This store has a Starbucks in it and it is amazing they make great drinks and they sell great products I definitely recommend family or friends or even your own children own children to shop here.

I love Hyvee and it’s very convenient, most the people that work there is awesome. Very busy during most days, I do miss them being open 24 so I could avoid so many people with my high anxiety. The manager Kevin us a good guy.

They have Everything (including a full alligator in the seafood section). Staff is very helpful. I especially like the fruit selection.

Its usually a little too busy for me But the workers are friendly and helpful

Hy-Vee is great, its got the best meat, dairy, etc but this Hy-Vee in particular has only a handful of good staff and other than that checking out, meat counter, even the restraunt is sloppy at times.

Great selection in all departments...Even had the Redbreast Irish Whiskey i wanted...In store made brats are excellent and nice fresh produce...Good choice for food and bev shopping...And the cafe in the vegetable section serves a very good breakfast...

Me and my shipmate were riding our ship and we were told to leave but it was captains orders to stay in Hy-Vee but we had the cops called bad customer service

I was very disappointed in the appearance of the store and the lack of variety in their stock. Their produce was very high priced and nothing special. Their meat selection was sparse. I probably will shop elsewhere in the future.

Good stock of inventory. Being from our of state it was confusing that some items we thought should be grouped together, like individual servings of milk or OJ were not with the larger packages. We never did find them. Employees seemed to veer away as we neared to ask for assistance.The chicken we bought from the deli was ok.

Hyvee is a great grocery store. They have the best selection of products you could ever want. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star, because their prices are generally higher than other area grocery stores.

Sort of cluttered and restrooms had no toilet paper in the mens 😂😂 the deli was very good and the selection in this store is great!

Very friendly workers the older gentleman that works in wine and spirits is amazing hes beyond friendly. I have only had one bad experience here where a cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes at me which I called and made a complaint after I cal.ed down from wanting to reach across the register to punch her in the face for the rude comments and eye rolling I had 2 six packs bottles in my cart I placed one on the conveyer and politely told her maam I have a second one in the cart and she got rude and says yea sure you do got huffy and rolled her eyes yes it set me off I was very angry that an employee would act that way toward a customer when I was not bei g rude by any means other than that time Ive always had a great experience shopping here

What happened to the deli...there is barely anything to pick from anymore? The few items they have always looked dried out and old.

I ate lunch here often when I lived in town. Food was always good and the people working there were probably some of the nicest people I ever met. Anytime Im back in town I stop by just to interact with the staff because theyre so delightful.

The cashier was very friendly.

Friendly customer service and good deals make Hy-Vee worth the trip. They can also shop for you and deliver groceries. These services are available on the Hy-Vee app as well.

Its a nice store. Tired of the pricing games. Going to Walmart now days.... Much cheaper.

Im editing this in real time based on experience.11/2019: Deli chicken is miserable. Dry every time. It was once the best in the land. Now, it tastes like the land. Yuck. Two of my dogs wont eat it. Seriously.4/2019: When your problem is brought to the right channels, the head brass resolves it. You dont get that service (or any) at Walmart. Thats for sure. Still on top, Hy-Vee. Proud to be an Iowan, just like you.

Has everything i need

I generally like Hy-Vee and have great experiences at any store but twice in the last month the service here has been so poor it’s worth posting in the hopes that management sees it and perhaps considers improvement. Please notice people waiting and help them in order that they arrive at your counters. And maybe smiling helps, and a quick “sorry” when a mistake is made? Surely Hy-Vee is better than this?

Hy-Vee in Carroll Iowa is well-lit and clean the employees are encouraged to use accepted customer service practices. Like please thank you how can I help you did you find everything you needed Etc. The produce is exceptionally fresh. However when they make packages of fruits that are prepared for use. The prices they charge for the pre-prepared foods seems excessively High. Although most other prices seem reasonable and comparable to the other stores in our area. Id like the hours that the store is open. I use the motorized shopping carts they provide 4 handicapped people. I expect to be using this store for the foreseeable future.

Hands down my favorite grocery store! I moved away from the area 10 years ago and every time I come home to visit I always stop in and end up missing it all over again.

With HyVee, one always knows what they can expect.

Overall, the store itself and employees are great. The selection is where I give it 3 stars. It seems like every time I go there, especially when there are sales, they dont have anything in stock. I usually have to deal with the hassle of rain check and oftentimes this is enough added stress that I just skip it and forget it, go to Walmart or somewhere else.
