Water is always on time. If I cant pick the water bottle up, the gentleman brings them in for me. Great customer service. A stellar company!

Have been a customer for quite some time and have always had regular monthly deliveries. I get glass bottles delivered and from time to time they will be chipped or cracked around the top...recently had a bottle completely break apart in my home with water going everywhere. It’s bound to happen..no big deal...called for a replacement upon next delivery(requested to not be charged for the replacement). Was given a story about how the bottles aren’t their responsibility and that I would not be given a replacement free of charge. Not the right way to do business.

Water Event certainly works hard! Ive been a client for years getting my bottles filled until they installed a system under my sink at home. When I tried to do my annual filter-changing and sanitizing on my own, things just didnt taste right. I called to confess I needed help and Terri walked me through the ENTIRE PROCESS and couldnt have been nicer or more thorough! He gave me great advice for next year, which will include a visit to the store this time and a wonderful deal! Thank you so much for your help!

Service was great in the beginning delivery was definitely great but after leaving for moving accounting and customer service staff does nothing but just ramble on with inaccurate information and doesnt seem to listen just gives you generic answers.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. I also filed an official complaint with Mountain Valley. I had water delivered twice and for the life of me, I have no idea how their office functions or what type of company they are running. I didn’t do research on them before I enrolled which obviously wasn’t smart in hindsight. It just never occurred to me that I had to do research before signing up for WATER DELIVERY which is a basic service. I just called Mountain Valley and asked how I could have water delivered and they gave me a phone number to this company. I usually buy Mountain Valley products in bulk from Whole Foods but its obviously easier to have it delivered to your door than picking it up yourself. When I spoke to multiple Water Event representatives before I enrolled, they told me they had a BUY 2 GET 2 promotion for new customers but in order to take part, you had to have service with them for a whole year and the BUY 2 GET 2 deal is for your first year only. They sent me their flyer for the promotion BUY 2 GET 2 FREE (attached). You can look at it yourself.After my second delivery, they sent me an invoice for almost $100 for 4 bottles of water. I called the company and the representative said they apologize and are “sorry” nobody informed me of the fact that the pricing or “promotion” is for the first time only and the “actual” price is not what I will be charged. The “actual fee” is more than double. Every single representative I spoke to ‘just failed’ to mention their “promotion” is for the first order. You just “forgot” to mention your “actual” price of service?! I mean are you kidding me? You ALSO “forget” to mention that their “promotion” on applies to your first order ON A MARKETING FLYER?! It makes me sick. Will be switching back to Whole Foods. I hope Mountain Valley terminates their agreement with them and I will be urging them to do so.

I got the whole house water softener system, reverse osmosis, and the in and out water system for my residence. I was VERY impressed with Mr. Terrys knowledge about water treatment and purification. My project was completed timely and the water tastes GREAT. David did the work with perfect care and sincerity. I recommend Mr. Terry and his crew to anyone who needs water filtration and softener.

The driver is nice as can be and delivery runs smoothly. The internal parts of the company that handles billing and order changes? An unholy mess. They continue to bring things you have cancelled and then tell you you have to pay for it anyway. Month after month of cramming items on my bill I have asked to be discontinued led to cancelling my overall service. Ill take my business someplace they can keep up.

The delivery person, Michael, is great. He is friendly, responsible and makes sure we have what we need. The business side of the Company is a mess. They run out of inventory, over-schedule the drivers and the billing is continually a mess. They are the distributor of Mountain Valley Spring water so you are stuck with them but I really miss the previous Company. They were great to deal with.This sort-of reminds me of the Continental/United merger - just a mess.
