When there was difficulty setting up one of the phones we purchased he did not give up till the issue was resolved. He even stayed late to help us. He is knowledgeable, kind & very, very good at his job. This young man should get a raise! Verizon has a prize in Austin.

After many hiccups, I finally got my new phone. The hiccups were not caused by anything this dealer did or did not do. When I actually did get my phone, Karla G was fabulous, and so sweet. She set it up for me and made sure I knew the important highlights to running my new phone. I can’t say enough about the help she was.

Walked in, talked with them, asked questions, and the following visit ordered the iPad Pro with cover. Upon receiving this bought a new iPhone with cover too.
