Tee Chat is the same as Kitchen Decor Shop. They have a set of mugs advertised on their web site. There is a picture of a SET of mugs that coordinate with one another, AND the title says SET!I purchased 2 separate orders. 1 order was for 2 SETS, yet they sent me 2 mugs. I should have received 4. The second order was for 1 SET, yet they sent me 1 mug when I should have received 2. I PAID for 6 mugs and only got 3! They are falsely advertising and cheating people out of their money. I will be reporting them to their local authorities as well as my own local authorities and I will stop at nothing to make sure they dont continue doing this to more and more people.

Buyer Beware.After several attempts to contact TeeChat/Pretty Shirt regarding the wrong products being shipped to me, I have decided to advise anyone who reads reviews prior to supporting a business DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.They are unresponsive to communication after your order (with likely the wrong products) has shipped. I cant even call it poor customer service because there is no customer service. Shop elsewhere.

Purchased a coffee mug from kitchendecor.shop. Never buy anything from here. They take your money via PayPal and never say anything back after a confirmation email. This place is the address listed at the bottom of their site. Their phone number does not work. The contact us at the bottom of the page just says try again later all the time. No more emails from them at all. And my money is gone. It even lets you track your package but unfortunately it never gets passed processing.

Paid $28 and some change for a short printed by them. The screen printing is grainy and awful. Good luck getting my money back. Called the number and they say they dont handle purchases or customer service of any kind.

Bought 3shirts from them and never heard anything back

This company took an order Dec 11th and I still have not received it or heard from them, and the “tracking” they gave me just says processing. It was supposed to deliver Dec 18th. It’s now Dec 28th, their phone is disconnected and I’ve sent 11 emails. They should be ashamed of themselves for their business practices. DO NOT SHOP HERE, or their online at Decor Wall Art.

Do not shop here!!! The company steals ideas, products, brands, and sell them without owners consent. I’m taking legal actions now!!
