Been with them 17 yrs and after three absolutely horrendous 800 number customer service calls in 6 weeks went to this place to return the phone I bought online and switch to another carrier. Never had an 800 number customer service outright lie to me on every call! Told me theyd send something it turns out they cant. But Wow. Best customer service ever at this store! Got there 10 min before closing and he stayed an hour to get my phones working. So helpful. So patient. He figured out the prob and how to work around it. Then spent lots of time making it all work. All after closing!!! And with a big smile and great sense of humor! This young man is going places in life! And Im still on Boost! Wish I could find this kind of service everywhere!

I dont know why this store puts a phone number on THERE website so you can contact them about sales and service and they wont answer the phone. I dont know why this store has a phone number that you cant leave a message on. If youre not going to answer the phone or at least have a 1984 answering machine dont add the phone number . I have been calling this number and ringing and ringing and ringing for literally hours and nothing. I promise you Ill find somewhere else to give my money too

Jorge was the representative I worked with, and it was an awesome experience. He was able to give me the SIM card I needed to activate my fathers phone at an incredible deal. He was fantastic and solved all my problems and saved me money. Definitely recommend coming here for any and all your needs. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Love this place. 10/10

Not a really knowledgeable staff. They will hang up on you. I feel i wast my time everytime when i need help with my boost service.

They pretty much suck. The plans are good but the really is no customer service. Good luck placing a call...
