told they couldnt do it. They are not selling what they advertise nor taking responsibility for this. This felt like my money was stolen since they could not amend the situation. Customer service was awful as well. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATIONThe ring on the right was bought on May 21, 2 days later I put the green finger. and it was changing color. I went to return it literlmanete 2 days later and they told me that they were not going to accept that returned that was some chemical. First of all, do not touch any chemical and second, what is the real material that this establishment is selling? this is more of a deception. horrible customer service, almost a theft of money since they did not want to amend this situation

Horrible stop by the store to make a purchase because I wanted some rings it was on 10/20/2020 and since I stopped at the entrance they told me without at least one good morning that in order to enter you have to know what you want because it is not allowed to enter to look at. I told him I knew but the truth was I also wanted to see the new store.
