Amazing team at ADT Carrollton TX. Corey has been awesome from start to finish. After decades with another security company, we decided to upgrade our whole system with window and door sensors, cameras inside and out, a video doorbell as well as life alert for my elderly parents.Corey has been very professional. He came to the house, explained all of our options, answered all our questions, and then quoted the job on the spot. He knows his product well and worked out a plan that met our needs.2 days later we had his install team (Rich and Justin) on site. They were equally friendly, professional, and absolutely knew their stuff. We had a complicated situation getting into the various attic locations (large 2-story home). It was a major install and took the entire day. But, they never complained about the heat or any of the complications they had to work around in our home. When they left, everything worked perfectly.All I can say is Wow, super great team and great job with the install and service. I would absolutely recommend Corey and his team at ADT for a home security system. Could not be happier.

Do NOT EVER EVER EVER involve yourself with ADT. My system has not worked in over 10 months. Just today, I’ve gotten over 20 notifications of a parked car in the street in 1 hour. Corporate is a joke. They pass the buck and they will not do ANYTHING about their subcontractors being garbage. They even didn’t show up for one of the 20+ service calls I’ve had to “fix” my system. They told me “oh, he didn’t show up to work today”. My doorbell camera stopped working the 1st time we took a a family trip since having it installed. ADT said they could not figure out why without someone coming out AFTER we got back in town. I was told my doorbell would be replaced over a month ago with a new “better” one. Still no doorbell. Oh gotta go, my phone just went off again. Better verify it’s the same car parked in the street. Trust me DONT DO IT.

They did an outstanding job. They were very reliable, showed up at the time they were suppose to, explained ALL the ins and outs and made sure we understood EVERYTHING!.. answered all our questions. Very clean and professional appearance and attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMENED....

ADT tech confirms our system is old enough that if any sensor or keypad failures happen they will be unable to replace. ADT will not help upgrade the system and repeated requests to ADT customer service that we would like some of the new wireless features result in silence and no response.ADT would not wire our pool house because it was inconveniently located. So Simply Safe was installed and love it. Great cameras, great customer service and great sensor options. ADT may have the worst customer service and ironically it is the long term customer that is not allowed to have access to current products.

My experience so far with ADT has not been pleasant. The door to door sales guy, Jorge, didnt disclose any information about a 3year contract and signed apperantly on my behalf because I never agreed to those terms. He gave me a price and then the company charged me more than what I agreed and when I called the customer service noone was able to help me.I changed the WIFI and the cameras stopped working do I called and they sent a tech out and was he was not able to reconnect both of my cameras, only one, then another appointment was made and the 2nd tech got the 2nd camera working but now are only working with live stream and I dont get any notifications like I used to when someone is in my property, the sad thing is that the tech charge more for 30min of his time than what I paid when the original tech came to install the whole system.I will not recommend ADT to anyone.

Apparently my house is the reason my cameras (only 4) keep going offline. That’s was I was told. That they go offline in “some houses” but they don’t know why. My house is built of brick, drywall and wood. After replacing cameras, ADT gateway, internet gateway and router, cameras keep going offline for minutes, hours or days. I was given the supervisors phone number. Left him a voicemail on 4/5/21. He hasn’t called back (it’s 4/30). That’s poor service.Wouldn’t recommend this service to ANYONE! Apparently the build of my home affects their equipment. Yet I’m still being charged for camera monitoring. Find it hard to believe that in this day and age of being able to turn your thermostat up and down by way of Alexa, this company can’t figure out why the equipment they sold me doesn’t work.And we’ve had a tech out here FIVE times. He’s a very nice guy, but this is a pain in the a$$ anymore.

Just had some work completed with ADT, theyre great at responding in a timely manner. My control panel wasnt working well however they replaced it without cost my family and I have been with ADT for 19 years very satisfied 😌

Installation was 7.5 hours and they were unable to put the controller where I wanted it and couldn’t install a video doorbell because the voltage from the wires was too high?!? Ridiculous

I have been an ADT customer since 2005. I decided to call to see if I qualified for any upgrade discounts on an alarm system. I spoke to Alyssa. I ordered the new Command Control system which would replace my old ADT system. After ordering, she quoted me a cost of $500 plus which was great for what I was getting. I receive the contract. The contract said that I would pay the technician over $1000 the day of install!! I called back asking about this and the person I spoke to said....oh, we just have to put the full cost on there. This made no sense because the tech is going to go with what is on the contract and not my word! A few days later, a lady calls to confirm my tech appointment for my install. I ask her what it would be or could they throw in another 7 inch keypad. She calls back and leaves a message saying that she spoke to Alyssa and that she put it on my order at no charge. Well, I get an updated contract and here we go again. It started that I would still owe the tech over $1000 the day of his visit! I am livid at this point. I called and had to be transferred to at least 6 employees to get this figured out!! I FINALLY spoke to Gabrielle in the loyalty department. She was the reason I did not just cancel EVERYTHING!! The point is....double check your contact and total because now days, people need a babysitter 24/7 to do their job correctly!

