Been waiting for over 2 months to switch my couches since the charging ports dont charge properly. Claims they can never get ahold of me but everytime asked to verify phone number its always correct. If my payment was not received im sure my number would of been working on their end. I was told finally my new couch would be here today but when i called to see when i was told they need to find people to move it. The fact they dont bring it inside or set it up but charge for it is bad business. I wont be using this company in the future.
Ive been here a couple times and seen new management come through. Ive had nothing, but great experiences here. The new staff is friendly and always willing to help out. Shout out to Valerie for always helping out!
I contemplated on renter a bedroom set here at this location but I changed my mind. Because of this pandemic that they have going on they said that they do not set up what they bring. They just pass it to you at the front of your door and that someone else would have to set it up. I have a problem with that considering that that service is included in the renter agreement. Yet they don’t deduct that particular service from the fee purchase. That’s NOT good business at all. When I called Aaron’s renewal they still come in and do the set up, they just make sure they wear their mask and shoe covering if asked! I suggest you think twice about this location!

We were informed that even though we paid over 10 months on a one year contract, and paid extra for RAC protection in case we lost our jobs, the last 4 months of our contract, or up to 1,000 dollars would be paid on until a new job was obtained where we were working over 30 hours.The manager George hee-Hawed and played games in order to make it seem like we didnt make any effort to inform him of the job loss, and is now INSISTENT that we pay the balance of 159.00.RAC is a racket, its not bad enough they charge you twice as much as an item sells for, they also break their contracts on a regular basis, and in the contracts you sign, you agree to arbitration and NOT a legal system ruling.At this point if they want to attach a writ of attachment or Replevin to a used refrigerator to which we paid over a thousand dollars for, go for it.My lawyer will be contacting your lawyers.And if your so desperate to collect 150.00 bucks from an unemployed woman collecting foodstamps, have fun explaining that to an arbitrator.
This place needs to work on their customer service bad. I have been looking for a couch and was going to pay full price for it but the customer service was awful. I loved a couch set and when I told them the one I wanted the guy and the manager gave me excuses saying that it dont fit in the apartment doors that I lived in. so I said fine ill take the sectional I had my eye on as well. There was the exact same sectional next to the front counter that you can tell has been used it was beat up badly. They said we can give you this one that we had to go repo for 5 less.. Im sorry at that point I had to snap off and say no thank you. Because I wanted the new one not one that someone else was on if I wanted that I could go to a thrift store and there was a fear that even after I told them that they could still give me that used one. Im a believer on thrift stores and stuff like that but couches and beds are something I have to have new. Plus after I was asking if they delivered it and set up still like they use to and was there a fee the manger said yes its free and then asked me what floor I lived on when I told him the 3rd he then told me it would be and extra 150 bucks screw that he just told me it was free now it was 150 extra. I could get a uhaul and some food. For some friends. For way less then that. Plus he. Kept going back and trying to convince me for that ragged sectional. So I finally had to walk out. But they had great stuff but watch what you get abd dont let them talk you put of anything you like.
