Good selection of wood, including Puerto Rican species. Very Good service. They have a big selection of supplies for many trades. I am mainly a woodworker. I find some things I need there. They seem to have more tools than other PR retailers. However, they still dont carry many tools that I wish they did.

One of the essential places for cabinet makers and anyone looking for just about anything related to wood working and hardware.The lady that had a negative experience was there in ome of those rare moments when everybody is occupied helping others or maybe taking care of other matters. I doubt that shed have the same experience again.

I regret to inform you that they have changed their way of serving the public a lot, it is very poor, all of them enthralled in the cell, although it is not in some call, nor a Humble Good morning they gave to the 4 people who were there. I wait 20 long-term mknutos for you to come and attend me and they gave me a good day there, I am very sad and I regret that we, the people that you must attend first hand, are not important enough for you to keep your job. I dont think the same of the cashier. 👌

I arrived at 8am at the empty vendor cubicle with no customers, but 3 vendors talking on the cell phone, I was the only customer and they made me wait, luckily the last vendor on the left called me, very friendly, but the others ignored me, bah ..Thats why 3 stars

At first I had gone alone and they treated me very kindly; but I couldnt buy at that time, because I needed my husbands opinion ... A while later, I go back to my husband; and they didnt let me in, because according to the policy they have (by COViD) one person per family can enter. And I understood it and I waited for a client to come out so that I could enter (even if it was not with my husband) but still they tell me that I cannot enter, that I have to stay outside ... and I, ok, I got lost, I did not understand, if at the same time they kept letting more customers in (and no one left) and they left me outside .... My husband had arrived with a list (that I had made) to buy everything; materials, the machine he needed and the wood. Quite a project, but of the TWO. (We were excited) and it was a decision we had to make together ... I really dont understand their politics. ... and if it is true what that employee says, (older, thin, tall man with an almost white beard and I think he had glasses) they have no common sense ... DISAPPOINTED

Knowing that they have a strict protocol in relation to COVID 19, my wife and I called from Dorado to ask if we could enter the store together, keeping social distancing, of course, and the employee who attends us by phone tells us that there is no problem As long as one entered first and then the other, that is, not the two of them together, which did not make sense to me, but they are their rules. After 1 hour and 15min. on the way and upon arrival we entered as agreed, but being inside they told us that they had to attend to us separately, that is, an employee for my wife and an employee for me to select exactly the same, which required decision-making between the two of them, this being all one Complexity stretches to talk to the store manager but the employees did not want to get it. To all this we could not appreciate or buy anything that they had there, only receiving a reply that that was the protocol of the store and in a few words hinting (if they dont like it, go away). When we left we heard an employee making fun with the one who attended us about the situation.Im just saying that we lost 2 and a half hours of travel, tolls and a little gasoline but they lost $ 2,500.00 in purchase (approximately) and good recommendations to my fellow cabinetmakers in my area. Im not saying they dont buy there but if they do they run the risk of wasting their time.

After several negative experiences in other places of sale of wood we arrive at the paradise of the woods. Never in our lives were there so many varieties of wood and many of them beautiful. The staff received us and the only thing they needed was to give us a hug. The site has a great vibe, excellent service, from the first person who receives you to the boy who charged us.
