Organized and clean facility. Employees are nice and respectful. Overall a great Walmart to go.

This Walmart is small, but normally stays stocked with a decent amount of options. Its great for a quick grocery trip without the hassle of going to a full-sized Walmart, and the parking situation usually isnt bad at all. Theyre also great and very quick with pick-up orders!

Do NOT buy any meat from this store. They will not guarantee it nor will they replace or refund it. I bought a chuck roast for $18.31 on Thursday 08-12 to make for Sunday dinner. I got up Sunday morning to put the roast in the crock pot and found it had changed colors and had a foul odor. I took it to customer service however they absolutely refused to help me and they basically implied that I had stolen the item because they mysteriously were not able to verify my purchase with my debit card from Thursday. At the time I had purchased $124 dollars worth of groceries.Unfortunately the receipt for my groceries went out in the trash Friday morning and I have never thought about needing to hang on to a grocery store receipt from my weekly shopping trip before.So due to their bad customer service I am out $18.31 for a rotten roast! I am so angry about losing almost $20 on a roast that I decided to splurge on. I cant afford to throw away that kind of money on a bad piece of meat. Worst customer service experience ever!

Some employees were not wearing masks near the Christmas section. 2They lied and said they would be working outside, then one tried to say it was illegal to take their picture, then when asked about it again just laughed. The manager came and asked them to be quiet and they tried to lie again and she handed them masks. I offered them unused masks and they refused because they didnt know where my hands been, but took them out of other hands they also didnt know where they had been, then another manager was individually bagging up the rest of the masks. I asked if they didnt come to work prepared and they just laughed and said the co. Provides that.I told the manager they were being immature and she blew it off and said they are kids. They were young men but capable of understanding instructions, they just didnt care about customers and health. My original request was looking for an aisle, which they also didnt help with, just played on their phones and giggled.Really bad examples of employees and customer service.

I wish I could give this store zero stars! I placed a grocery delivery order to be delivered between 8-9p. The store sent three emails saying the delivery was delayed. At 10:30pm the groceries still hadn’t been delivered and I called the store to see what happened. The tracking showed that the person had arrived. When the lady answered the phone she had no clue about Walmart delivery and started asking me questions like I worked there. I called customer service and they told me the driver took the groceries back to the store but no one contacted me. I stayed up all night waiting on groceries that never arrived. This has been the worse experience ever!!!

I would like to thank Marcus for helping me out. I had been looking for some mega bowls that havent been stocked on the shelves in a while, and Marcus helped me out by ordering a bunch of them right on the spot. He told me when they would arrive, and I came in the day they arrived and was able to get enough of them. This is the best help Ive had at a grocery store in a long time. Ill be coming back to this store again. This is the store in Carrollton off of old Denton and Hebron. Thanks again. 😃

Yesterday I went to my neighborhood Walmart at 4025 Old Denton Rd, Carrollton, and looking for a laundry detergent to buy. I was swung by the different brands they have in the shelves, and tried to decide which one will be perfect for my laundry. It was important to me as, the last one I used for my laundry, messed up all my clothes. The associate named Benozir came to me and started chat with me with a clear and delightful greeting and get to know what I am looking for. Before even recommending a single laundry detergent, she asked a lot of questions and learned about my uses experience about detergent. I told her about my bad experience that I had in my last laundry. From there, she made thoughtful recommendations based on the answers I gave her. For instance, when I mentioned that I am a little sensitive to laundry detergent. She pointed me to try CHEER. She mentioned, she got many good feed back from other customer about CHEER detergent and CHEER will not messed up the clothes as it doesnt have to much color faded chemical in it. I ended up going with Benozir suggestion because she made me see how it would fit into my need and resolve my laundry messed up issue. The shopping experience I had yesterday with the help of Benozir, remembered me again the old and absolute truth about a good customer service, that doesn’t mean always sayingyes or telling a shopper what they want to hear. It’s a much better practiceto be honest with your customers, particularly when they’re trying on productsor not decided yet what brand to buy.I thanked Benozir again for the effort she made to make my shopping experience easier, and also thanks to Walmart neighborhood as they have wonderful associate like Benozir, which give us the reason to shop again and again in this neighborhood Walmart.Long live Walmart Neighborhood

Got my first dose of the COVID vaccine today here and everyone was so wonderful . Extremely helpful and I recommend going here for your vaccine if you can, the pharmacist was AMAZING and I didnt feel a thing!Second dose on June 3 thank you so much to all that helped us today!

The store was kind of empty when I arrived 30 minutes before closing. It was neat and clean as the staff were busy stocking the shelves. I was assisted on checkout by Danielle. She was absolutely fantastic, giving me a choice of self-service or her checking me out. I dislike self-service so I was more than pleased at having a choice. Danielle also informed me that Lysol disinfectant spray and store brand wipes were available. She went and brought those items to the register for me. She demonstrated a level of customer service not always seen. A pleasant experience on a stormy night.

My local neighborhood Walmart has a lot. I like it because is a lot less crowded than the regular Walmart. Everytime I go here I find it. Employees are nice and there is more registers open or self ckout. Place is very clean and organized.

