I had a print job done, and the first guy (didnt get the name) to print it made some mistakes. Design was out of margin and cuts were crooked and were cutting into design. Two things that with one look over of proofing wouldve been caught.I went back today to address this and have a reprint done. Mitchell greeted me at the counter and listened as I explained the reason for the reprint. I kid you not when I say in less than a minute he had done a test print that fixed the margin error. He also assured me that the cuts would be lined up correctly. Sure enough they were!Having been in commercial printing myself, I know there are two things someone requires in order to do a good job; an understanding of the what the client wants & the skills and attention to detail to pull it off. Mitchell clearly excels in both areas and should be recognized for it.Im very picky and settle for nothing less than quality work. Mitchell took me from thinking about finding a different print center to wanting to work exclusively with him for my future orders.

I called to see if I could get a product delivered but after being on hold for about 8 minutes I gave up. If they cant answer the phone they surely cant be trusted to deliver.

Required to wear a mask per Dallas county. Not a true statement. Store is completely empty and they would rather I not shop there and wear a mask. They could have at least just said order online and we will walk it to your car. Why be so ugly about it and just be nice.
I made an order online for pickup and received an emailed that says my order was ready for pickup. Went there at 8:15 pm and it was locked. A guy came to the door and I told him I had an order for pickup. He said they close at 8 pm, even though online and on the email I received says they close at 9 pm. I asked him, well why did I just receive an email saying that my order was ready for pickup then??? He just shrugged. That was ridiculous. I would not have wasted my time to drive there if I didnt receive an email saying my order was ready for pickup and if the hours posted were correct!!! He could have just gotten my order that was just sitting in the locker for me to pickup but now I have to go back home and come back tomorrow. What a waste of time.
James in the printing section was very helpful and I enjoyed the conversation. Overall great quality products today. We had ten reference manuals printed and they came out perfect!
The employees here Are very rude, they accuse you of stealing even when you are not and after youve proved that you have not been stealing they follow you and watch you get in your car. 1st of all if I was trying to take something you would have never been able to see into my purse. And then after I show you that the item that I had in my purse was from another store you still followed me and watched me get in my car. I will never go back.
If you know what you want and can find it, this is a good place to shop. However, dont expect employees to know the merchandise or help you. My most recent experience was to ask for blank note or index cards. I was told by the woman in the print shop that they didnt carry them. As I was looking for something else, I found them. I asked a clerk if she knew if the cards were on card stock she said she didnt know but if I purchased them, opened then and was not satisfied, I could return them. Now that is an interesting business model.
The manager Sarah really went above and beyond to help me tonight with printing. And Dave also was very helpful and caring. I appreciate both their service towards me tonight . Thank you both!!!!
Probably the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered at an office supply store. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by someone who helped me find what I was looking for. I have never been to this particular Office Depot so that was very helpful as I didnt know where the ink was located.

Staff in the store was helpful but the staff at the register was amost asleep. Acted like I woke him up just so I could pay. This in addition to the very high prices make me realize why I use Amazon so much, I probably wont be back.

I can’t tell you how this Bad experiences at this store was.... from the floor guy to the manager...... I have been doing business with them 10 yrs now but this time I’m done.... they told me its policy that we print from the self service copies machine... weird that one copy machine is out of service and the other ppl where on it and they said they will be there a while so i asked for help and they said NO!!!!! I waited for a bit but couldn’t wait more So I drove to the STAPLES store for better service..... this store needs better People..... I want to thank the manager to help me out to go to a BETTER store where we are always welcome at.....
Was here for a good 45 minutes. All I wanted was some flyers BUT everything that could go wrong did. Machines were jammed so instead of printing my flyers they were copied, the copies came out awful (lines, running out of ink, etc.), the manager proceeded to help a customer who had skipped in line ahead of me, and then proceeded to have a conversation with them about how she just got her nails done and needed a spray tan with them, THEN the staff member who was helping me try’s selling me the bad copies, and when I won’t take them home with me states, “well we open at 10, might get better service then.”
I like this store. The people are friendly & helpful & they get the job done. I went to buy another laser printer. Only one showed on the web for that store so I called to check. They had it & pulled it for me so it was waiting up front when I got there.
Came to this location looking for a computer with my wife and the sales associate answered all questions that we had. He was friendly, funny and did not simply try to push the most expensive item but rather asked what we hoped to find and helped us to the best of his ability. Will definitely return in the future!

The team at Denton Rd Home Depot has turned over...for the better. I em in my print order...received immediate conf of order... received conf it was completed 3 hours in advance...proactively welcomed when I went in to pick-up and efficiently checked out... GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you!!!
First, let me say Ive had wonderful service at this location and that is not why Im giving it one star.Today, I was in the store waiting to get some documents printed. As the business picked up, there was need for help. A man, Im assuming a manager, came over and asked the two men behind the counter if they needed help. Mike responded by saying that everyone had been helped and that they didnt need further assistance. The manager then pointed someone out and asked if they had been helped yet. When that individual said they hadnt, the manager got on his intercom to ask for more assistance. He went on to tell the employee that Mike had lied about everyone being helped. He was not discreet about it what so ever. I heard him and I know Mike heard him. I found it rude and unprofessional.
The operation cannot be more indifferent during my check out. He told me that my check was declined and then walked away. I got on phone with my bank but my bank said they didnt receive any request from home depot. I found the operation manager but he was reluctant to explain to the bank whats going on. He was short to me. Not able to buy my stuff and I left empty hands.
The bathrooms were gross. I have never been in a more disturbing womens bathroom then that. When I approached staff about them at 12 pm they said they would clean them up in the evening.
The employees severely lack communication skills with each other as well as with customers. I wanted to print some photos and they came out ridiculously overpriced and poor quality. She printed my photos on regular flimsy paper! Save yourself the stress and go to Staples.
Just visited this store and the customer service in the business center was absolutely terrible. (Karrina and another gentleman who’s name I did not catch) had no interest in helping us. We were also told there would be a notary on site through the online chat service and there wasn’t. Having to request acknowledgement several times is not exceptlenary service and feel this store could use some improvement in customer relations.
Overpriced and the staff in this branch is horrible. They make you wait a long time and it looked like they didn’t even know what they were doing. Not going back.

Was strange there, of all the employees (quite a few) only 1 young lady greeted me and the check out cashier was friendly. Felt like I was invisible. In fact I said excuse me to a young man stocking school folders, and no response at all. Prolly Will not go back there.
This place was a disaster, lights were flickering, the shelves dusty, and the staff want helpful. This place felt like it was on its last leg, I wont be returning.

The same manager is a total jerk. We bought two packed HP toner package and tried to return one because we found the toner in the box came in broken in half. They looked at the box saying that it was expired and cant take it back without recipes. I told him I will take a store credit but he refused to issue a store credit because we didnt have a receipt. I said fine and tried to find a new one on the shelf. All of the toners were expired. He already insulted me with his sarcastic comments like he had never seen any toner came in broken in his career working for Office Depot for 20 some years treating me like a liar and scammer, etc. He should be fired and I will report him to their headquarter office for selling expired ones but refusing to take back an expired one without a receipt.
Just conveniently located near my house. I have a home office, so if I need supplies, its only a 5 minute trip on the Vespa. Easy turn around time fir supplies
Horrible experience for the second time from same employee in printing section.. Has a bad attitude towards customer. Never greeted. Wasn’t helpful at all.. before I was done with my printing she went on to the next customer not even asking do u need any other help😡.send her 2 email,which I wanted to get. Print out. But she didn’t give both. Only gave 2 copies of same one. I am done with this shop.....
