I had a great buying experience at Dallas Dinettes. Nora is very knowledgeable and has a good eye for coordinating colors. Custom orders have been slower than normal due to material shortages, but Nora emailed me on a regular basis with order status updates. This is definitely my go-to business for future purchases.

If I can give 100 stars to this place and to Nora the manager I would definitely do. I lost all my furniture due to a fire and had to replace everything through insurance. Nora did a great job not only trying to find pieces that fit and would look nice in my new apartment but also worked a lot with measurements and did her ultimate best to have things delivered to me as soon as possible. It is a family business and they give individual attention to their customers I highly recommend going there to shop for your furniture to get a personalized service

We ordered a Walnut table and caster chairs from Dallas Dinettes Furniture and Absolutely Love it! Our breakfast room is open to our family room and it compliments the rooms. The chairs are so comfortable and the set is just beautiful. Nora took excellent care of us. With the pandemic and things taking longer to get Nora kept me updated. We highly recommend Dallas Dinettes Furniture.

No furniture in the store..they give you a book to choose from but your not able to sit on the couches to see if they are firm, soft and feel the materials. The ladies were very nice

Nora at Dallas Dinettes was incredible. I was not able to get to the store so did the purchase online and over the phone and e-mail. Her communication was great. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave valuable advice. She was with me each step of the purchase and through the delivery. I love my table and chairs and highly recommend Nora and her products.

Its a small husband and wife furniture store. Its more on line sales. But they have some things in the shop

I dont have much money and every time I get a mattress I hate it after a week. I waited a year to write this review. I spent less than 400$ to buy a mattress in this store and I love it! Its called the 501. Simple. Strong. Stable.Must all say the selection here is good. I went based on price only and I hit a home run!

I would like to first say the older Lady previous owner of this business is pleasant to work with. However there is now a new owner in which was pleasant in the beginning to get the sale. For starters, we were lied to to get the sale. Was told delivery would be in 2 weeks, but wasnt delivered until after 3 weeks only 2 days before Thanksgiving. She contacted me the Friday prior to delivery stating it would be delivered on Monday in which my spouse took off work to be home for delivery. Never received a call so she called to check on time of delivery, and was argued with saying they told us the next day initially. Next day rolls around and we finally received our table, but it was damaged. As of now we are looking at a total of 3 weeks with an inoperable table. Not to mention the delivery guy was nice but he offered to fix the glass piece that was broken which I was not ok with considering the fact this dinette set is costing us $1000. Long story short I would not recommend this business for your furniture needs.

Unebeatable prices and great service. No starving furniture salesmen here. Just walk in, talk to anyone you want (if you want to, otherwise they leave you alone) and find good quality stuff at true discount prices. High quality, low prices. No scam. They dont advertise so it saves you money.

My experience at this place was nothing less than wonderful. Nora was the best very helpful even made a special trip to help me. Everyone was very nice and friendly even though it took me a long time to make my selection.

The lady who picks up the phone is very rude. All I wanted was furniture prices and she seem very bothered by my questions and stated that she was too busy to speak with me. Losing a customer over the phone is beyond me. I guess each customer doesnt matter here.
