Great apple fritters and long johns but our service wasnt as great today.

Donuts are so good and not sure if the one who attended me was the owner or just an employee, but oh my God, he was so nice! Like, just the nicest guy ever. He didnt really speak English, but that doesnt matter at all, cause he was just a sweet man that gave me the best customer service I have ever had in ages. I felt like I was part of the family : ).A heads up, bring cash in hand, just to make the mans life easier, he deserves it 😭

Every time we visit here, there has always been someone different behind the counter, but we still receive friendly service each time. Donuts are fresh and taste delicious. Personal favorite donut is the White Angel as it is filled with what taste like whipped vanilla frosting.

Used to come here all the time with family and it was always amazing. BUT. This time was weird. I called ahead to ask about what donuts they had as it was later in the day. The man who picked up did not understand me or speak English. So I went it anyway to see what they had . As soon as I walked in, the man who answered the phone was just as confusing in person. He started handing me random donuts that I didnt even ask for. Just handing them to me. I noticed that the kind I wanted did not look good. They were iced incorrectly. So I just got one donut so I wouldnt upset the man. As I paid and left we said no tip jar??Sad. This place used to be amazing . Wont be back

Excellent donuts! Its nice to have a quality place in the area. Much better than a chain. Try the apple fritters, they are my favorite!

Working in the city during snow removal. After a 14hr shift we tried to stop at 3am came back later still no one. Lights on. Door locked. Donuts stocked. But no one. No note. No on break. Nothing.

This was the worst experience ever. I came here about 1 in the morning, the doors were locked and an employee was no where to be found. His car was even parked outside. So I ended up leaving and coming back maybe 10-15 min later. Still no where in sight. No note or anything was left to let people know anything. Why say 24hrs if youre just going to lock doors without any notice. I just wanted some donuts man.

The person working was very friendly. The German chocolate cake donuts are yummy. The flavors actually taste like the flavor.y daughter had a 🍒 donut and was surprised how much flavor there was.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Their donuts were delish and fresh. This is my new go-to donut shop. The quality and service is unmatched.

This is got to be one of the best. They are larger and better than any other. Personal opinion of course.

Loved coming here for years, but today the donuts looked weird. The frosting was different colors, chocolate looked like caramel, the pink was red. The donuts were stale. They tasted heavily of oil and had been over cooked, to the point of being crunchy. New owners? Not going back, especially since nobody needs a donut anyway :(

They used to make donuts on site. Now, they aren’t made on site and don’t taste fresh. Staff can be friendly or rude. Interior is very, very outdated. Store only takes cash.

I stopped in for donuts yesterday. Ruuuuude!!.Went to pay, he wouldn’t take my debit card. He didn’t speak english, I walked to the door and pointed to the Visa/ MC logos...then I offered to pay in cash, but he didn’t have enough to give me change..then I offered to write a check, but he said No Check...There was no empathy, sympathy....no apology, just a self righteous attitude!I strive to support small business, but I refuse to be treated that way!I left the donuts on the counter and will NEVER go back.

This place is not open 24 hours I was there at 4:10am the lights where on and a car was outside I called and knocked and nobody came to open the door. then later I called and the girl was rude no customer service at all!

So unpretensious looking. Doesnt look like much on the outside. The place has been there forever. There is a reason for that, old school donuts that are just great.
