Ive been seeing who I believed was a highly competent optometrist in Carroll for 23 years. Today, I found out that wasnt really true. You see, today I saw Dr. Ostrander for the first time and, for the first time in decades, I CAN SEE! I told my previous doctor, at nearly every visit, that I wasnt seeing well in my left eye. Id receive a slightly different Rx and sent on my way. But, today... well, its as though Im seeing for the first time. What was it that the other optometrists missed throughout my life? A rare disorder? Nope. Something brand new? No. It was something very common and easy to fix with the right lens and now I can see clearly. (Hes also amazing with kids!)

Always a great experience. Dr. Ostrander is thorough and professional, and his staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Each time I have called for an appointment, I have been seen within 24 hours. They have a great selection of eyewear and they use quality lenses. Dr. Ostrander was even kind enough to call me and share information about discounts on eye care services that he knew I was interested in. This is a great office and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

1st time for my husband and myself. So professional and patient, going over all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable. All this during this crazy pandemic, we felt very safe. Loved how they gave us many choices in frames and lens treatments. Will be back and refer others!

I drive 1 1/2 hours to the Carroll Eye Clinic because Dr. Ostrander is among the best! He is thorough with his exam, explains the results, and always asks if I have any questions. I wouldnt trust my eye sight to anyone else.

Rude help. Called in a week ago had everything set up went in to go actually get my glasses they called me a liar about who I called. Poor customer service! All in all a waste of my time!!! Went to Carroll eye associates and even got a cookie!😀
