The owner here is a hustler. You catch her lying every now and then to make a sale. Not only that she body shame me! Been coming here for a while and spent over $1k during those past visits and refer my family here. Not coming back here again. Sales here are inconsistent!

The workers are very nice and are good at helping you find the product you came looking for. They know a lot about the products and I don’t have to worry about purchasing a bad one. I thought I had oily skin but they kindly said that I actually have normal skin. Along with that they gave me a lot of information about my skin that I didn’t know before. If you’re looking for good skincare products with a good range of prices, H cosmetics is great!

I LOVE this store! This is my favorite place to shop. All of the people who work there are friendly and so helpful. Helen (the owner) has done more for my skin than a dermatologist. They’re also the sweetest, kindest women. I normally bring my daughters with me and they always help the girls (8 and 11) apply a little lip gloss and blush. It’s just a special experience each time we go and I cannot recommend enough.

Always love stopping by and treating myself here! The employees are always friendly and I have to say my skin is absolutely glowing!!! I’ve bought things online for cheap and got scammed so I definitely am quite weary of that now. Glad there’s a store nearby with nicely priced with people that are knowledged and willing to help.

If I am not familiar with certain products, I like to take phone photos so I can remember the names and research on my own. I did that and the older female employee was quick to say out loud in front of the other customers to me No photos! in a tone as if I was stealing and was standing next to me to make sure I deleted the phone photos...

I love to shop at here, they always have brand new & good products with awesome deals!!I go here every time when I need to buy something, the owner is very nice :)My skin got so much better after I bought the recommendation product from here, I would love to visit again.

I recommend this store to everyone especially the people who doesn’t know much about make up. The workers are very friendly and helpful, and they explain so well that I get the perfect make up for my skin type. If you want to buy something that is perfect for you, go here!!!!

I’ve had the best experiences at here!!!! All I can say they are soooo Pro!!! (They explained their products very well and I’ve learned a lot from them) They would give you the right samples of their products for my skin to try Before I make purchases. I fully understand how they don’t accept return once you open the product, even I purchased the skincare products from Neiman Marcus, once I opened they wouldn’t accept refund either. Come and ask for help if you need any skincare advice!

Buyer beware! I spent 50 dollars on an eye cream that made my eyes swell. I tried returning it the next day with a visibly swollen eye and was told “sorry, no refunds” I’m never going back to this store.

Warning: Do not shop here! About a week ago I took my friends from out of town here because they wanted to buy facial masks. We were in the front of the store looking at masks and nail polish when all of a sudden, three of the ladies that worked in the store approached one of my friends and asked her if she had put nail polish in to her bag. They claimed that someone had told them they saw her steal nail polish, which she didn’t. Obviously anyone would be mad if they were accused of stealing without proof. My friend even offered for them to check her bag but they didn’t. After we realized that they had cornered my friend, we dropped everything we had in our baskets and left the store. Places like this don’t deserve even a penny from me! I will never shop here again or recommend this place to anyone! It was embarrassing and infuriating for all of us that they did this. We went in with the intention of buying and supporting the store only to be accused of theft. I hope the store owner sees this review and reconsider the way you treat your customers. If you don’t have proof, don’t start accusing people of theft! No apologies needed as I will be taking my business elsewhere!
