Adam and Johnny saved me today. The small chain ring on my bike broke today as I was riding the Greenbelt. Luckily it happened not very far from West Georgia Cycling. They had me back up and running in no time and at a super fair price. Please support these guys. They are both veterans, super nice and helpful. Thanks fellas

Dropped my bike off for a simple tune up, front flat repair and new handle bar wraps on a Friday. I phoned the shop Monday to check on the status. Was told they had to order the white handlebar wrap material, which would likely be in on Wednesday or Thursday, which was fine by me and my work schedule anyways. I didnt from them all week, so Saturday morning I called again. They hadnt touched the bike yet but assured me everything was in and theyd have it done that day. Got a call a little that day about 1pm that the bike was ready for pickup. Went and picked it up and everything looked good. Then, I went to go ride it the next day and the front tire was flat again.. To wait that long and still not be rideable is unacceptable. Super disappointed, especially after reading all the other great reviews.**Update: within an hour of posting my initial one-star review I was contacted by the shop and they offered to come into work on their day off and make things right! Got me fixed up pretty quickly, was very apologetic, and offered to reimburse my entire bill from the day before. I was happy with just getting it fixed up so I could still ride that day, but greatly appreciated the offer. Will still go back for service in the future.

Super nice. Came in and they took great care of my, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. If you need to purchase or rent a bike, or even just need some work done, go see these folks. Can’t recommend them enough!

These guys are wonderful to deal with. The owner is very kind and willing to help out in any way. They carry nice equipment in all price ranges and arent pushy. I would highly recommend them.

We had our first visit to the shop yesterday to drop off wheels to have new tubes installed. We got there maybe 15 minutes before they closed...we told them we could come pick up the wheels whenever they were ready. They told us theyd be happy to do it while we waited (WOW!).They also invited us to join them on some of their group rides.Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Their prices were fair as well.We have been off our bikes for quite a while, but we will most certainly be doing more business with them in the future.

Adam, the owner, has always been super helpful and easy to work with every time I have had to bring my bike into the shop. A couple weeks go my DI2 derailleur broke and although I had not bought the bike from his shop, he called Ultegra and got the parts for me covered under warranty. He has also helped on several occasions when there were small minor things that i needed done and did not charge me that other shops wouldnt have likely done. Would definitely recommend this as the best bike shop in Carrollton.

My wife and I have 19 grandchildren, 12 in the area. I am always trying to repair bikes that were run over, left in the rain, flat tires, etc. These guys are the greatest, letting me rummage through their spare parts, always looking for something reasonable to address the many problems. I also have ridden BRAG several times and love riding the roads. They always have high end gear and parts as well. Bottom line, a great shop with a great understanding of costs and enjoyment of riding a bike.

When Im in town I stop by from time to time and see Adam. His prices are fair and he has good equipment. My last visit I got lights and a set of track bars from him. I dont know about the service but he seems like a honest and up front guy.

This is a great place to go for all of your biking needs. Adam is the owner and hes really easy to work with. His prices are really fair and hes even willing to come to my house to repair or tune my bikes. I went by there the other day and Adam was repairing a baby stroller for a lady that had a flat tire. I love this place. The owner, I think is name is Adam, is very nice and knowledgeable. Also, hes a Metallica fan. Cant go wrong with someone who listens to metal. Prices are very reasonable as well. Much cheaper than the other place in town. I rate West Georgia Cyling an A+++.

The night before my first tri I threw a chain and wrapped it to the point where I had no hope of untangling it myself. I brought it to West Georgia Cycling just before they closed and they had it fixed quickly. They also tuned my deraulliers and my bike if shifting better than ever. Solid, quick work. My experience here was top notch. Highly recommend.

Took my sons 45$ china bike tire to get fixed. Even if they work on 9000$ bikes, they still take time with the little things. VERY IMPRESSED. will go back again.

Two weeks or so ago I dropped off my bike here to have a new tube and tire put on.He had lower prices than Walmart on the parts and the bike was ready to go when I went to pick it up an hour later.The repaired tire did go flat 2 days later so I took it back to WGC and he made good on the deal, no charge.