The person that set the appointment failed to tell me that there would be a cost for replacing the carbon monoxide detector. I assumed for my 60-70 dollars per month ADT would repair or replace the sensor. I am looking for another security company to replace ADT at this time.

ADT has been our security service company for over 15 years! Fast and convenient service when needed.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and ADT does not value business of those already in the boat. We had a run around getting our system upgraded and it’s been downhill ever since. The installation was a complete joke! The system is not working and will require taking another day off. The technician cut off the home line due a pandemic and I work from home. He should have checked to make sure it was still working. He didn’t have all of the necessary parts and had to leave. He did t have the key pad for the bedroom. I don’t think the technician knew how to use the charger and the system failed twice after he left, 1st time within an hour. We called the next day and he said he wouldn’t come back out. This has been a very bad experience. We were also suppose to get a doorbell and we were told that we didn’t have enough volts (16) to power the Unit which required 18. We researched Google nest and it requires 16. Pretty sure the guy just didn’t want to do it. Finally, the tech did not wear PPE or a mask while he installed the system....during a pandemic! Also, the key pad is so bright I can’t sleep.

ADT showed great flexibility with our alarm repair which was damaged in a fire. They coordinated with my construction crews to get the wired repair done while construction work was being done so that nothing has to be refinished. Great coordination flexibility! Thanks!

Totally horrible. Tried to switch from one house to another and to do so a credit check was involved. Now they want a whole year up front in advance, just to switch homes on an existing account. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. Hidden fees and everyone acting like they cant fix it. Id rather take a hit to my credit than pay them.

Jeremy called 30 minutes out to let me now his arrival time. Arrived at the designated time.Took time to talk with me about the ongoing issue we were have with the sensor #9.He looked into the past false alarm call history and walked through it with me to see if he could determine what might have been happening from what I know was going on at that late hour.He called and spoke with some other technicians to see if they had any ideas on the false alarm.In the end we moved the placement of #9 and put in a totally new device.Very impressed in how he worked the total issue and solution without hesitating to call others and seek counsel... that is someone who is confident in their work and themselves to reach out to others... a very good tribute to have

ADT has never been anything but terrible. They misled me in the sign-up process, surprised me with unexpected fees and paperwork AFTER my alarms went off (resulting in them not calling the police for me). Their equipment consistently breaks and makes my home inhospitable with beeping control panels that I cant stop. Also, their service techs are incompetent - showing up late and not fixing the problems the first, or even second time. Their call center is also under staffed and uncaring. Never, NEVER use ADT!

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with ADT for 2 weeks now and nobody has helped me even the slightest. I work for American Bank and we have ADT security as our bank security system and have had them for years now. We will be terminating our commercial contract with them for their poor customer service.

Professional and prompt sales and install teams. Since my install I’ve been able to troubleshoot any issues online and over the phone 24/7. I’ve only had 1 service call but when I called in they were able to have a tech out to my home the same day!! Not many companies can offer that without charging you and arm and a leg!! My peace of mind comes from knowing I have a one-of-a-kind system designed for my home that’s secured and monitored by the biggest and best in the business. Would definitely recommend having a local rep come out and design a system for you and your home.

Amazing experience with ADT. Steven Winn did a great job for introducing right products for our home. We feel very safe now with reasonable monthly payment. The best thing is I can lock/unlock my door, turn off/on my AC and watch my home from my phone!!! Highly recommend Steven Winn, he never let you buy a wrong thing or waste any penny.

Replacement panel is smaller than the hole made in my wall previously holding the older panel. ALL WORK STOPPED because I HAD TO FIND A PLACE TO PUT THE NEW PANEL. The installer said he couldnt do anymore work until the brain was set up. I asked him to move on. but he wouldnt leave. I chose a place that I thought would be less of a problem for installer. Not really trying it out myself...now i realize i have to lean over my kitchen sink and turn toward the left, to see the screen properly. I HATE_---SO UNFAIR ===Major mess

ADT has helped several of my clients and they have been very happy. Paul Simon is such an honest and ethical salesperson. He never tries to upsell my clients or sell them products they dont need. He takes the time to educate them and make sure that they are fully aware of what theyre purchasing and the benefits. I strongly recommend calling Paul if you have any security questions at all.
