Went to grab a charger for my jumpstarter to jump my ride that died down the block at the QT. They did me one better by offering to jump my truck themselves 😎 Ended up needing a new battery (I was way overdue on replacing it) and they had just the replacement I needed⚡Only a couple minutes later it was installed and I was back on the road a happy, customer 😄 Efficient, polite, and professional! Im more than happy and will definitely be returning for battery needs!Thanks again guys! 👍

Clumsy me dropped my phone two stories down the escalator(AGAIN).... For them it was a quick fix, I was in and out within 45mins and Clarence was friendly and explained everything to me... DEFINITELY MY GO TO STORE!!

I had my Iphone 6 battery replaced. The guys were great at the store, very friendly. I slipped next door to get my hair cut while they worked and they were finished before I was. Great service and my phone is like new. Well worth the 60 bucks.

This place has helped me out twice. First, they replaced my car remote battery (which they swapped out in less than 2 minutes). Second, they sold me a new car battery and then installed it immediately (took a max of 10 minutes). The service is always amazing, they are the nicest staff, and the prices are real reasonable. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent customer service!! I came into the store this morning inquiring about batteries for my honda accord 2009, its been stalling when i try to start it, i met a with the man at the store (an African) . He gave me a price and i left, getting to my car, it refused to come on, he came out, recommended a battery, offered my little 4yr old a sit, went back out, fixed it fast, was very polite and friendly. He even went as far as recommending other things i will be needing in the near future for me. I definitely will be returning to this store for ALL of my batteries + bulbs. Thank you so much!

Great customer service. I had an issue with a watch battery replacement performed here and they discovered the watch would need to be replaced after water leaked into it. They promptly ordered a replacement watch for me to correct the error. Exceeded expectations and I highly recommend

My car battery broke down and I was unable to drive. When I called the store it was almost 6 pm, but they were able to send someone to replace the battery for me. From the time I called, it took roughly 45 mins until the battery was changed and I was on my way. I recommend this store.

After spending nearly 2 hours at the Apple store on Saturday, I was distraught to discover my iPhone 6 battery was ‘compromised’ and out of the 2 year basic warranty. Rather than ship it off somewhere mysterious for $75+ and for an indefinite amount of time (Apple), I decided to try Batteries+Bulbs and was so very impressed. I called in advanced and was reassured by Stan before making an appointment. The whole battery exchange took less than 30 minutes—the staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely recommend!

My battery in my car died. I bought my battery online and arranged a time where Stan and Clarence came out to my apartment, installed the new battery, and carted away the old one. I was requested to go here because of Square trade. I came here last Thursday asking for them to fix my phone. Guy says he wont have parts til Monday. He never called me Monday so I called back and he said he would call me when it came. Thursday came around and I never got a phone call. You would think this being a chain, he would have parts. I would never go here to fix your phones. I ended up going to a different phone repair store. Who did an amazing job and had all the parts I needed that day.

Buy online and pick up in store is very convenient. Have purchased a couple of motorcycle batteries and worked as expected.

Courteous and helpful staff. Wish I could rate this store higher, but after calling ahead, I drove 30 minutes to find that the aftermarket battery did not work as advertised. This is probably Duracells fault, rather than the store.

Stan is the man! I called looking for a laptop battery one evening at 7:30. He didnt have it in store, but he found it in a store 36 miles away. I got a call the next afternoon around 1:30 letting me know he had it ready for me to pick up. The battery is a perfect fit and works well.

Stan and Clarence are great owners and very courteous and helpful. Weve been here several times and always find what we need and have a good experience. Even got my Iphone battery changed here by Clarence.
