Jeanie was great! Very helpful to me and my 92 yr old mom. I had spoken to her Saturday and received price and she took me right to the chair. Then helped me bring in mom to try out the chair. She was accommodating even though we showed up 5 minutes to closing on a Sunday. She took her time with Mom and didnt rush us at anytime. She also brought out a wheelchair to help mom thru the store so we didnt have to unload hers from my truck. She did the sale, gave us extra copies so we each had one and explained the payment and delivery options. She even helped mom out to the truck! Amazing customer service!

My experience when ordering with a Slumberland employee was great! But went downhill after that due to no fault of her. My order kept getting pushed out further and further. They never offered any other options. Ended up getting frame/headboard/footboard from furniture store in Denison and got it in 2 weeks!! They could of at least tried to accommodate with something else.

Julie is the best! She worked very hard on all our furnishings for our new home. She gets to know your taste and learns what you are wanting to accomplish with much patience. Always looking for the exact pieces with you in mind. Very mindful of your budget. I know that I can trust every suggestion and idea from her. Delivery was super. Julie was right there taking care of exact placement. Everything was perfect!! Working with Eric and Julie on flooring and backsplash and shower tile was stress free.

We purchased our pillowtop mattress 8 yrs ago with our new bedroom set. We recently need to exchange our mattress under warranty. I did not have a good experience!I chose Slumberland because I have purchased furniture from there before.I chose a sofa and chair in dark brown.The floor model was tan.I had to wait a few weeks to sell my other furniture.First delivery was a brown loveseat. They left it so we would have something to sit on. The numbers on my invoice did not match the delivery invoice. Texted salesperson about that. The next delivery a week later was the sofa and chair in tan.The last delivery was correct...right before Easter...people had a place to sit, thank goodness!I did get a $200 refund. And I did go back and bought a chair side table with free delivery!
