Very happy with my moms glasses from Eye Lab. She has a difficult prescription and tried other location, none of whom could make her lenses right. I came to the Eye Lab and met wasia, she is very professional and pleasant person. She walked through with me all steps and I got the glasses right. Very, very happy with the glasses. This is the third year in a row I have gotten my comprehensive exam at My Eyelab, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the process is always done in a timely manner.

Ive had a tough time finding an eye doctor to help me get the most accurate prescription and this doctor is the best! Wasia and Lauren are both super knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! This was my first appointment here. The staff is very unprofessional! I will never go back. I’m not sure if a commission is received for frame sales. However the staff tried to pressure me into purchasing the most expensive frame. Also continued with making false statements related to contact lenses such as I’m not allowed a trial pair before ordering. I asked for a copy of my prescription for my glasses and contacts. I was not given the contact prescription. When I called to ask about it I was told I did not do an appt for contacts, which I did and also paid for. Just an overall horrible experience.

Great place. Very quick and easy appt. They seemed to have very nimbly adjusted to covid best practices. Everything is incredible clean. This has been the worst case with a company. Because of there break down in communication with their supplier on frames they couldnt get. I cant get a full refund on glasses I never received. I dont suggest anyone going to their stores. WFT!!!! I paid 467.00 for 2 pair of glasses not buy one get 1 free. And they are telling me I can only get a partial refund. Because its been over 30 days.

Appointment for eye exam went okay, prescription for glasses and contacts was accurate as far as I know of, but very unhappy with contacts fitting and was never able to receive contacts due to know one actually caring if I got my contacts or if they ever worked for my eyes.....will not be going to this eyelab or any other eyelab again.

DO NOT USE. Got 2 pairs for husband and 2 for myself along with exam...less than a year ago and spent a lot of money. My prescription is wrong completely. Cant see any better and cant even read a book which is reason got checked in the first place. Told them and told me prescription was right and nothing they could do. Husband talked into progressive lens which he didnt want. Went back had to pay more money to get separate reading glasses. All 3 frames have broken repeatedly and every time they break it cost me more money to be fixed just to get them back and break again. We are not talking breaking because of misuse the arms are too short which he has pointed out on several occasions. He looks down glasses fall off since dont fit right and they fall on the ground and the arm falls off. HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WITH NO QUALIFICATIONS EXCEPT A PULSE AND SALES.

Kelly did great job fixing my glasses

I was looking for a pair of frames and lenses for my 15 month old. We checked out a few different places, but ultimately decided to go to My Eyelab. Wasia was our associate. She was very friendly from the moment we walked in. She made me feel comfortable and was able to help me with everything I needed. My 1 year was running around the store and Wasia was very understanding about it. It didnt phase her a bit. She was so sweet to my daughter. In all, the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend others go here.

She was not only able to address all my questions, but walked me through my options one at a time.The staff is very focused on customer service and seems to really care about helping out. 8/31/2020Exam was over charged due to not wanting to purchase eye wear. Manager has no customer service experience. Refused to refund me when the website as well as the call in scheduler states eye exam is $45 WITHOUT purchase. Poor business ethics. Selling with integrity? I think not, they don’t know how to follow their own business motto. Not to mention you can’t get anyone on the phone to speak to about the issue without holding for long periods of time.9/6/2020After almost 3 weeks I finally able to speak to a manager and get my money refunded. I was asked to remove my original post due to it “reflecting poorly on the business.” I stand by what I originally stated and found it rather hilarious and rude that they wanted me to remove a honest review and feedback from a customer’s experience. This place still has no idea what integrity means nor do they seek the best interest in their customers if they take so long to address an issue. If it takes 3 weeks for an issue to be resolved that shouldn’t have existed in the first place, there’s a problem. If you have untrained employees helping customers that too is another problem, (which is what the manager had stated, the employee was new and didn’t know the process fully). I hope they get it together for the sake of other patrons. I will give them 1.5 stars for refunding my money back. But it wasn’t in a timely manner, nor was it easy to speak to a customer representative through the number provided. I believe people should know what they are investing in and what to expect. I don’t believe all customer’s experiences are the same, but I do feel others should be cautious when stepping foot inside of this establishment and hope others have a better one than I was provided with.

Wonderful experience overall, the eye exam was pretty different considering it was a doctor on a screen but surprisingly nice. After that picking my frames was an easy experience, I decided to go with regular glasses and prescription sunglasses, and since the first frame was free they made the price match the lowest frame. I paid without insurance and was very happy with the price and customer service! Plus I get 4 frames free for friends and family! Much better than most places could ever do!

As someone whos new to optic health and wearing glasses, coming here was definitely the right decision. Since my last eye exam years ago, Ive recently been dealing with very slight visual impairment. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I felt very secure with the process, and assured I was being given premium treatment. Noori and Nema specifically, were two incredibly sweet practitioners who made this experience a fun one - very smart and sincere when it came towards understanding the diagnosis and choosing glasses. Highly recommend!

Noori is so amazing and beautiful, probably the nicest employee Ive ever came across. She made sure that we understood everything and also had an amazing conversation with her. I would come back just for her ❤️❤️