Prices are different from prices when scanned, employees are rude and manager need to get a grip on his store

Ive ordered twice for delivery and both times had my order canceled w no explanation. Store is always understocked and, compared to other Walmart locations, dimly lit and poorly organized. The Krogers across the street is better.

If lupe feels the need to hover over you, check your screen to make sure you’re ringing things up and asks for your receipt 3 times, maybe she should just do her job as a cashier and just ring you up instead of harassing people at the self check out. Just because you dressed comfy for the day....doesn’t mean you have a reason to steal. Please retrain your staff and make sure they understand the difference between doing their job and harassment is. This is Castle hills, not pleasant grove.

I live 1.1 mile from a Wal Mart Super Center. I will GLADLY drive the extra 10-15 minutes it takes me to get to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market! Its super clean, there has ALWAYS been an available employee that is more than willing to help me find something, and Ive yet to go when it is crowded. I am so grateful to have found this store! Totally changed my attitude towards Walmart!

I am not a fan of self check out when I have a shopping cart full of groceries. It is my opinion that WM intentionally places slow clerks in the checkout lines to push you to self check out. I was there today around 10:00 am there were two people in the line in front of me, one was about half done when I arrived. Because I was in a hurry, I moved over to the self check out, had all of my groceries scanned, in the cart and paid for and the clerk juat started the second person. How is it that a person off the street can check out about 150.00 in groceries quicker than someone that works at the store?

One of th better ones. I was only for some munchies..... Grab a couple of Honey Buns th big pac and Milk,of course Ice cream very spacious not alot of People gone in 60 secs.....

I decided to go to this WMART..I was so pleased ..I didnt tell in a hurry and it was so peace ful and I was able to find everything on my list. The bonus for me was to actually have a cashier check me me, I felt like treating myself. I plan to return.

This small Wal-Mart (we like to call it Small-Mart), is really nicely maintained and easy to navigate. When we just need food items, we definitely prefer this store over any full sized Wal-Mart in the area.

This visit was after the ice and snow storm and they were stocking as fast as they could. We were able to get all we needed.

Very neutral .. I mean nothing wrong with the place, but its Walmart. Get your stuff here or the Krogers across the street - really the same deal. Im not sure how your grocery shopping experience could be that altered. Lines were nonexistent everytime I went.

Ordered groceries delivery through Walmart app and this store was selected. Wrong ordered received, they came back and picked it up but correct order was not delivered.. It’s been 3 days and still no refund. Corporate says that they can’t issue refund without store’s approval but every time they call, no one picks up. I tried calling myself and can’t get a hold of anyone. Will never use that service again.

Store is dirty. Didnt have half of what I was looking for and its all self checkout.

The vegetables & fruit were fresh. The aisles are wide & the employees were easily found & helpful. Thats a 5+ for me.

Cool neighborhood wallmart. This location is bigger then other locations and very well kept its more of a upscale grocery store then wallmart. If you shop wallmart or used to the wallmart great value products and you dont want to go to a fill store then this is an great alternative

I recently lost my keys in the store so I left my number to be contacted if someone returns them. After 10 days a gentleman named Marcus Friday called me on a Friday evening to let me know someone found them in the produce area. I really appreciate him taking the time to contact me after he found them 2 days prior. He didn’t know that I had left my contact info there with 2 different people in the store. Thank you Marcus for your determination in finding the key’s owner!

Not impressed. Merchandising was weird and disorganized, layout is very confusing, selection wasnt great, and neither staff nor clientele seemed keen on observing social distancing.

Always clean, pharmacy always have exactly what i need when all the other supercenter Walmarts do not.

I can usually find everything we need in this smaller Wal-Mart and get in and out faster than a super store. It is also more convenient to our home.

This neighborhood store of Walmart is really handy and helpful like any other Walmart store. The produces are fresh, the baked items are fresh and smell really good. And moreover the prices are always reasonable.The staff are very cooperative. Once I was looking for something which was not on the shelf and this lady took extra effort to find it for me from a different isle.

Pretty good Walmart overall. Has most of the things youd need but does lack in some produce and frozen options. Ive been to other Neighborhood Walmarts that have a greater vegetarian selection than this one as well. The staff in general is pretty helpful.

Come here for quick trips for snacks or wine. They have my favorite wine in stock, Stella Rosa, so I come here every so often. Cant say much about produce though. Quick lines and self check out helps. Great location in a small shopping area.

I never have problems at this location, most (not all) of the people that work here are genuinely good people, they don’t bother you and they don’t ignore you. I’ve noticed people giving bad ratings due to something that is out of the stores control. One lady complaining about rats “OUTSIDE” of the store, another complaining about their online order being wrong, another complaining about the pharmacy because of their own ignorance. It’s all ridiculous, this place is great, especially when compared to other Wal-Marts

They are very understaffed and unwilling to help. I will never go back there. I grocery shop during my lunch hour and have for years. I stood in line forever, only to be told to move over one line, when all my stuff was on the belt already, with no offer to help and then there still wasnt a checker and customer service was 5 people deep. I had to leave my groceries and go back to work. I tried to flag down an employee to let them know there was cold stuff in my cart but that I HAD to leave and she just said, go to customer service, they have to take care of that. Ok, there were 6 people in line at that point. Forget this place.

It is never packed and it is just more quaint than a normal WM.
