Restoration Plus did an excellent job of restoring a family heirloom. My husbands family has passed this large framed mirror down for 2 generations and an earthquake tremor caused it to fall off the wall so that the frame came apart. After they spent time with it, it looks fabulous. It looks even better than it did before the accident. They even repaired places on the frame that were beaten up from years of ownership by different people.Thanks to Restoration Plus for their artistic and careful craftsmanship we are going to rehang this mirror in the entryway. We had retired it to a bedroom because of the long term damage but now we love it again.

We had them restore many antique furniture pieces, including an antique baby grand piano. The lovely care they provided to all of our items was outstanding. They made each of our pieces look brand new. This company is professional, friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. They repaired several pieces that were damaged by our remodelers, and they are true artists in their work.

This company made all of our damaged furniture look brand new. Several of our pieces, including a baby grand piano, are over hundred year’s old. Every piece of furniture was handled with care. Restoration Plus has honest employees who let us know if a piece of furniture just needs a simple touch up they can do in your home, or if it would be better to have the work done in their shop. Their prices are very reasonable. They fixed and repaired several pieces our remodelers broke or damaged. Restoration Plus has restored over twenty-five furniture pieces for us. Everyone in this company is friendly, helpful, and professional.

I recently completed a move from the East Coast during which an antique bronze floor lamp I own was damaged in transit. The feet of the lamp had cracked due to improper care by the moving company. Thad Giddens of Restoration Plus inspected the lamp and thought he could repair it and replicate the antique finish after doing so. The work completed was impeccable and I was very pleased with how professional Thad and his team handled the entire repair process. I cant recommend them more highly enough and would definitely use them again were I to end up in a similar situation.

They did a fabulous job of fixing my furniture that was damaged - badly damaged; in a move from California. One table had one of its iron legs almost totally broken off the table. They fixed it and you cant even tell it was ever broken. A night stand had something spilled on it that took off the color. They took the damaged drawer and another drawer for a color match. When they brought them back, I couldnt tell which one had been damaged. I highly recommend them!!

This is a wonderful company.Most of all their work is excellent and they find solutions that will work. Prices very fair.No one else could figure out how to attach a new headboard from Crate and Barrel to a contemporary bed frame I had ordered from Amazon. Nothing unusual about either piece of furniture but they did not fit together and even the expert at C and B couldnt figure out how to attached them without drilling into either the frame or the headboard.Restoration guys figured it all out and had the tools and supplies with them to make it work.Every thing they have done for me has been done well!

We recently moved and some of our furniture was damaged by the moving company ( United Van Lines ). Thad Giddens from restoration plus came and inspected the items. He repaired some of the items and said that the others were not repairable. He told the moving company that the furniture was old and wasnt damaged by the moving company. That was a lie. All our furniture were three years old and not as he mentioned. Now we are having issues as the moving company will not pay us due to the poor report given by Thad. He did a very poor job repairing our items too. We spent a lot of money on our furniture and for sure we will not use United Van lines in future again. I will not recommend restoration plus and especially Thad Giddens. I would rate him a zero. Please do not let this company inspect your furniture. They work together with the moving company with a goal of ripping people off.

I had a maitland-smith wood martini table that was damaged in shipping. It was really crunched. I thought there was no way that it could be repaired, but Thad assured me he could. 3 weeks later it looked brand new. You couldnt even tell it had ever been damaged. And I am VERY picky. It was perfect. He is a master craftsman. Every time I look at my table I am happy. He also repaired a pair of black Drexel Heritage side tables with gold leafing that had water damage. Also, perfect. I would highly recommend Restorationplus.
