I literally hate ordering at this starbucks store. They are always out of stuff. Under staffed, poor management, and never get your orders right. I dont really write bad comments. However, they made me do it.

Not a problem with the coffee, its the restroom!! Someone needs to teach these kids working here how to clean a restroom. This place NEVER seems to have a clean restroom, even to just wash your hands!!!!

Always good coffee but I would think they would cater just as equal to the people that walk in for a cup of coffee as much as the people with pick up orders. It great to have that option but it seems like people just walk up and grab other peoples drinks or food.

We had to stop by after our weekend getaway in Santa Barbara! My 15 year old son easily found this location on Google maps and we ran in for some coffee and pastries. It is right off the 101!The ladies working here last night, Sunday 1/05/20 were SO kind! It was really slow because we went in pretty late, yet they were all smiles and very pleasant!Happy to stop by here next time we are driving through!!!

I will never stop here again!!! We stopped thru leaving Santa Barbara for Bakersfield. I noticed there were lots of chairs and a trash can preventing you from entering the restroom. As my husband and I placed our order, I asked if I could use the restroom and was given a simple “NO, sorry”. Then she said, if you really have to go, walk over to CVS. I’m you’re customer, NOT CVS! What the heck!!! Every business by law has to have a working restroom for customers. There was no sign on the door saying the toilet was broken so I’m not sure what the issue was.COVID maybe?We also waited much longer than normal for an iced coffee and a tea! We will never stop at this Starbucks again!

This is by far the worse Starbucks. No, this is not my first time or second time coming to this location. Please people learn how to make a caramel macchiato, it tastes like a watery, milky, sugary foamy cheap drink, where is the coffee????? Oh and it doesnt matter what size you get it, or who makes it, no difference 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Nice Starbucks. The people working were nice, friendly, and attentive and I got my order right away. The bathroom was a little under-kept, but is also unlocked. Great place to stop off the freeway.

Stop here to use the bathroom and get some coffee for the road. The store wasnt busy with 3 employees and the most nasty bathroom. I could not buy anything. No thanks. I left to stop in another Starbucks on the way.

The people are nice here. They got my order right and its in a shopping area with everything you need including a dollar store. Across the street from Starbucks is the post office. On the other side, you will discover an Arco gas station.

This was absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Too crowded considering COVID restrictions. Waited 30 minutes for an iced caramel macchiato. Finally, after 30 minutes, I cancelled my order. Terrible service!

In these pandemic times, why cant Starbucks notify me when the drink I ordered in their app outside the store is ready to be picked up inside the store? 8n the absence of that, I have to go I to the store too many times to look and/or have a drink thats not at the optimum temperature.

Because they dont have diabetic friendly drinks, I dont go to Starbucks as often as I use to... but my Go-To Drink is their White Chocolate Mocha. My daughter is a gold star card holder and shes always ordering their refreshing Pink Drink

Its a Starbucks. Most staff are friendly with an easy smile, and most days the service is quick and efficient. I LOVE the ability to order from my phone and just go straight to the pick up line👍☕

Service was quick and efficient, reloaded my Starbucks card with money in under a minute. My drink wasnt complicated just hazelnut iced coffee, so that came out quick too.

The bathroom was dirtier and more disgusting than ones you find at an outdoor music fest and they forgot my order, ended up waiting like 20 min for what ended up being the WRONG order so had to wait for them to remake it. Just not cool when you pay for $5 coffee.

Coffee Bean has better service where they actually know and remember you as a personal customer.

Only gets a one star because its absolutely freezing every time I go in there. For years its been this way. Have complained and they never fix it.

One of the better Starbucks locations. Parking is plentiful and access to the 101 is obviously easy. A good stop between Ventura and Santa Barbara for those of us with a commute.

We were unfortunately disappointed with this location. We ordered online, when we got there the girl was out of some of the different pumps, so she just used something else and much less than asked for. Terrible beverages this time. Restroom was very dirty and its in a very sketchy location, at least late at night (when we went there).

Nasty dirtiest bathroom in a Starbucks I have ever seen! Im assuming they ran out of paper towels because they had napkins instead and because they were too small to fit in the dispenser they were all over the floor! They were also out of toilet paper.

Despite being a part of the Mega-Chain Starbucks Corp, which often gets a bad name, the Carp Starbucks (and the Cito Starbucks) have a great Local Cafe Vibe. Its our daily coffee spot, andquite literally, EVERYONE knows your name! They are usually making my coffee order before I reach the register to place my order! Great Staff, Great Coffee and Service that is Stellar...everytime.

Every time Ive been here the staff is slow and inconsiderate of the customers waiting. 7 people in line, 4 staff (3 chatting behind the counter and 1 making coffee, none taking orders) and then when they bring out the order and I ask a question, they were rude.Out of all the Starbucks Ive been to, this one is the worst
