Im getting ready to paint my kitchen cabinets and I wanted to find the best quality products, but wasnt sure how to select the best product for a finished professional look. The Sherwin-Williams staff spent time talking me through different product options for primer and paint, discussing pros and cons of the various selections for my particular needs. They were informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. They spent time to answer my questions and treated me like a valued customer. Ive already been a fan of SW paint for my many wall-painting projects, and had my house exterior painted with SW paint last summer, and cant say enough about the paint quality. There is a SW store closer to my house, but I am so impressed with the staff at the Carrboro branch that this will be my go-to location.Update: cabinets are painted, and I’m so appreciative of the excellent guidance from the SW team for products and techniques!

Wow! Where to start... The manager Mike is just such a smart handsome sweet delicious young man. The paint he served me was simply delectable!! Yummy yum yum!! 🤤🤤 His skin just looked so soft and tan and his accent made my skin tingle!!! His hair was so spikey and his glasses SO THICC 😩 I gotta give it to them, Sherwin Williams knows how to hire fine young man! Hummina hummina hummina yow wow!!!

I am not a contractor. This happened twice over the years. They wanted to initially charge me over $50 for a gallon of paint and then when I was going elsewhere, they dropped it down to about $25/gallon so they will charge what the public is willing to pay. Homeowner needs to be careful when taking their advice. They cater to contactors not consumers.

The people here take the time and effort to help you understand choosing paint colors and what works where. They are very knowledgeable and are patient for those who are not experts on selecting colors and paint.

The paint is fabulous. The locations convenient, and the advice is helpful and professional, and they remember their customers!

Helpful staff here. Theyll advise you on what kind of paint you should use for whatever youre doing, including acknowledging that their Builders Edge paint, the cheap stuff, is like putting chalk on your walls.Also note that the dedicated paint stores are very good at color matching. Paint is all they do, as opposed to the paint section of a HD or Lowes where they arent so specialized.
